Applied here, got the apartment then 2 days before I was to sign the paper work they said I made to much money, first I was going to movie in on October 15th then they push the date up to October 1st cuz they gave it to someone else and told me if I dont take it this one I would have to be put on a list anwait til one comes available, their website says $30,000 yr, I make $25,000 yr, I gave them my pay stubs and cuz I have some over time they added that in. They handled this very poorly!

Horrible... office staff is lazy and rude... I paid full rent not income restrict..... the apt was dirty upon move in always trash in hallway office staff could care less.. they seemed nice when I moved in but that changed quick.... my apt accumulated mold from winter storm it took them 3 months to fix it yet another apt caught fire they moved them into a different apt immediately.. they ignored me and cared less about my and my families health... rent is reasonable (1036$) for 2-2 but not worth it for me considering what comes with

The staff at this complex are very friendly, professional and caring. They know their business and are very understanding and have great customer service. Mrs.Johnson and her staff are awesome and the complex is beautiful inside and out! The view from my balcony is calming and beautiful! I simply love it especially coming from Washington DC to Texas was the best move ever! My kids love it and so do I !Love y’all Mrs. Johnson and thank you all!

I absolutely loved every part of not only the process, but the apartment itself as well. The team in the office is amazing. Ms. Kellie walked me through everything, and did it in a way that I understood why was going on. She was very patient with me. I would recommend these apartments to anybody. All in all very satisfied!!!!

I moved to Reserve at Quebec in April of this year...Moving here was the best decision Ive made!!! Carley and William treated me with five star customer service during my application process and are maintaining excellent customer service. Anytime I submit a work order or voice my concerns about the community, they are always quick to respond. Maintenance has made a drastic improvement with the grounds and overall cleanliness of the property. The pool is always clean..Ive attached pictures that were taken 5 minutes ago. This pool looks like this on any given day!Reserve at Quebec is TRULY a great place to live! Thank you for your five star customer service and for providing me and my family with a beautiful home.

I have been living here now for 5 months now and it has been a terrible experience. I’ve been fighting to get big roaches out my place (I didn’t come with). I have spent over $200 buying chemicals to keep them out but they coming through vents, holes in the apartment. I’m paying for a 2 bedroom but only been having 1 now for almost two months. Water sprinklers molded my kids room and damaged one of my mattress, the workers haven’t been back to put the walls back in so they been sleeping with me. This has been by far my worst experience, I’ve called corporate and left voicemails multiple times and still no call back. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. They must do better because the area is too nice for such slum.

OMG ! This is the BEST apartment I have ever lived in and the customer service from Kelli, Heaven and Aubrey was outstanding . They had the most patience with me, Kelli was very helpful and went above and beyond, calling me and keeping me updated . She made the process as smooth as possible ! If it wasn’t for her great customer service I don’t think I would’ve even moved in cause I was already frustrated with several other apartments that I had been applying for . I went to Reserve at Quebec last week for a tour and Kelli and Joseph were amazing to me. Their attitudes were so amazing and they were very much quick on their feet to help me, and they had patience with me my experience was 100/10!

I have lived at this complex for about a year now and it has hands down been the best apts ive lived at! The apt its self is very roomy, and was in excellent condition when i moved in! But aside from the great convince of the quick freeway access, i would say the staff is the best thing about living here. They are extremely helpful and very understanding, especially during the pandemic we just went thru. 10/10 experience here!

DO NOT MOVE INTO THESE APARTMENTS YOU WILL REGRET IT!!! Please excuse any grammar mistakes Im a little upset right now. We are one of the few tenants that pay full rent and I would not advise anyone to move into these apartments. I have nothing good to say. They are brand new and we moved in April 1 and have dealt with problem after problems since move in. The most recent we got roofing nails in our 2 back tires from negligent contractors that left them on the roof and when we had a hard rain this past Saturday they washed down the drain and into the parking lot. My husband pick up the nails in the parking lot but there was to many to pick up on the sidewalk and grass. An now the apartment are saying the will not reimburse us for the cost we paid to get new tires. Thank God we were still covered with some warranty because our out of pocket was not to bad but a week before rent is due every dollar counts. This is just one of many problems in the three weeks we have lived here and we feel trapped! There is so many discrepancies in the building of these apartments they look very pretty on the outside but when you move in you will see a different story. They are very poorly built and you can clearly see where they have cut several corners to build them. It took us three weeks to get internet access. There was a sewer issue where feces and toilet paper came out of drains that were put right at the base of our stairs and they didnt feel the need to pick up that disgusting stuff for damn near 2 days we had to walk past that. We know things like this can be unforeseen but the issue that we is how long it took them to clean it up. The fact that they left it there overnight and pretty much all of the next day only to then power wash it on the third day it and leave all the residue in the flower beds that is still there. Even the hard rain on Saturday didnt wash off the toilet paper. To my knowledge there was no cleaner used or hot wat to clean the concrete because you can still see what looks like stains from the dirty water sitting in the heat for so long. There is not many of us out there but we have heard other tenants complain of issues also. My direct neighbor told us he has to get up an hour earlier than he normally would to turn on his water heater because it shut off daily. He was told the bought discontinued water heater so they didnt know how they are going to fix it but so far they have not offered to replace it. Now to be clear we have not had an issue with ours as of yet but with everything we have been through so far we expect we will. We passed up on moving to to other places because we wanted to wait on this complex since it was new it this was the worst thing we ever did. So save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. We have learned the hard way new is not always better!

I went in just to inquire about a 3 bedroom and the customer service was great! Heaven emailed me right back after just browsing their property online. Rene, made me and my daughter feel so welcomed. Highly recommend, also the property is clean and quiet.

The Reserve at Quebec has the feel of a private and exclusive apartment community; yet their staff and programs are all inclusive. Stephanie is the friendly face of the welcoming staff. She is so sweet, knowledgeable, and available for any and all inquiries; and my kiddos love her and her candy dish. William with the management staff if attentive, patient and a very effective communicator and executive. My family loves it here and is excited for all the looming changes with the new year.

The Staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. They immediately resolved any issues which were few. I love the quiet environment and general upkeep of the property. Ever since I moved into my new apartment, my financial situation has improved substantially! Im thankful that I found a high end apartment complex at an affordable price. The office staff and neighbors are warm and inviting. The location of the community is very convenient, the school buses pick up and drop the children off right in front of the community. My kids enjoy the activities in the evening provided by the office staff. Definitely a great and affordable place to stay!

I have lived here two years, since it opened. Its relatively quiet. The apartments are nice and spacious. The management and maintenance are nice and responsive. The location is great, its close to everything. My only complaints are with neighbors who dont pick up after themselves or their dogs and the lack of adequate play space for kids. They have activities sometimes for the kids in the office, thats nice; and there are some empty fields nearby that they can play in. Overall its a nice place to live. Ill be renewing.

This community is a dream come true for me and my family. The apartments are newly constructed and rent is affordable. The apartments are only a short distance from work and all of the great shopping locations are located within a 5 mile radius of my home. The property is well kept and landscaping is gorgeous. I plan on living here for the long haul!

I moved back in July and was very particular what i wanted in location on the property. Carley the manager worked with me and got me into the exact unit i wanted after changing my mind a few times. I couldnt be happier the layout is big and spacious, feels like home. The staff and maintenance is very friendly and keep the complex nice and clean. If i need anything i know i can count on Carley, would highly recommend living here!

I recently relocated to Texas from Indiana, and this complex is a great starter location. It’s close to the city’s core and located conveniently off the highway. As well as the staff being very knowledgeable and helpful during and after my application process. I would choose this complex time and time again.

This is a great community. The apartments are beautiful and the floor-plans are really spacious. Me and my sister moved in a few months ago and are really enjoying our stay. Families live on the property, so there are children playing from time to time, but I havent had any problems with disruption. The maintenance crew keeps the trash areas clean and I have no complaints. Thanks Reserve at Quebec!

I have lived here a lil over a year and my daughter has been here almost 2 years. We both enjoy the quiet comfort and reasonable rents. 6 days after my daughter moved in she was involved in a head on collision which left her physically unable to return to a 2nd floor apartment. I asked could she be moved to a 1st floor apartment and was accommodated. Here you will find a warm and understanding management team w heart and always willing to patiently answer questions.

We are the first people to live in our apartment so from the start it very clean and USED to be a great apartment complex. Now the kids run buck wild around, all over peoples cars, try to break into cars/apartments, fight, and yell all day long with no parents to tell them no. The police Never show up when called, pizza delivery places wont even deliver here, the pool is nasty, the staff sucks and is never there. It used to be wonderful but I would not suggest it anymore.

Place is a joke. We tried to get moved in a few months back, met the requirements, had the deposit ready, and kept calling to check in. Application process took so long that we had to go somewhere else. Seemed like the office was open at random times, could never get anyone on the phone, and when we would show up to the office to try and get things done, we were treated like a bother. The apartments themselves looked nice when we got to see them. Theyre in a great location and there isnt much development in that part of town yet, so its relatively quiet. Despite all the good things that this place had to offer, the office staff is what drove us away. Hard to reach, disorganized, and rude. If youre looking to rent in this area, Id highly recommend you check out some of the places on the other side of 820. Most of those complexes are older, but theyre easier to get into than the Reserve. We spent about a month trying to get in at the Reserve, but it took maybe a week and a half to get moved in at Lakeview. The office staff here has been friendly and helpful. Definitely glad we gave up on the Reserve.

It’s a nice apartment if you keep to yourself. Seems like people causing trouble are leaving. There are a lot of homeless people coming in and out through out the night and living in the field. No playground for children. Bathrooms and rooms are great size. No roaches ! Office staff are respectful.

I moved to Reserve at Quebec in May and I absolutely love the community!! When I first applied, I was discouraged by the Google Reviews, but after meeting the staff and touring the community, I was put at ease. The negative reviews are mostly false; the staff is very friendly and professional. Ive had one work order since I moved in; maintenance responded and completed the work on the same day. The grounds are clean throughout the day. The pool is ALWAYS clean and the amenities are great! I take pride in this community and encourage everyone to come and see the community for yourself. :-)

My friend and I applied here and the two people that helped us were awesome! We filled out the paperwork there and they were very helpful and patient with us. She took us around to look inside the apartment and showed us the property. Everything is very updated, clean, and quiet! We were preapproved on their end and they called us to tell us the same day! Now we’re just waiting for our application to go through corporate.

I really do like this place. I was not approved initially because credit score was 2 points below criteria. Then get approved. Filled out all the financial paperwork. Was told should know something of approval by March 31. Which is today. No word yet. Even tried calling no answer. I understand its a new place. I understand its is disorganized. But giving one free month rent and they are rushing to fill property with residents. They should extend the free rent offer. Ive been doing this process for about a month now.

The bad reviews do not make sense to me? Ever since I applied here the staff (Bertha & Cindy) have went above and beyond to make sure my experience was smooth to move in my 3bed 2 bath! Highly recommend these apartments, beautiful layout and great staff that make you comfortable. As far as I’ve living here I’ve no issues.

These apartment complex are only 2 years old. They’re a beautiful sight to see. They’re nice from the inside (if you get lucky) but this whole complex is ran by nothing but unprofessional idiots who have literally NO IDEA what they’re doing! They don’t know a damn thing! The pool is FILTHY, literally tried to go swimming, there was a frog inside of the pool, swimming. Frogs wouldn’t be able to survive in chlorine. Too bad that pool is so disgusting there isn’t any! I went to report it to the office and asked what the pool cleaning days were and the idiot at the front didn’t know how to answer the question. No kids are being watched EVER. The insulation is terrible because you can hear everything from upstairs to your next door neighbors to even the people downstairs. I don’t really care about the noise because we can’t help the fact that we’re literally just living our life, trying to walk to the kitchen and a dish falls out of your hand or your kid is running around, because those are the kind of things that happen at “home” right? But apparently we have to be as quiet as a mouse because if not we get HARASSED by our downstairs neighbor for every single thing that falls, for every time my kid is playing in the living room. How sad it is that I don’t feel comfortable enough to call this place home, because walking to the kitchen is just such a ruckus to a miserable human downstairs. Sick of this place and the terrible management! Can’t wait till our lease is up.

We were waiting at the office at 9:00 am for them to open. The first employee we spoke with was dressed very professional. That was the only thing professional about it. When we asked about an apartment, he had a sour look on his face as of we were just an inconvenience to him. When the leasing agent finally showed up (15 minutes late), it appeared to us that we were an inconvenience to her as well. I gave it 2 stars because the property appeared to be in nice shape. Since we felt we were an inconvenience to the office staff we choose to mark this place off our potential places to live. If they dont try to impress you during first visit, I can only imagine the kind of service they provide their residence.Update: The property manager contacted us this morning. She was very apologetic for the service we received, and requested we return for another visit. She was extremely professional, and guaranteed that is not the level of service she demands from her staff.We declined her invitation to visit the property again simply because we dont think it fits our needs at this point. Also I had some concerns about the amount of homelessness and vaguerunce that appear to be in that area. She did state they are taking measures to correct the problem. Finally first impressions go a long way with me, and her staff made a bad.Reply to their answer:The only tour of the amenities we received were when I asked where the restroom was located. The employee rudefully stated over there behind that door. He did provide us with a brochure and wrote the prices on it but I felt he was rude answer additional questions. Based on their response it appears there is some stretching of the truth from the employees to the property manager

Now this spider is in my sons room and I was told I would have to wait 2 days before anyone comes out. Dont this look like an emergency. What if theres more big spiders like this one and next time it reaches my son

I am currently trying to move in and my experience has been no less than frustrating, as of today me and my roommate have been lied to on four occasions (from small things like one of the staff living on site to what forms of housing were available, promises of paperwork being sent off when they were delayed and now being told our paperwork which was checked out and we were ensured was fine is now flawed and we have to come back up there for more) we have spent over a week now waiting for them to send off the paperwork and now it is evident nothing will be official until after the 31st, which seems awfully sketchy in pushing us out of this march 31st offer they have going on. its fair to say i have been less than impressed thus far and if this continues i will probably be able to find an apartment elsewhere before they send out paperwork off for approval.

DO NOT RENT HERE! This place is FULL of crickets, nothing can be done for it, and they are EVERYWHERE!!! There are countless of homeless people on the property and of course, nothing can ever be done. For this property to be so new the drug problem is, EXTREMELY heavy. And you guest it, nothing has been done or will be done. Its suppose to be a non smoking community, yet you smell marijuana and cigarettes through your vents and even in the breezeways almost everyday, all day. The kids that live on the property, are out at all times of the night, playing on your doors, in the middle of the street, and absolutely no parental guidance. The pool is ALWAYS GREEN. ALWAYS! Its as if it is just here for show, because you definitely can not utilize it. The staff is full of different unprofessional and inconsistent personnel. This place is a complete joke! You may THINK you got a good deal by moving here, because of the price, but the price is an even bigger one to pay when you see what actually goes on day after day, and night after night. Notice how the rarely respond to the REAL reviews. This is NOT a place you want to call, home. I wish I could give it a -0, because it doesnt even deserve the one star.

The process was made easy by the staff and any question I have had has been answered immediately. I put in my application and before the week was over I knew my move in date. Very pleased with everyone and not only are they professional but also very friendly and that makes me feel comfortable living here.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Don’t move into these apartments. Patty Rodney assisted me and it was the most horrible experience I have ever had with an apartment complex. First of all, I was never informed that these apartments were tax credit property. Patty decided to change my employment income so that my application could process faster, however, I ended up getting denied because I’m over the income limit. Not only that, Patty continuously lost my paperwork and her customer service skills were horrible. I will be filing a complaint on this property with the Miller Valentine Group for the lack of customer service skills and also on Patty for trying to do the process illegally. These apartments will eventually become run down. They also have a cricket issue and their AC continuously goes out. While I was there, a tenant decided to come in to complain that it’s been over a week since she submitted a maintenance request to spray for crickets coming into the apartment and her AC has also been out for over a week. So this may have been a blessing in disguise, but you have all been warned.

I cannot believe the negative things said. i have lived here for over a year and have had no issues. The staff at the office has been very friendly and really do go out of their way to help out.

Finally was able to reach someone over the phone today. I called to inquire if there was a official open date. Since I have already done the application process. I was informed that I was number 151 on the list for a two bedroom. Which I had no idea about based upon previous conversations with other office staff. That I assume is no longer working with the company. I was informed that they will only be occupying one building at a time. Since The City will only allow them one building at a time. The first building is for three bedrooms. Once that is filled, which as she stated could take months. They will move on to the next building. So if youre looking to move into a two or one bedroom. It want be until mid 2018 before those are available. This entire process seems chaotic to say the less. They have people paying for background checks and putting down 100.00 deposits. But they dont know when or if you will ever move in. I feel sorry for the people who arent given this information up front. As well as those who will have to live in a property that will still be under construction. I just dont understand why they didnt complete the build out. Then allow people to put in their applications. Because there will be a lot of people looking for another place at the last minute. Due to them thinking that they have secured an apartment. And that is far from the truth.

This place is absolutely horrible I currently live here and I needed my locks changed for two months now with a police report and still has not happened. There is a community of homeless people living in the field behind the apartments. All of my holiday decorations that I have ever hung up since I have lived here have been stolen and the kids are absolutely insane here majority of their parents do not watch them Ive had to call the police so many times and nothing ever happens this is the worst place Ive ever lived in my entire life do not live here I would not recommend it to even the person I hated the most. The kids are so bad here that I will not even let my own child associate with them at all and if I could upload the video that I have of these kids fighting I would show everybody the reason why you should not live here I cannot wait till my lease is up!

This is terrible. They finally put some new apartments in Lake Worth that look nice and conveniently located and I come to read the reviews before going to look at them. These reviews were crazy. I grew up in Lake Worth and have always lived near. It’s sad to hear that something that could’ve had potential has now turned into the ghetto. I’m so glad that I didn’t just go there and end up dealing with thieves and liars. Some of these reviews have blown my mind with what has been said and not everyone can be lying.

This Place is a dream come true for me. Brand new units with all the bells and whistles. The staff goes above and beyond to provide the services I need. Ms. Dee is Awesome. extra wide parking spaces and you can always keep an eye on your vehicle from your balcony. I love it here. Dont understand the complaints about waiting list...anything worth having is usually worth the wait. Roaches? The place is brand new. If there are roaches they probably hitched a ride with you. Clean up your area and have your paperwork. in order before you apply. About the kids...They run amuck and are unsupervised more often than not. I have only once seen any children outside with any kind of toy, ball, board game, etc...they are left to their limited imagination to find ways to have fun. Any adult knows what that leads to. I dont talk to or advise other peoples kids. not because im anti-social but because people will get the wrong idea. besides, thats what responsible parents are for. Im curious. After my review almost 6 months I never got a response from the owner. I wonder why?Robert

I love it here. The office staff were wonderful in regards to handling my moving in. I personally want to thank Fred, Ms. Daynean and most of all Ms. Bertha. Ms. Bertha was fantastic and when i tell you she worked hard AND fast to get me moved in, well she did. I will forever be grateful to them because they made it as easy as they could and got it done in the mighty name of Jesus. God bless them for real. I really dont understand the negative reviews. I have built three brand new houses in my life and each time there were construction delays as well as insects inside due to nature and obviously the clearing out of fields. On the business side of it you have to understand that the complex opening up on time was contingent upon so many factors that come into play in the construction business everyday. When you are dealing with so many people along with the brand new construction of an entire apartment complex, not a single house, you should be able to understand that the entire office staff as well as 100% of the entire race of men are human and mistakes happen. Yes, it is up to the staff to make sure that those mistakes are rectified as quickly and correctly as possible. But we all want everyone else to be understanding when we make mistakes so shouldnt we as fellow human understand when someone else makes a mistake? Just food for thought.LaMeshia Whitehead

My daughter lives here with her 2 kids. Im sickened by the condition of the property and and the fact that you can never reach anyone at the office or have maintenance issues taken care of! Her AC is out right now and there is no emergency maintenance! Always trash and food on the stairwells and the noise is ridiculous! Police always being called for distubances, Shes had pkgs stolen from her front door! This place is as ghetto as you can get! Cant wait till her lease is up so she can move!

Dont live here but my family does from what I have seen these apartments are beautiful quiet well maintenance and the staff is awesome Im on the waiting list trying to move next year in April 2019 hopefully we get a one bedroom with them closer to stores and my job !!!:)Their not good at anwsering the phone at All been calling for two days straight nothing

I read a lot of negative reviews and honestly I’m glad I didn’t let it get to me. If you want to get in. GO TO THE LOCATION!! The people there are ready to help! I applied on Monday and got my key to move in on FRIDAY! It was simple. Easy. They were very helpful! Very sweet! They contacted me when needed. The apartments are beautiful and the area has a bunch of stores you can go to Walmart! Target! Movie theaters! Mucho food ETC! Thank you heaven! Thank you Fred ❤️❤️❤️

I wanna be the first to say, that Quebec Reserve Apartments Management is the best ..Especially Ms. Jordan.. & Ms. Dee they go out there way when they really dont have to. Im thankful!!

If you are looking for a place to move in immediately, this is not the place to apply to or maybe not even at all. Even if the leasing agent tells you the apartment is ready for move-in. I applied Friday February 15, 2019 and STILL not received anything back to this day. I submitted all my paperwork they needed including documents and application fees. I called Monday February 18, 2019 asking if there was anything else they needed. The leasing agent said no they got it all and have sent the file to compliance. Wednesday February 20 I went to the office to check on the status of my application and she said they would be sending my file to compliance today which I was under the impression they already did but whatever, I let it go. I called the following Tuesday February 26 about the status and the manager told me it was still in compliance and could take up to 7 business days. It is now March 12 and I STILL havent heard anything nor can I reach anybody at the office. Its been more than 7 business days and it is frustrating and hard to move when you cant reach the office to check on the status of your application YOU ALREADY PAID FOR. Save yourself the trouble, time, and frustration and apply somewhere else.**UPDATE** 6/17/2019: Decided to contact the office and spoke to William. I asked what was the deal with our application and how come we never heard anything. He said we cancelled 3/31. I said NO every time we tried to contact the office nobody answered, they were closed, a manager was out, or compliance hasnt answered. There was always an excuse. He said the application was approved but it was cancelled in the system 3/31 and new management took over. It still does not make sense why FOUR MONTHS LATER we never heard anything. William then asked when we were looking to move? UHM WHAT? Never would I move into this complex. If it was such a hassle and headache to JUST APPLY to these apartments, I could not imagine being a resident there. Seriously yall, save your money and time and prevent yourself from a headache and apply elsewhere.

Not fair that low income people get to live in very nice apartments!!!!! But yet the ones that dont have a income limit are not nearly as nice.. its a shame that places like this are causing people to never move forward in life.... but yet the ones who try have to settle.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Very dishonest management. They only approve who they want to which is a violation. If you feel you was treated unfairly like me please contact the HUD office because corporate is tied in with the area manager Bertha and they will not do anything!! My daughter gets a notice for nonpayment and she dropped the rent off in the drop box on 5-3-19 at 5:30PM and the office was closed. The sign says they suppose to close at 6:00PM daily and open up on weekends but no one is here on weekends. Now they cant find the rent but management truck was backed up Sunday evening at the office. I applied last year and was denied. My daughter applied and Bertha approved her because she let her use her Ross discount. Bertha knew i was staying with my daughter and now the want to evict us and the paper has my name on it not my daughters name. Ive never had an apartment in name so why is my name on the eviction letter which is not a 3 day notice also letter is dated that I signed a lease agreement on 1-1-2019 and I have a re-certification letter that is correct with my daughters name and apartment number and I have gave all of this information to HUD so contact HUD for any help not corporate!

Ive tried contacting Ms. Logsdon for a month now (calling and emailing) and have had no response, other than one initial call back providing little information. I love the location for these and know Id qualify, so its a bit frustrating. Obviously will give a higher rating once Im actually acknowledged.

This is a very quiet place to live, I have no issues coming in and out of my apartment.

I cant believe they are still using the same excuse as they did last year. I was approved, I paid my app fee and passed my background. Heathery said everything was fine. I almost lost my apartment because things went hinky at the last supposed to be move in date.I see most of the complaints are from Blacks and most of the complaints is from white people who dont want us there. You do the math I am calling HUD..

The staff is very rude and racist. The Manager Dee, is the rudest and most discriminating one in the entire staff along with the 2 other ladies there. They are very unprofessional and dress ghetto. Come to work in Slides and everything. DO NOT be fooled, just because this is a new apartment complex... this place is a nightmare. They have been treating hispanics and whites horribly. If you arent an African American.. do not rent here. Roaches and rats run crazy here as well.. No matter how much you complain, no one assists you... not even the corporate office.

New management is very friendley and have great recomendations for upgrading the community at reserve at quebec. We recommended speed bumps and they listened.

This property is filthy. Upper management is dishonest. I received a notice informing me that I was unable to resign my lease and I had to move out. I guess the reason was all because I could no longer provide my Ross discount to the regional manager for her kids school clothes. I reached out to corporate and left several messages but they all went unanswered. So I am assuming they ALL are in it together. The override of my credit to get approved for my apartment was done so they could fill up vacancies. I guess this WHOLE company doesnt care about their tenants.

Was treated great by staff. My application, back-ground check, and references checks took a couple of days but I HAVE MY KEYS.

Update on apartment: I applied and had to pay for a background check for this location back in July. After persistently calling and checking almost every week to see if I qualify, I was told that my credit score was not 500 or better which automatically disqualifies me for the apartment... I dont understand why I would not qualifiy.... I dont have any evictions... Im currently employed... Nor do i have a criminal background... This to me is giving applicantsfalse hope..... 🤚🤚🤚🤚

Wondering why let me explain why.Moved here in September never has been late on my rent but every since The regional managers son started fraternizing with my upstairs neighbor Chosen who was a well known stripper we have had nothing but problems here at Quebec.First let me say how frighten I was when you have the regional manager that represent the company just come to the house and confront her son and my son of mess he got started.He put my son who use to work there in harms ways.First of all Im sure by now Bertha(regional)has covered her tracks by have Chosen to right statement that she didnt come in my house and threaten her and call her out of her name due to her son buying the resident iPhones for xmas...all his windows busted out but it was just overlooked because guess what its Bertha son.The only reason she hired my son she didnt want it to be just all her family members which it is.Husband,son daughter and bestfriend that previous lived at Quebec and lived with her until he went to jail for Felony assault in Kansas. Nobody will call you or email you from cooperate.Im currently a congestive heart failure patient and on Dialysis but trying to protect my son job because Bertha has expressed how know one would believe the employees over her seem to be true.She will terminate you its her way or no way. Bertha used my address and I found out by her son one day he was at my house when I was wondering whos mail was coming to my house.Guess who her daughters foodstamp and Medicaid causing my benefits to be stopped and Im disable. Here again no one called me from corporate.Why didnt she use her niece address she lives here.Im sure she will retaliate or try and have someone because she has done so many things but corporate just act as if it was ok.You filing eviction on me for rent and non compliance but you illegally yes Bertha because thats why you fired the Asian girl because when they called you thought she knew the mess you was doing.This a family ran mess here!!Bertha you was the one who help fill out my paperwork and told me to leave my son off so you could move me in Asap and even gave me a month free if I could sign lease that week.Im sure me and my family will be retaliated on due to this review but nobody seems to care and seem to let Bertha Johnson (AKA)Gonzales get away with any and everything.I see only the good review get replies.

I really don’t know where to start with these apartments. When I first move in it was never made ready garbage bags and cleaning supplies were left in the apartment. The seal didn’t meet the ground on the back patio door, water that barely came out or got hot, Crickets everywhere they were even caught in my bathroom fan. My cable and the neighbors were tired together so I was paying their bill and when they move and turn off their service mine was turn off to. The people upstairs almost flooded my apartment the weekend i moved in and on top of that it sound like they were running a daycare in their apartment, you could literally hear the cars roll from one end to another and this went on all times on the night. Police almost lived there because they were called out there so much, one night I had to lay on the floor scared to move while I listen to someone tell the police you’re gonna have to kill me..what the hell right . Kids fighting running around everywhere jumping off the picnic tables, if the homeless wasn’t stealing the change from the washing machine they were sleeping in the laundry room so eventually management locked the doors. Have you ever heard of your mail being stole from your box well it happen because someone there has a master key to open them all . Voicing your concerns to the office is a joke first of all it’s not enough of them there and upper management is so unprofessional. Theyre rude and dressed like they’re going to happy hour. Who sents emails at 9o clock at night when you’re behind on rent they do . I was scammed out of my money which caused me to get behind on my rent . I kept them informed and let the office know they I was going to receive help from the salavation army and they would pay my rent plus any late fees I had hell they even fill out the paper work . Well they still filed for eviction at this time I had no more fight in me I was getting phone call two and three times a day along with emails and notes on my door, just imagine trying to beat your kids to the door so if there a note on the door you can get it . I moved my things In storage cause I just had to go . Well to add insult to it all Monday before I could get the rest of my things management had screwed off my locks and cleaned out my apartment. They stole my things no writ was filed and they had no right to be in my apartment let along take my things . I had to start all over scram out of my money and then robbed by the ones I rented my apartment from .I would like for the management to respond to me about this issue why do they feel that’s ok .

First it took almost 3 months for me to get into the calling is a joke because they never answer the phone nor call you back but when I finally moved in the apartment was put together very poorly base boards and floor Crooked light fixtures have holes paint drips on doors.. spiders everywhere and water pressure sucks.. horrible horrible place..

Hands down worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. There have been cops here almost every weekend; cars are constantly getting broken into and having stuff stolen. And literally within the first month of the fittness center being open someone kicked the door in, and took them a month to fix the door. My apartment smells like weed all the time and when you bring up issue to the front desk they are very disrespectful. The management here is unexceptable and do not deserve the positions they acquired. They do not care for the people who live in these apartments, and for these apartments not even being a year old, it is just sad. I do not recommend anyone or anything to even take the time out of their day to decide to live here.

Lake Worth has been such a nice place to live, but now Low Income Housing apartments such as these are being built. Its only a matter of time before Lake Worth, TX turns into a GHETTO.

Love my apartment. A little problems when I first moved in, but they where taken care of. Just wish I could have direct TV on the 2nd floor.

I didnt receive a greeting until a couple minutes later. Once she greeted me she had me sit down, not at her desk to help but a waiting area. I waited 7 to 10 minutes while she continued to train a slim Caucasian female with blonde hair.After she was done she peaked around her desk area and asked me how can she help me?( never approaching me) I told her I was seeking a 3 bedroom followed by the question do you all accept Fort Worth Housing ? She laughed then responded when are you trying to move? ( not answering what she was asked) I replied August 1st.Michelle then responded yes we take housing but we dont do anything that far out, we are trying to move people in right now! Trying to hold it together because her demeanor and tone is so rude! I replied ok, I understand that but can I get information and view the property? She was like no we have nothing to show. Me TOTALLY confused because just a moment ago she stated she trying to move people in right now, which insinuates you have availability( and I know they did because I went to the website before making the drive). Because she NEVER offered to put my name on a wait list or follow up. I asked ok so do I need to come back next month or what do I need to do? which Im completely taken back at this point with all that has transpired.Michelle said yes & basically dismissed me.Now this is where it gets interesting not only was there a Caucasian female who visited and viewed the property this same day because I sat back and watched but my friend had just visited the property the day before and viewed it. So now not ONLY was I treated like a bum on the street but this is PURE DISCRIMINATION.I think this is absolutely ridiculous & something needs to be done about her. Im in total shock & emotionally damaged by what took place in this office. Michelle is not fit to be an assistant manager or even a leasing consultant at this rate her unprofessionalism is through the roof.I have never felt so belittled in my life! All I wanted was to find something in a better area for me and my children.by the way good luck getting anyone to answer the phone.I had to research all info to get this far.I will continue to follow up with this matter !!**********UPDATE********** 4/5/19************************UPDATE since my review was deleted.I filed discrimination with the Fair housing authorities.Reached out to The Managing partner Michael R. & I am yet to get a response from the company in general (MVAH Partners)I wish someone would contact me from this property thanks in advance.*********UPDATE 4/6/19*********The Regional Manager Bertha Johnson reached out to me via email. This is the worst complex to live in.. Please Beware Do Not Move Here!!!! They don’t fix anything! My kids & I have been without Hot water since Saturday 5/4/19. I called and submitted a maintenance request & No one came to assess the situation I called again to inform the office staff that we are still without water & I was told that maintenance was gone for the day & that I would have to wait until tomorrow which will be Tuesday 5/7/19which is unfair.. why should we have to go another day with no hot water? Other reasons to Not move into this complex is the unruly children that roam this complex throughout the day & night with no adult supervision. They trash the apartment grounds & I’ve made several reports & nothing has been done about it.This is a beautiful complex but it won’t be for long. They change management like people change their underwear.. It’s absolutely ridiculous!
