When it comes to car repair, you need trust. In my experience when I go somewhere new for an oil change the mechanics try to earn that trust by telling me what they are doing, show me the dipstick, etc. this place did not. And then charged me 10 times what I usually pay for an oil filter and didn’t tell me until after it was installed! My next frustration was with the condition of the engine bay after they were done. When I opened the compartment after I got home I noticed a loose piece of insulation trim just sitting that wasn’t there before. And in my second picture you see my very obvious windshield wiper fluid right next to the oil fill cap, the receipt says they filled the reservoir but yet I was able to fill with almost a gallon of fluid?? Obviously they didn’t do it... what else didn’t they do? Not a question I want to ask after service

I tend to dislike most car care places because they try and over sell or talk you into unnecessary things. But both times Ive been here theyve been very kind and have done what I needed and asked for, and recommend other things without the pushy in your face sales pitch you might get elsewhere. Only place Ill go now because of that. Theyre just very kind people. Highly recommended.

Every time I stop by for an oil change I’m greeted warmly and taken care of so quickly! Matt and the shop are always attentive and willing to help me understand what’s going on with my car and the best deals to keep it in great shape. It’s not in my neighborhood but I always make the drive because I know I’ll be taken care of!!

Brought our van in for an oil change and tire rotation. Was told they didn’t have enough time to do a tire rotation and that they only had one lift. Apparently the manager isn’t smart enough to use a jack to rotate tires. Then at the end informed us that the dipstick that wasnt broken is now broke and we should call the dealership and have it repaired because they didn’t have time. As unprofessional as it comes.

I dont know a ton about cars but had an intermittent problem with my van so stopped by one evening just expecting a quick check and referral for hundreds of dollars of work, but left with a fixed vehicle much cheaper than I feared. Thanks guys!
