This is the only shop around that provides outstanding, tailored customer interactions every single time someone walks through the door. Ive experienced it unfailingly, and witnessed it with others while I wait. Pair that with the spectacular cuts these stylists provide, and there is no other place in town that can compete.Today, I watched Azura give a great cut to a four or five year old boy, managing his fidgeting like she had been doing it her whole life. The kid was HAPPY through the entire process, and left with a smile. I watched this while Kayla expertly handled a cut on my 94 year old grandfather who suffers advanced dementia, and who fidgets as much as a four or five year old boy. She kept him laughing, he too left with a smile, and for the last two hours has not stopped talking about how great his stylist was or how good his hair looks.

While this location was clean and very much enjoy the sports atmosphere ....the service is severely lacking . My boyfriend checked in for a cut and the app said a 47 minute wait time. We were STILL waiting for 30 minutesp past that 47 minutes and they still were not ready for him. We left without a haircut. I do not feel this is acceptable.

I always have a good experience at Sports Clips in Northwood Plaza. Violet always used to cut my hair just the way I wanted it. Now that she is gone, Kayla cuts my hair and it’s still great. She is very professional, friendly, and easy to talk to. I’m happy to have someone I can count on to cut my hair the way I want instead if the way they want - which often used to happen to me at other places.

My boyfriend used to go to Great Clips because of the price, but I encouraged him to splurge and try Sports Clips. He was SO impressed with the entire experience. Kayla was his stylist and she was super personable and had great ideas for his haircut. He will definitely be coming back! Yes, it’s a little more expensive than Great Clips, but the entire experience is worth it! His haircut looks incredible and he also loved the hot towels. 10/10 recommend!!

Fantastic service and exceptional cut! I have more challenging hair to cut to begin with, but after a series of interesting events, I also had some unique markings cut into my hair as well. Kayla had no problem cutting my hair and fixing the failed stylizing attempt! I will most certainly be going back in the future!

This is the only place I come to get my hair cut period. All of the ladies are at the top of their game and I have never had a bad hair cut. The manager Kayla is an amazing at what she does. I cant say anything bad about this place. Best place to get a hair cuts guys for real.

Was charged 22 bucks for them to trim my under cut. It was busy so I stopped at the closest place. Most of the time I make an appointment at a different place and it cost no more than 6 bucks.The girl that cut my hair said Im sure there is an option for an undercut but I dont know how to find it so Ill just charge you full price 22 freaking dollars!!

I had an absolutely great experience at the northwood location with Kayla! She was very, very busy, and wasnt sure if she would get to me before close. I was heading out of town the next day, so I really needed it done that night. She was understanding, very nice, and took care of me with another great haircut. Just recently started getting my hair cut here. Kayla does a great job. She makes sure it is cut the way you like it. MVP service is a nice touch. I will definitely return.

Worst haircut I’ve ever had. I asked her to point cut the top of my hair and she did but then cut straight across and it’s all uneven. Then she cut the sides and cut too high up when I specifically asked her not to and the fade was so uneven and she didn’t line me up or do my hard part. She said she had 20 years of experience but I’ve had better haircuts from beauty school students. I will not be back to this location. I had to go home and fix it myself.

First, we tried to check in via the app, but it wouldnt go thru. I called the store and the young lady said they had noone in the store, and no wait. I sent my 3 sons to get their hair cut. Two came back with hair cuts! Apparently a Hot guy came in and they didnt have time for my 3rd son. To top it off, their hair cuts are awful! Wasted money.

I don’t usually go to Sport Clips but Hallie was wonderful and cut my hair just the way I envisioned. Made for a welcoming experience and will go back if I’m in the area!

I had an appointment today for 12:03 today, and watched one associate take her lunch while I was the only one waiting and the other go VERY slowly. So, by the time they were ready, I had sat for 30 minutes AFTER my appointment time.

Went here because they offered Free Haircut Coupon. It wasnt a good job, there was no uniformity in the haircut, it was like patches here and there, instead of blend in. Looks like they are inexperienced, or rather they need some patience. I would stay away from this, and would stick to Barber shop from next time.

Dont go here. Showed up at 4:30 told to sign in as she yelled from the back. Its going to be 20-25 min wait. Ok I say. I sign in. About 10 min later she comes up to front desk and enters names on a count down screen and puts me down as 20 min. Im like ok I can wait another 20. 5:20pm Im still not getting a haircut. Im like really. Over 45 min waiting. I u dersyand your busy but be honest dont tell me 20 min then make me wait 45+. My time in more valuable than that. Needless to I walked out and will never be returning.
