I’ve lived here for two years now and can’t think of a single time the Prop. Mgr. has let me down.Any issues, from the recent freezing to a/c complications were fixed or approached within respectful timeframes. Any questions I had were answered swiftly and professionally.Well placed in a decent area, it really weighs on me that I’m moving away for work, but y’know... gotta chase the paper. Such a friendly community, I’d even recommend this place for my mother.

They are nice apartments. I just dont like trying to walk upstairs. My family story in an upstairs apartment. But the complex is nice.

We have lived here for almost two years and we love it and now that we got fence built with our town home I love it !!

This is the best family friendly apartment I ever lived in. I have been living in this apartment complex for last 3 years and I loved every minute of it.Management always listens to every concern I had. Our new manager Clara has the best customer service I have experienced ever. She goes above and beyond for any issues I experienced. I will miss Clara the most if I move to different city.

Gross, dirty, loud children in the parking lot at 9:30 pm. It was cluttered under the stairs and there was trash everywhere.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. Hands down the worst experience I have ever had in any residence. I wish I could give them zero stars.

Where a couple years ago I gave a glowing review I have changed my view on this complex after management was changed. New manager plays favorites, makes unneeded comments as regards to race, Has made several comments in a negative light towards me, I have resided here for 6 years, On line they advertise they have garbage disposals, dishwashers among other things these two are not true. None of the units have dishwashers, kitchen has a single sink. The stove in my unit is nearly 25 years old, maybe older. Ive asked for the stove to be replaced repeatedly, now I am ending my leasing contract when it is fulfilled. Previous manager was kind, tried to aid and update where she could, this manager acts like its a burden for tenants to want newer appliances. Assigned parking limits seem only to apply to her non favorite tenants, favored tenants do not abide by current rules. As a long time resident I suggest they rethink their management choices, and perspective tenants to ask detailed questions when viewing property, also consider elsewhere. This is not an issue with the property management company but the current management running the property. 7

Its quiet. Any problems I have, Juana makes sure there solved. Havent had any trouble living here. Its very affordable.
