For 3 years they have consistently started treatment for crab grass too late. Every year Im told it was too cold and every year crab grass is a nightmare. Now, even clover is coming back. Definitely will not be using this service again

THIS is what Kapp’s done to our lawn. If I could have put negative stars I would have! We are VERY frustrated !! In 18+ years our yard (even untreated) never looked this bad!! I believe that they waaayyyy over treated it! We have not had crabgrass in our front yard in years & it’s now everywhere!

This company is a scam. They put fertilizer on my lawn which caused excessive crab grass to grow everywhere. They also never respond to phone calls to cancel their service. They actually showed up unexpected wanting to treat my lawn again after I called them twice to cancel. But in the past they have called me at 8:30 at night to try to upsell. If I could give them a negative rating I would certainly do so. I will never use this service again! Any positive reviews are probably fake.

Always try and use local companies. My yard has never looked better. Fair price and worth every penny. They are on top of it!

Forgot to call me the night before so I could unlock my gate, therefore my backyard did not get treated. I called the same day and havent received a call back yet.

For one the first day youre hired you get given used outfits and charged for them for 2 when they start you they lowball you on what youre worth on your experience I had 10 years experience they charge started me at $10 thats a slap in the face when I could have made 12 in McDonalds

Ive used Kapps for more than 20 years. They stand by their work. Any time that Ive not been happy with my lawn (its rare), they are quick to address it. I get a lot of compliments on my lawn from my neighbors. I always tell them, Kapps deserves the credit, not me.

Ive been using a service to fertilize my lawn for about 23 years and have tried just about all of them. I left Kapps twice for a bargain price, but quickly came right back. Theres no comparison. My lawn looks great, they pick up the phone when you call, they immediately respond to any problems by sending out a manager, and they have been spraying perimeter of my house for bugs with good results the past 2-3 seasons. Great company!

We have been Kapps customers for 30 years. Our lawn is beautiful, and we often receive compliments. Kapps service is great. They have free service calls so we dont hesitate to call if we find some weeds between applications. The lawn technicians as well as the office staff are knowledgeable and really care about doing a good job. We are happy to support a local Fort Wayne company.

Results you can count on! Regardless of the shape your lawn is in now, I suggest you give them a try. Their mix used in applications has done wonders for me. In the beginning with new grass that wasn’t coming in, they helped it come in fully. Now I use them for maintenance. My grass is thick and very green now, and I have Kapp’s to thank!

I just spoke with Kapps about their service in my subdivision. I dont use their service but a lot of people in my neighborhood do. Their technicians do not blow excess fertilizer off the sidewalks leaving a mess for people that walk their dogs through the neighborhood. They didnt seem to care about the health of our pets. They will only blow the excess fertilizer off the sidewalks if their customers request it. If you use their services please request that they provide this additional service for your neighborhood. I have observed other lawn care companies provide this service on every visit.

Do not use Kapps! I had them perform standard lawn service for a couple seasons as well as edging. While edging, they missed part of the property and the portion of work they did complete was very crooked and choppy! When I contacted them to report my frustration and request they come and fix it, they did not respond so I stopped service and short paid the invoice by the portion of work not completed along with sending a letter requesting resolution. They continue to send an invoice every month for work that was not completed, but never responded to my request for resolution.

Good company, but i advise you stay away from Belgard pavers, three years of efflorescence issues and no resolution from Belgard, the Unilock products look ten times better

Worst company ever.. don’t waste your money on these guys..My grass is dead and all my neighbors grass is green.. I pay money for green grass, but instead I get dead grass.. SUCK!!..Kapp just came to my lawn..looked around and wrote on my bill..And it says “water for best results “.Didn’t bother to ring doorbell and talk to me face to face.. this company is a joke..Will never ever recommend this company to anyone at all..word of mouth comes a long way..Oh did I mention.. I still got billed for some kind of application too.. what a suck ass company

I switched from another company this season whom I wont mention, and immediately I seen significant improvements from not only the technicians but as well as the product and service . Kapps turned my lawn from being brown and thin to a thick green weed free yard in only one season . They are a caring professional company that cares about there customers . I highly recommend this company to anyone interested in a great local lawn company !!

I have a2 year old lawn last fall I thought I might have to redo the whole yard over but I have been whith kaaps for about 20 years in my previous home they made my yard gorgeous a few mistakes were made but they totally made all right I am thankful I stayed with them
