My father-in-law lives at this complex. For the most part its an OK apartment complex to live in period however they do seem to change management/owners quite a bit. Sometimes maintenance is a little slow but they do eventually get it done. No complaints at the moment

New oweners are a joke completely inexperienced horrible communication emergency work orders not attended to unless you harass the complex also not Enforcing dog leashes and also have zero concern about possible apartment damage due to a week long leak that there refusing to help or do anything about because there so busy when the complex wasnt bought out they had one maintenance guy and when I called in a work order it took no less then 48 hours to get something done they are a joke your better off applying any where else

I hate these apartments! Ive been living here since July. I was supposed to be living in an updated model and it doesn’t look much different from the down graded model! Ive been having problems with my hot water in my shower since i moved in. I have put in multiple work orders about the water only for them to tell me that my water does get hot ! But does nothing to fix the issue! 0/10 wouldn’t recommend. Im definitely moving out once my lease is up !And not to mention! Every time I call the office nobody answers the phone!

The staff is very professional but this is NOT the place for those with MINOR credit issues. If you have a repossession and/or loans you will not get approved. Regardless if you have no rental history. SAVE YOUR MONEY. Go to a second chance or an apartment complex that doesn’t look so deep into your credit history.

I made an appointment for leasing information and to take a tour of the complex. No one was at the office the place was not even open for my 9am appointment. Very bad impression . I left a message also on the VM .

I dont do this very often but i have to say that this is the best office team this property has had so far. The new assistant manager Marlene is so helpful, polite, and actually cares about the property residents . Work orders get done fast too.

I just wanted to take the time to write this review. I have lived at 1505 Exchange since March 2019. The office staff and maintenance are always friendly and prompt in servicing my concerns/needs. But I want to take the time to make mention of the exceptional job that Shannon (Assistant Property manager) ALWAYS does. She is always professional, respectful, kind and understanding and follows up with my concerns when I’ve had them. Shannon does a thorough job and creates events, making the community a better place to call home. She is definitely a 5 star associate.

My friend and I went in looking for a 2bedroom apartment. Unfortunately they didnt have any available, but the energy and attitude of the staff was so wholesome and kind they made us feel like being right at home!

I have been looking for an apartment for a while now and I have called this property in the past and every time I called whoever worked in the office back then was rude. But this place is in my budget so I gave it another shot and I just have to tell you, after calling this place again now, the lady I talked to was absolutely the most awesome leasing person I’ve talked to in a long time!! I can’t remember her name but she said she was the new leasing agent. I will be applying for an apt once they have the available units for my timeframe!!! Even though they didn’t have any units for my time, she was not pushy or rushy like the other people at the other places. she was very informative, she sounded very interested and so happy to help me and seemed to care of what I had to say and it makes me feel like I will be taken care of here! Such a huge difference from a few months ago!!! I just had to compliment her!!!!!

Beautiful apartment living on East side of Fort Worth. No immediate access to downtown but the bus line is readily available. Spacious room and a pool for the Summer Time.

Wish i can give ZERO STARS!!! Worst apartment Complex I’ve ever stayed in. I’m supposedly staying in an remodeled apartment but it doesn’t look like it. I have black mold in my bedroom that I requested to get fixed over a month ago and they have yet to fix the problem. They have bugs. I’ve been paying for pest control since December and they only came ONE time ( April 17). Even though I’m paying for pest control, I was told I have to put my name on the list for them to actually come every Friday to spray my apartment. What a rip-off!!!!! You can feel the nails in the carpets.

My daughter and I have lived here for a year and are about to sign for another year. If you would have asked me if I was going to resign 6 months ago I would have said absolutely not. The new management is so kind and helpful. It is like night and day. They are making the property better day by day . Very happy to be here !

If I was looking for an apartment, this would be the last place Id rent from. My friend has lived in this apartment for years. Everything went well for her until the new management took over. The ac/heating does not work. You either freeze or sweat. Shes called maintenance and they claimed to fix it, only to have her electricity bill climb into the thousands because the wiring is wrong (Yes she was told the wiring was wrong). They even had to credit her rent for months to reimburse her for the error. Yet months later, her ac/heating still does not work. She emailed and called upper management and they wont even return her calls. Her ex also lived in an apartment owned by the same management company, and had the exact same ac/heating issues. No one should be paying rent where they have to buy space heaters and use a stove to heat their apartment when its 38° outside. When I visit, the parking is terrible. Its worth paying a little more to find a place that actually cares about their tenants. My advice: dont move here until they can get it together.

I have been living here going on a year. Quite property and my neighbors are great. Any maintenance request are always completed in a timely manner and office staff is always so friendly.

I have lived here for 7 months and it has been great so far. Maintenance Is on stand by at all times in case of emergency, seems pretty quiet at the nights, apartment is nice. Cant complain at all.

This is the worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived in and I wish I could give zero stars. The community it’s self isn’t being attended to and when I put a work order in they never attend to it! I’ve been having problems with me AC unit since I moved in (April) and no one has yet to come and fix it no matter how many times I put a work order in. They never issued me a mailbox key when I moved in and when I asked for one, they told me to put a work order in and to wait until they deliver it and that took a month. It’s just to much of a hassle living here and I would highly advise not living here.

If I couldve given none I would have, worst communication, theyre apartments are never ready how they should be and you have to ask them over and over again just to get them to even pick up a finger. Theyre lazy and rude. Valerie was friendly and tolerant, but wasnt often properly informed. The maintenance people are nice. First and worst apartments. Transfer fees paid month in advance got 3 different move in dates and my shower doesnt even work properly and Ive been asking them for 3 days to fix it and get the shower rod up and still nothing. Drain is clogged with paint .

I’ve stayed here almost a year, from working with the old management and the new one. Since the new management has stepped in my relationship with the ladies in the office are wonderful. Things weren’t quite in order when the old management left and with hard work and communication the new management has made the transfer over process go so smooth. Ensuring that every problem there was got solved. Very quiet neighborhood, and haven’t had not a single issue! Thank you for the great customer service making it enjoyable to live here.

I just love these apartments they where very, very friendly when showing the apartment to me and my soon to be husband. Th leasing office staff, had was very up beat and friendly and acted like they was happy to assist us with finding an apartment together. Even though we went to with other options. I would recommend these apartments, to anyone that is looking for a new place to live.Also my best friend lives at these apartments and her and her family love the spacious apartments.

I’ve lived here for a year and just renewed my lease for another year. When I first moved on management was sort of all over the place and I could never get through to the office, plus I also didn’t like the idea that we could only pay with a credit card. After new management things are ran much more smoothly and I’m able to go directly online and pay my rent from my checking account with no issues, they communicate important information through text and email which I like as well. I love my apartment and would recommend to anyone looking to rent.

Despite the beginning of me trying to live in these apartments and then actually living there for some months; I do want to say thank you to Ms. Shannon. I had some financial struggles with my job not honoring my Army reserves obligations so I was not able to pay for Decembers rent. Ms. Shannon and the other lady were really understanding of my situation. Also, I never had problems with any of my neighbors and also someone was kind enough to turn my bf phone into the office. Overall, the apartments are nice to live in; the only improvement I would suggest is maintenance but every apartment has its ups and downs with that.

The office staff valerie and shannon are extremely helpful. i love that they are always having community events for the children, and maintenance issues are being resolved in a timely manner. Office staff is incredibly unprofessional. The resident is always wrong in their eyes. I was a recent resident in this apartment. My car was towed in this parking lot, despise never being issued a parking sticker or any electronic notice of requiring one. I had to pay $300 to get my car out, and I missed a day of work. The office issued me my parking sticker the day AFTER my car was towed. I have reported to BBB, and office is claiming it is not their fault.Update: Leasing office replied to my complaint and restated that I was wrong and she would not pay me back. She incorrectly stated that the BBB closed the complaint, when in fact, it is still open. Thanks.

This page seems to be monitored, so Im posting this in the hope something will actually get done. Last week, I put in a maintenance request regarding a wasp nest on my bedroom window. The nest was still there on Tuesday, when I put in another request. At that time, I was told that because of the rain, nothing could be done. Well here it is on Thursday, absolutely no rain, and still nothing has been done. I called to check on my request and was told she could not give me an ETA - since this is a THIRD REQUEST, I believe the only proper response would be IMMEDIATELY. One of the reasons this is a concern is that, in some fashion, the wasps have found a way to enter my apartment. I have found 2dead bodies, on my carpet, last week and this week, underneath the window where the nest is located.

Update:04/10/2020I Changed my rating from 4 Stars to 1I hate this place now, the old management team was awesome, kind, receptive as well accommodating. The new team does not return calls about maintenance request that have been put in multiple times. There is no way to contact them directly outside of the portal and they will close the order with out performing the service. Log into the portal and they have maintenance request from other units under my account and the contact info does not match my address this is how I know they dont belong to my unit. My ceiling in my bathroom has been leaking since Oct, I have videos!! Every time my upstairs neighbor drains their tub or shower my bathroom floods. I have a huge hole in my wall from the last plumbing issue after only a week of moving in my toilet and tub backed up and flooded. No one has come out to patch the dry wall back up even after requesting it. I also had plumbing issues in my kitchen. The dishwasher backed up because the sink backed up it backed up so often now my counter top is falling apart. I also requested that it be fixed, no word!!! I am Over it I dint wanna be here anymore. I pay over 1000+ dollars a month in rent and this is unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone not even homeless and it was free.

If you enjoy living next to drug dealers, loud cars driving in at all times of the night, a complex that is dark at night, having your car towed for double the legal amount, people sitting at the curb all day trying to chat you up, and having maintenance problems that take a week + to get fixed, then this complex is for you! Oh and youll really love living here if you love leasing office associates who are rude and like to take off Saturdays so its never actually open like it claims. Oh and how could I forget?! Also, you better bring/rent your own washer and dryer because the TWO laundry facilities are and will continue to be broken/off limits. The gate is not broken, because they do not ever plan on fixing it, it is simple there for decoration at this point. The pool? Is that a joke?! Its literally a hole on the ground, that again is never able to be used. Oh and! If you live in the center of the complex you will get to enjoy watching people, kids nonetheless, do drugs where their old pool used to be. Lived there for a year and as you can tell it was not a pleasant experience. I would suggest to anyone to spend the extra $50 a month and live elsewhere. Absolutely horrible place and it should be condemned.

I moved here Oct 2016. The first week i moved in 1 of my cars was towed due to the front office would not give me another sticker for my cars that i had even though all 3 cars were in my name. As well as for 2 months straight i kept swilling up and couldnt figure out what it was turns out the apartment had bed bugs. When i let the front office know i was told i brought them with me. I told them i brought all brand new furnish when i moved in like i always do when i move places. I also had receipts to prove it. I was still charged to have them come get rid of the bed bugs that the apartment already had. Not to mention my refrigerator had bugs in it when i moved in that would not go away so they replaced all my appliances.As well as somebody tried to break in my car.... After all the initial kinks it was all good...No more problems i might would have done another year had they not decided to go up 100 on my rent for a one bedroom. I was too scared to move to a 2 bedroom due to the initial bed bugs.

0 stars! DONT MOVE HERE!!! I was first told by the assistant manager that my deposit would be $250 but when the main manager got a hold of my file I was told I needed an extra $500. I was a first time renter so they said it was standard which I now know was not the case. As soon as I got my keys and went to my apartment three roaches came out. I immediately told the assistant manager and she said that it was an old apartment complex but that they spray free of charge. I was so pissed but I really needed to move here so I decided to fumigate myself before moving in. I sprayed a can of Bengal roach spray then left for the store to get cleaning supplies when I returned 10 minutes later there were roaches everywhere!!!! I was supposed to move in June 12th 2015 but I waited an entire week before I could move my stuff in because of the bugs. When I first moved in whenever I cooked I had to immediately put my food up because the bugs would come out. They sprayed every week and I sprayed everyday for a month. Fortunately after two weeks the bugs died down and I didnt see them anymore. If the bugs wasnt already a bad sign then my car was towed in August 2015. The leasing manager allowed me to pay my rent in august but didnt issue me a parking pass.When I mentioned that my car was towed the manager was rude saying that it was my responsibility and that I was warned when I signed the lease. I told her that no one told me that information. She rudely replied that if I moved in June 12th that I had been around long enough to know how it worked. Since they were partly to blame for not telling me about the towing I was able to get half off the unnecessary tow. The mailboxes arent secure there because someone watched the postman leave a box in my mailbox and stole it before I got home. The box was a gift for my daughters birthday! I only lived here from June 2015 to January 2016 an during that time the leasing office went through at least 3 changes in management without any notice to the tenants. My final issue with these people is that they did everything to withhold my security deposit plus an extra $90.

This apartment complex deserves no star at all. I am really glad that my lease is coming to an end with them. I have so much to say about how bad this apartment complex is. I would advise anybody who would want to move into 1505 exchange to think twice before doing so.I had my mailbox door broken for over 2 weeks. After several notification calls to the leasing office, I had to go there in person to find out that no work order has been put into the system for it to be changed. I was almost one month without mail. Knowing you pay the rent always on time, this is the most frustrating thing that can happen to you.My AC system was not blowing out any cold air. I called the apartment office and even my wife did so. But nothing until has been done. The funny part in this is that when I notified maintenance and they called me back, the guy over the phone was telling one of his coworker that I was talking about S***T (I just decide to be polite and not ignorant like him to write word). These are the kind of people they have managing somewhere for people to live.There is that hispanic lady (I do not really know her name). She drives a jeep sahara. She is the most rude and unprofessional person. She keeps on using inappropriate language even when she is with residents in the office which is totally unacceptable.There is just so much to say about them. DO NOT GET YOUR MONEY WASTED WITH 1505 EXCHANGE.I CAM ASSURE THEM THAT I WILL KEEP ON WRITING REVIEWS ON THEM BECAUSE THEY ARE THE WORST PLACE TO LIVE IN.

Okay So Let me give an up to date review on these apartments they scammed me out of 200 too transfer with my husband because of an employee (lashonda) not processing my application the day it was received which was in the beginning of JUNE the manager (sharonda) who noticed i didnt get screened went ahead an screened me last week (a month later) after my application was turned in i turned in our transfer fee last month an the manager chose not too approve my application BECAUSE HER CO WORKER DIDNT DO HER JOB an got mad at me and my boyfriend because we said something about it so they decided a month later too not give me my transfer fee back an the RUDE MANAGER TRYED TO BAN ME from my husbands apartment because her coworker didnt do her job which she clearly cant do but i will be contacting the owner of this property oh and she said my boyfriend wasnt able to transfer even though he has a lease agreement until January lol WORST COMPLEX EVER THE MANAGER NEEDS TOO BE FIRED FOR SO MANY REASONS AND I HOPE YALL ENJOY MY REVIEW KEEP LOOKING 😀

I like the Park Place Apts, its so much better than the Chaparrel where I moved from. I like being able to park my car, and not get towed. I just want to live in a place that people dont come into my home with the other key, and things come up missing. I dont have to worry about going to prison, because the police wont help. Affordable. But they dont like to fix anything. I lived there 2 yrs. Had a work order in my first week to put cover over light in dinning room. Which 2 yrs.later they never fixed. Why give me a gate key for a gate that never was working my whole time there. Visitors parking is non existent. You have too put a pass in there window,after marking the date. But dont have surprise visitors after office closes. Because they only give you three a month after you pay your rent. So if you run out make sure your visitors make a appointment to come see you. So you can run to office before they close. To get a pass. Because they will tow there car. Happened to me before. To many hassles. Glad I moved. But was lucky to get a 3rd of my deposit back. This is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. The management team is unorganized, rude and just bad in general. Do not move here. It takes almost a month to get work orders done. I have been trying to get my bath tub resurfaced since December with no luck. Ive gone without hot water for a week at one point. When I asked why it takes so long to complete work orders I was told there were 100 orders in and only 3 maintenance workers . Communication is terrible unless there is something that they need. They give no updates on when work orders will be completed other than an automated message that says they will try to finish your order same day which never happens. Unless you are in a situation where you need a second chance, I do not recommend anyone living here. I cannot wait until my lease is up.

You cant post a review unless you put one star:: note no stars.. This place is nasty and dirty. I moved in on 9/23/16 and I moved out 9/24/16. This places is filled with Roaches in the bathtub all over the walls dropping from off the ceilings. This place should be closed down. They put me in a unit where this guy just died. Come to find out the the man had Roaches rats and fleas. The rude manager and leasing agent stated we never had any complaint from him or his neighbors. All lies. The lady upstairs stated the place has roaches in the walls. Tenant upstairs stated she has to shake her purse everyday before she leave to go out because roaches will come from out of there. Another tenant stated you will have to shake your clothes too because there everywhere. I called the city for a health voilation. Code Complience Served them today. I contacted every website that is promoting this property dont. I contacted channel 4 news to investigate. The manage gave me the wrong Corporate email address. I have email called and left voicemail messages. Nothing.. Dont move here your health is moe important.. Property rating negative zero-0

I have lived here 3 years to the date . It has just gotten worse . For 9 months now no laundry facility . It should be called dark ( not park ) place . The price is good for the size floor plans .the only thing going for them .

I love these apartments they are so friendly and i have great Neighbors!!!

They are trying to make it nice. But the people in the area bring it down
