I am very excited to become a part of this community. I will be moving in some time next week. The grounds are always so clean and the residents here seem very friendly, welcoming, and quiet. I have been living in this complex for 3 years in a one bedroom Apartment. Everytime I had an issue in my apartment it was immediately addressed and fixed. I recently got engaged the beginning of the year and needed to upgrade my apartment to a 2 Bedroom. Ms Irma made sure I got the the best rent pricing as well as accommodating which floor I preferred, which I really appreciate it ☺️. I would Definitely recommend My friends and family to stay here. I recently moved from California to Fort Worth and I have to say the staff here was phenomenal and did an amazing job helping me move in. They practically bent over backwards to help me and it shows when you live here you have staff that generally care about you and your things. Alicia personally was one of the most professional and easy to work with staff members I’ve ever met and embodied why this is a phenomenal place to live. Excellent job all around!

Help a friend move in, no big bells or whistles, 1 bdrm size is nice, they cud use more trash bins on a property that size or at least require pick up more often bcuz of over runnings, germs & COVID

I visited my friend who just moved here. Very spacious and well maintained apartments landscaping and swimming pool. The rent is a bargain for this well kept property. Most amazing is the quiet peaceful and tranquil environment. My friend has a two bedroom with an extraordinary huge balcony.

You get what you pay for and with the price of these apartments I did not expect anything great. They are old, run down, and not the best neighborhood. I didnt have a ton of problems living here, just the occasional multiple calls to get maintenance issues resolved, having my car window broken, and avoiding certain areas of the complex after dark.Upon moving out is where I am having major issues. Rather than contacting me via phone, email or mail to discuss any damages in the apartment they immediately sent me to collections (I moved out on 5/19/2021 and was sent to collections on 5/29/2021). The amount collections is requesting is less than my deposit, and the charges do not add up. I am still awaiting a call back from the office.

By far the worst apartments I have EVER lived in. When I moved in my apartment had fleas and they tried to say I brought them with me. Sold me a different apartment. Every sink leaks. At&t ONLY! They dont care about their tenants. (Inconsiderate) This place has ants coming through the door, roaches, spiders and cats EVERYWHEREWe cant even have a grill outside . I dont usually leave reviews but this is a warning...DONT MOVE HERE.

I’ve been living here for about three years now and I must say the current ladies in the office are outstanding from the pervious one’s!!! Especially Alicia, I can count on her to get stuff done! She’s always ready to assist and she is very professional plus stays on top of it all. It’s a relief knowing I have someone in the office who will be ready to hear me out on what Issue I have that’s how it should always be! I really like these apartments. My friend has lived here for over 2 years and I like her layout. I went into the office and Arijana helped me with my questions. She was easy to talk and very nice. She gave me a good understanding of the property and definitely made me want to cone back and apply when I am ready to make the move.

Stopped by here to inquire on one of their lofts and the staff was super friendly. Unfortunately I walked in a day late, someone beat me to it. But that didt stop Irma and Alicia from leading me on the right direction. They were very informative and went above and beyond foe me. In fact I might go ahead and apply for a 1 Bedroom!!!! I just went to see an available unit. The property was clean & kept up. Leasing agent was professional and personable.

I lived there for 2.5 years and had no problems. I moved because I got a house. The staff is really nice very professional. They really made me feel like I mattered.

If I could have cancelled my lease & gone elsewhere, I wouldve. The staff isnt very helpful & my experience just hasnt been the best. My vehicle was towed AS I WAS MOVING. I called the office & It wasnt their problem. Theft seems to be a problem here too but, Im sure Its not their problem either.

I was looking to move in November, I went to the apartments across the street called Hunterpark but I was turned away saying “I would be a better fit” for westeridge . I’m very happy I stopped by Westridge, the staff was great. Ariana gave me a brochure with all the information, while Alicia was happy to show me the model even if I wasn’t moving until November. The manager was very nice and also interacted, which was very assuring for the place. I will definitely be looking to move here in November, I hope if my job transfer goes well.

I paid 165.00 for the fees and paper work. And the apartment was to be ready on the 5th of this month .But it was not. And it was stated that I would receive my 100.00 dollars back in the mail. And I am still waiting for my return of my money. Back. I live off of social security. Not like working on the job. The way I use to.I do hope that I get my money back . I do need it. Trying to charge me rent for a month I was not there. And try to say I did not put in my 60 day notice. I completed my rental agreement there and was on time every month. So disappointing.

Ive lived in multiple apartments on the westside and these are the BEST hands down NO RATS NO ROACHES NO HIDDEN FEES and the office people are still nice after i got my keys, alicia helped us get into our apartment and has shown us that she will go above and beyond to help someone out.

I have lived here on two seperate occasions and Ican honestly say that I really enjoyed living here. The property is kept clean, and the staff is awesome. The community is nice and quiet. I had a few maitnance related issues that were promptly taken care of. My over all experience was great. The only negitive thing that i have say is that the internet is awful. AT&T has a monopoly over this complex and the internet they provide is horrendous. The highest speed they can give you is 5mbps download and trust me when I say, you will not even get that high. It constantly goes out and there is nothing they can do to fix it. In my time living there (about 2 years in total) i had 15 techs out to resolve the issue and it was never fixed.You will also on a daily basis see AT&T techs on the property pretending to repair others internet as well. So if you are a gamer, stream tv, work from home, basically do anything that requires a good, stable, reliable internet connection. This may not be the place for you.

I can’t wait to move.. been here almost 2 months and my dryer doesn’t work.. it is infested with ROACHES.. Roach city! It is absolutely disgusting.. I can’t wait to move.

I lived in these apartments since Oct. 2018 and the turnover is crazy. Ive seen 3 different managers but Irma seems nice (current manager) they are making changes for an example, there was about 7 visitor parking all located by the front office and there so many units. My friend got their car tow $300 because they basically had to park in the street and walk very far to park. They refused to refund my friend. I will say management (David) is awesome, very fast and typically never call about the same problem. Rebecca works at the front desk, also new to the company she is way nicer than anyone there. Overall not a bad place to live.

I wasnt able to view inside an apartment, but the grounds and amenities were very nice. Parking was adequate depending upon your apartment location it was also convenient and street level. Prices were competitive for market too and staff was very courteous.

My daughter and I relocated from Maryland to Texas over a year ago. I called and had several conversations with Amy during the applications process and she couldnt have been more helpful. Her and Stephanie both made that part of my relocation so easy, since I was doing everything via email or phone calls. They also helped me by pointing in me the right direction to get my utilities connect prior to moving. We are really enjoy our little place... Thank you Stephanie and Amy for all your help over the past year, you guys are the BEST!

This apartment complex is deceivingly nice and a good deal. Dont move here if you value quality and respect from the office ladies. This apartment complex does not value its residents, instead they value making money and towing cars, despite having appropriate documentation. If you want to live in a respectful, clean, friendly, and comfortable apartment, this is certainly NOT the one for you. Glad I was able to get out as soon as possible.

Nice first apartment for me, my son and boyfriend. The one bedroom town homes are very roomy and high ceiling which brings it to feeling a little bigger than it really is. Water runs nice and hot, no eletric issues either! New carpet and hard wood floors! To say the least we are very pleased and thankful for this home and the office ladies are amazing! Stephanie helped me out so much by getting us a home over night, and we moved in the same day. She also got me a really good price on it as well! The apartment complex itself could use some TLC, and some people seem a little too loud but other than that Id recommend these apartments to anyone!

We were thinking of moving here but now it seems like that ship has sailed. I had called to check out one bedroom apartments on a Saturday and the office lady said sure, she would be there till 5. That Saturday, we called and no one answered. So we decided to drop by. There was a white car parked at the office but the office doors were closed. We called numerous times, even leaving a message to let them know we dropped by. We never heard a word back. We called more times and still no one ever picked up. What a waste of our time and it shows the place could care less about its future residents.

My disabled mother received a surprise on her rent invoice. They charged her $50 for renters insurance without asking her if she had any first. She’s had it for several years. We tried talking to them but they said they would NOT remove those charges. Wow! How are they going to take advantage of a disabled woman. She provided proof she’s had it!!! The lady they have working in the office is from corporate too. I don’t want anyone else to go through this so please save yourself and stay away! I talked to her neighbors and they are doing that to at least 5 of her neighbors that I know of. Maintenance informed us other tenants have told him the same. Ava refused to give my mom the corporate number. She is not allowed to deny her the number. She is shady. She is supposedly from corporate. I wanted someone else other than her that would listen since she wasn’t working with her!

Very nice staff...the leasing agent is nice but I could tell her patience is SHORT with children. She should work on that!!!

Love this place! Stayed for my year lease and planned on releasing to a two bedroom until I found a cheaper rental in the area I really wanted. This was my first apt and it was great for an 18 yr old girl. Out of towners think its a rough part of town but really I NEVER had one problem in the neighborhood. I accidentally fell asleep with my car or front door unlocked several times and nothing ever happened (not that I am telling you to do that). Teresa is the best office lady you guys could ever wish for. She was always on the ball about everything and somehow can remember every single residents name and apartment number. There was several times the boiler room need maintenance so we didnt have hot water but they did a good job of making sure the residents knew. Maintenance guys always came when you needed them too and did the job right. I only have two complaints... I wish the laundry card reload machine was INSIDE the LAUNDRY room, not the office. There was times I had to run to the laundry-mat down the road because I was never home when the office was open to load my card. Also there were about 3 or 4 different secretaries under Teresa in the year I was there which caused a HUGE CONFUSION in loss of paperwork so lone behold I know have a broken lease on my credit. Thanks for that guys. If they can keep one office lady I would TOTALLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! :) I would even move back if I didnt have them on my credit.

I dont even rent here, and I have followed several residence back to this place after they have had OBVIOUS drug deals in my neighborhood in which I pay a mortgage. This apartment complex needs a serious community out reach program, also doesnt help that thanks to the decline in equity (compliments of ALL THESE APARTMENTS) the equity in the real estate is going down.

I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone.First off-the office staff do not know how to do their jobs. You can never get a hold of them when you need to. If you leave messages, forget about getting a call back. If you need answers you have to stop in the office & hope you get a hold of someone. Then hopefully they can answer your questions. Any concerns you have about your apartment are not taken care by the office or maintenance in a timely manner.Secondly-forget your maintenance requests being answered in a timely manner. That goes for the emergency line as well. I had to put multiple requests in, in hopes of them being fixed.Lastly-during move out they dont tell you anything on the process besides the # of day notice. Didnt come do a walk through with me. Did not communicate the process after move out. Never received a breakdown of damages or refund received.They dont care about their tenants. Dont waste your time with this place.

I am a single pregnant women. I am going through the process of adoption. Westridge Apartments leased to me knowing this. They allowed the adoptive family to be my guarantors of the lease. I was 1 to 2 weeks from delivering my baby boy when that family decided to back out of the adoption. They talked to my leasing office staff at westridge apartments and due to the office staffs personal feelings towards me (we never had a problem before they simply sided with the adoptive parents without speaking to me) they decided to illegally remove the adoptive parents name from the lease without notifying me at all. Then they hand delivered a motion for eviction and also a letter saying they would not renue. No one notified me of anything. They just simply decided to go around the law in order to get me out due to personal feelings... so not only did I have to find a new adoptive family within a week I also needed to pack find a place hire movers, put a new down on a place, and move in all before delivering a baby. This apartment complex has put me through so much emotional distress and loss of finances, and loss of precious time I should have had with my baby to think about and digest my adoption.

Hidden fees disrespected by office staff was threatened by office staff on the phone lied to about fees. This property is garbage do Not live here go somewhere else, met with other residents they say that a lot of money has been taken from them.

This place is ridiculous.I have been living here for four months and have had bad experiences with almost everything in our apartment. The appliances dont work (dishwasher and oven). The toilet is leaking causing the water to constantly run. And you can never get ahold of the office people. You can call and leave messages, but they never get responded to.WOULD NOT RECOMMEND LIVING HERE.

Had a package delivered to the front office and it mysteriously is not there despite the fact the I wasted hours talking to UPS and USPS and confirmed it was in fact delivered to the front office, just like the note in my mailbox said.Also, they will raise your rent and not give you enough notice.There are roaches and bugs galore in the summer.And my heat never works.

They made my relocation to Fort Worth, TX painless.

The previous management was a hot mess, and my move in process seemed very slapdash and misleading as far as deposits/fees, etc. However, the recent change in office staff is so much better.

This place actually deserves a negative rating. During my 12-month residency here, which ended June 2018, the following occurred:- a man going door to door trying to break in (the complex did not hire security to deal with this, they only sent an email to give residents a heads up)- a mugging that occurred on the street in front of my apartment unit- a shooting (earlier this month, actually) that had the complex entrance/exits shut down (at least 12 FWPD SUVs/cars present, along with the SWAT team and crime lab) while I was trying to move out.. later learned this was due to a drug deal gone bad- both of the tenants under me openly smoked illegal substances outside the building, in plain site, but no one would address thisAll of these safety issues are in addition to the fact that my shower did not work properly for the duration of my residency, and the apartment complex refused to fix it. Furthermore, the complex is continuing to refuse to give me my deposit back, despite being told that there were no issues with my apartment when I left and stating that I would, in fact, get this deposit back. I would heed warning to anyone looking at this complex.

Ive opened countless numbers of maintenance request, and have spoke with Stephanie and Amy multiple times about the issues and still nothing has been resolved. The new maintenance guy tried fixing my AC, it stays around 78 still, at night and 85 during the day... my power bill runs around 350-400 dollars and since Ive moved in the apartment has went up from 750 to 934 dollars... that is crazy... A few months ago a guy was shot and killed outside the laundry room and no word from the apartment complex trying to say anything about theyll attempt to keep residents safe.I got my car towed once, I took my paper work to Amy on the last day to turn it in, I got off work at 5 and get home around 6 and it was a few minutes til and she was trying to already rush out the door and said shell get me my pass the next day and never did. Then my car got towed and she lost the paper work I hard turned in. so guess who got stuck with a 175 dollar towing fee? me... All week Ive watched as both Amy and Stephanie come in late. 9:08 for Stephanie this morning and 9:10 for Amy, and they parked in future resident spots, if anyone else was to theyd be towed. If you are considering this place dont! There is a roach issue, and no telling what other kind of bugs in this place. There was mold in the master bathroom ceiling for almost 10 months before they finally came and replaced it with me going in there almost daily to ask when it would be completed. They dont care about our health.... I still have a leak around a window in my apartment and Im pretty sure that its molding on the wall... No wonder Ive been sick lately..

We lived here for almost 3 years and it was horrible. The place was infested with roaches, the upstairs apartment shower water was leaking through our heating vent and the water from our tub was leaking into our hallway. we put in many maintenance request, but it was never fixed. The ladys at the office Stephanie and Amy were horrible, both ladys liked to tell personal details and lies about some of their residents and I heard they caused quite a few issues in a few relationships. The tow truck driver LOVES to tow people. I was walking my dog Around 1230-1 AM and the tow driver was walking around with a hoodie on and a flash light, checking ppls stickers on the car . I did hear that they got new ppl in the office. I really hope that they clean this place up.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! The assistant manager, Amy, always has a horrible unprofessional attitude when speaking to residents, verbally harasses and threatens the residents for no reason. They will also evict you after 10 days late, and do not work with you at all. The Complex is infested with mice, roaches and bedbugs. This is the WORST apartment complex ever to be rented. I highly recommend renting with a different company that doesnt threaten to destroy residents property.

Do not and I repeat DO NOT move in to these apartments!! Its been the worst place my daughter and 2 grand children have ever lived in. The air conditioner ran constantly and never worked which made the utility bill high and in the winter the heater didnt work and I had to go buy them some floor heaters to keep it warm in there. Also there was a problem with rats and ants in there!! The parking is horrible, you have to pay an additional monthly fee to park anywhere near your own apartment unit. Management was not good at tying to help their tenants!! So glad she has moved out of that expensive worthless place!

We wanted to move here but they wouldnt have the apartment we are needing when our current lease is up.

Like most residents here I moved in November, within the 1st month I had multiple issue, hole in kids room (that led ants getting inside their room), sinks not draining properly, Window leaking water all over my desk and CPU( really mad about that one).Also when I moved in they failed to mention that I needed a resident sticker on my car and my car was towed within the first 30 days. When I confronted the the leasing agent she stated she handed over the stickers to my whom whom signed for them, but when I asked her for the proof she was unable to locate the document. Hence she lied to my face and when I confronted her about it she turned defensive since she knew she got caught lying. So I had to contact the regional manager to be able to get my tow refunded.Maintaince repairs are temporary repairs (kitchen sink).Every now and then i see the tow truck driving around midnight to check cars for their permits.Also they now painted around 6-9 new paid reserved parking ($20) around my section so that means you need to purchase a spot to be closer to your apartment. Maintaince lead stated that they are only allowed 50 marked paid spaces.(sure).This was the worst decision of my life. Looking to move out at the end of my lease with great anticipation.

We moved in because the lady in the office her name is Amy told us that they did not accept section 8 housing but come to find out that was a lie the price for that area in luding they accept section 8 is absolutely ridiculous $875 for a 2 bed plus $20 for parking $2 for pest control which Ive never seen anyone doing any pest control even though we had a wasp nest in our chimney and reported it and $6 for trash service plus you share the water bill with the complex it was a constant $66 a month no matter how much or little we used so Id say that $960 to live in the ghetto is a bit much
