Been calling all morning to find out a package that is supposedly there, but customer service national number says it was delivered when it wasnt and that its at the location. I have called all morning to either a busy line or the phone ringing to go to a mailbox that is full. Just needing an update but it seems Ill just have to drive 30 minutes to visit the location in person. Terrible customer service so far.

I’ve had a P.O. Box here for years and had no problems at all. Now that there’s a new Postmaster, whenI get notifications saying my packages are delivered it takes her at least 3 days to put them in my box. I got this box so that I could get my packages quicker, but now that there’s a new postmaster and she doesn’t do her job it defeats the purpose of having it.

Cant get a hold of anyone and the automated thing is useless, almost like there trying to avoid talking to people on the phone. kept sending my order to the wrong facilities and us about 3 to 4 days late now

I had a great experience there this morning. The woman sitting at the door showed me how to quickly get my packages weighed and labeled, and then how to send them off. I was in and out of there in 15 minutes!

My package has now been stuck at this location for 16 days. Can’t get a human on the phone, and when I finally get someone on the phone from the main USPS number they basically give no information and say it’ll get there eventually. Why is our government giving more money to this organization with no actual changes being made to their terrible systems and employees? I guess it’s time to start begging vendors to ship through UPS or FEDEX. USPS is a complete joke.

I mailed a package to family out of the U.S. for Christmas. They never received it. Later in March which is 3 months later I received a taped up empty box. I took it to this Clinton location and they said they were logging it into evidence. Then I called the international department who told me I would receive my insurance money on the package. Ive never heard from them and suddenly the Clinton department doesnt have my package and there isnt record of me taking it in. Ive also never gotten my insurance money and never heard from them. Ive lost $300.00 because of these criminal people!!! Dont trust them!!!

Worst customer service in this location, very hard to deal with... i had priority mail label and they refused to give me the Free from USPS box to put my package in, the old lady there is very bad to us, picky and wont help. I suggest going to another location.. maybe the one in goshen ave cause they’re awesome over there and very understanding, goshen ave usps helps you if you make mistake, this one in Clinton is the worst.

Twice in two weeks your station has not gotten it right. It is not that hard. Your driver puts my mail in the wrong box and then withholds my package bc he is too lazy to deliver it. I have about had it and if you cannot take pride in the job you were given please find another one. Indiana is the worse state Ive lived in whereas Ive had numerous ongoing issues with the USPS. As a veteran I took my job seriously to serve others and likewise you should also. I will be filing a formal complaint. Dont give me any BS COVID excuses!!!

I’ve been ordering a lot of items from eBay. Everytime they go to this post office, all the sudden it takes FOREVER to get to me. I live in Michigan. 1 state away! I even have a missing package now that I already paid for & had to file a report for missing mail. I ordered something else & it is unfortunately at this post office right now. Whenever it goes to this post office, I get no more updates where my package is at & it always shows up a week later. They have all been shipped first class mail which is supposed to b delivered in 2-3 business days. I ordered items from amazon from Georgia & somewhere else & they were shipped out after my items that I ordered from eBay because they luckily went through Ohio & I received them within 2 days. Regular usps shipping. There is clearly a problem with this post office that needs to be addressed. I hope I get my item I just ordered & the items that are not lost because of this post office

I have never been treated more inappropriately or rudely than I was by Felicia at this US Post Office. I will quite literally never be returning to this Post Office. I will make the drive to a further one simply to avoid ever interacting with her again.It is an absolute shame that someone so rude is employed working with people.

This is completely bull! We keep getting the wrong mail and the address on the mail is no where near the address it was delivered. I was supposed to get a package yesterday which said it was delivered at 5:13pm at the door/mailbox. I went to go get it and guess what there was nothing!!! This stuff hasn’t happened much before and it’s happening a whole lot now?! What the heck is happening?! Why are people getting the wrong mail! This needs fixed ASAP!!

Don’t know where package is and when I showed the tracking said it was there at post office . The supervisor said no it’s not, it’s on the truck and the truck is not there, he said that when someone tracks the their, tracking number it is ahead it doesn’t mean it’s there, so they don’t know where my package or the truck is. And he said that with this Covid mail ia slower the. Usual, but they seem to still get my bills to me on time. The post office has gone down hill . My post man won’t deliver my mail if he can’t just drive straight to the mailbox. I’m just asking for my package.

If you are going to get a passport, you better call and make an appointment a week or two in advance. Otherwise you are definitely not going to get it. Ive been there three times on different days at different hours, and they have turned me and many other people away every time. I didnt even know you could schedule appointments in advance, nor did I know there were other post offices in the Fort Wayne area that had passport service. They definitely need more staff or to be open more hours, but lets face it, its the government so convenience and service are not exactly to be expected.

Yesterday May 1 2019 I was suppose to receive 2 packages. When I checked the tracking, the message said unable to deliver .. no access to front porch. This was an out and out lie. The time was 5:42 PM. From about 4 PM on I was sitting and watching out the door while listening to a book. No USPS person made any attempt to stop at my house let alone approach my porch. I had to spend 30 minutes on the phone to order a delivery reschedule thru an automated system. I needed those packages.

Completely incompetent. The mail carriers mis-deliver to my neighbors quite often. One was a large check, 3 others were packages, and I get my neighbors mail too. I have filed multiple complaints. You can’t even get a postal employee on the phone, and when you do, they say it’s your problem to fix! How hard is it to get the mail in the right slot? A chimpanzee could do the work with more pride and better work ethics! I’m so glad I’m moving away from downtown so I don’t have to deal with such incompetence.

Wendy at this location is super friendly and helpful. We had a lot of packages and old stamps, and she helped us calculate everything and get the right postage on each thing. Even though it was a lot of extra work for her and there was a line behind us that was probably stressful, she stayed cheery and positive and really made our experience great.

The mail carriers need to be trained better or stop talking on their phones and pay attention to what they are doing, because we are constantly getting the wrong mail and our mail is being delivered elsewhere. Like really important stuff, (license plates and registration) not junk mail. Plus, I had two emails saying a package of mine was delivered before the mail even came on my block. So it got delivered to the wrong house and I still havent received it. The house that it went to probably kept it because it was super cool, but what does that help me...I paid for it just for it to get delivered to the wrong house. All of this could be avoided if the carriers actually took the time to make sure mail was being delivered to the correct address. So disappointed....something really needs to be done about this!

People are too hard on the PO. We should support our public institutions and semi-public institutions. I have had nothing but great service from both the carriers and the counter people. Overall I think the PO does a better job with small parcel delivery than either UPS or FedEx. Thank youMatt Felix

Had a terrible experience getting a passport. The passport woman is chatty cattty while everyone is sitting for waiting for hours. I waited all morning with a toddler then when I finally got into the passport room, the lady tells me I need to redo my papers because a line didnt print. Their form prints outside of standard margins!!! So shame on me for printing and filling this out at home. Then the lady tells me shes going to lunch and Ill need to wait until she gets back, another hour!!! At this point I was so frustrated. Im going in again today and Im gonna let my toddler tear up the place. I would give it 0 stars if possible.

They mark packages as delivered when they arent, then deliver days later. I could understand if they are understaffed but Ive called been lied to about my mail being delivered and hung up on before when I called back about it so its pretty messed up that I cant rely on my local post office when they are suppose to be government employees.

I would never recommend this place for passports! I waited 1 hour listening to the wonan laugh and talk about he trips while 7 people were waiting to renewals. Even worse, their employees were rude and disrespectful! They sent away all stand-bye customers, and many have been waiting for 2 hours! This is rediculois for anyone having to deal with getting a passport.

The old man is rude, the white lady with brown hair is rude, and the mixed lady with glasses is rude. I was just trying to ship something and didnt know I had to do all the packaging by myself because when I went to FedEx, they helped package it for you. So when I arrived, they just had an attitude and were annoyed, I was going to go off on them but I just wanted to leave asap.

People there are stupid thay cant use a chart to see that a city and zip dont match up if you send a package to a city and the address is not rithe by the zip look at cith find the city or town correct the zip and send it on dont keep sending it to indy so thay can keep sending it bak 5 or 6 times stop and look at it for a second you can do this you cant be that slow in the head it took me like 2 seconda to figure it out
