This is a wonderful place to work out. An amazing alternative to the Y. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. There is plenty of equipment for everyone to use. I also participated in yoga classes taught by Sam, and she is a great instructor! The tub and sauna are AMAZING. You cant beat the price! I highly recommend a membership here if you are in the market for a place to work out.

Love that its not huge like others. You have a lot of options to go when theyre not busy. Could use some replacement equipment, but still a great price for what they offer.

I was in town for a week and needed somewhere I could get an affordable guest pass for the week. This gym was perfect! It is an older building, but all the weights worked just fine and they had all the equipment I needed. It was also not crowded - an extra bonus! Staff was nice also.

Great place to work out. Equipment is well kept. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Worth the price of the membership.

Now that its Catalyst Fitness this gym is improving cosmetically, open for members 24/7 with two more fully updated locations! The membership is affordable (they have a contract and noncontract version), you get access to all locations and they have great customer service!

Best gym in town by far

Im possibly shopping for a new gym with better amenities than mine currently has. Visited this one today. Yea, the building is older and doesnt have that shiny happy New feel of the chain fitness centers in town, but its big, has plenty of equipment, and has a dry sauna and whirlpool! The chains dont have those. The 6 bucks more a month (and not having a yearly membership fee) seems like a good deal. And they offer 2 free sessions with a trainer, rather than the 1 intro session the chains offer. Seriously contemplating making the switch.

It had an 80s vibe too me and everything was everywhere but if you like that type of style its the place for you

Place stinks, has old workout equipment, is dark and unappealing and is too expensive compared to better facilities in the surrounding area. Dont waste your money! I signed up then realized there was a better place nearby. When I called to cancel the reoccurring payments that were taken out the staff was rude.

One of the best gyms I have ever workout in. Believe me I seen alot of them. This one definitely take the cake.

Lady sounded rude on the phone when I called and asked for a trial to be able to try out the gym. What gym doesnt let you try it out first? Cant make a review about the actual facilities but I value customer service .. and that was kinda poor
