Great downtown spot to get a workout in at! Staff is extremely nice, all the equipment you need to get a great pump in, plenty of cardio equipment.

No free parking like The Y downtown...untill after citizen square business hours. Its on the bottom level so leaks occur here and there not as bad. Decent amount of equipment but can get packed very easily since the weight area is smaller. .alot of times not busy except the evening. Private restrooms...and full size lockers.

If you are looking for a gym that doesnt have the insane dumb rules like planet fitness or the arrogance and rudeness as of max fitness; come to Catalyst fitness. Its cheaper, really open 24/7 365 days a year cause they are open on holidays as well. The equipment is nice and up to date and the best part is its never crowed at all locations in Fort Wayne.
