We cant express how fantastic the guy that was in charge of service at our reception performed. This was possibly the best service my new wife and I experienced at any dinner service catered or otherwise. The 3 ladies he had working with him we exemplary and as a team they worked flawlessly. We had a small 25 person reception and even though small, they worked the service like we were billionaires. Food was excellent. Prepared fresh same day and brought to our event 50 miles from their kitchen and remarkably it was still hot and fresh. We had our reception at winona lake and we were worried about the distance with them coming from fort wayne. Absolutely was not an issue. They were there early with the set up truck then another truck.woth the hot food came shortly before service. 5 out of 5

From the moment I contacted Alyssa I received nothing but professional and swift service. My intimate engagement party event was handled as though I was having a party of 200. From start to finish dealing with This company was an excellent experience. The food was amazing. My guests were raving about the mustard chicken and the lasagne. The delivery person was polite and efficient and even wished us a great party. This will be my go to caterer for all my future parties.

Had class reunion and lots of fun. Tables were set and service was pleasant. Were told that after 100 attendees that we would have open bar...not. A plastic cup of white wine cost $6. No red available. Food was awful. If it had not been great to see old friends I would have left before the expensive, cheap wine.

Cerutis was awesome!We attended our granddaughters wedding there on July 24. The outdoor area where the ceremony was held was lovely. For the indoor reception, the tables, seating and decor were beautiful. The food was delicious with a large variety of choices. There was even a separate table for the children with chicken filets, mac/cheese and green beans.I was very appreciative of the staffs attentiveness and professionalism, and for working. Thank you so much!Everything was perfect for a perfect day ❤

I held my husbands memorial service here on May 1. Husband passed early in Jan. Due to many family members traveling as far as 4 to 14 hours away and Indiana winter weather, I choose to call Cerutis . It was my one and only call. Seating for a service was set up, with tables for a luncheon as well.ALL staff were exceptional to work with, and food awesome! I received many positive comments from attendees re: service and food.

Attended a wedding reception which hors doeuvres were being served. To my surprise in the spinach dip I found in my serving a 14 long hair. I immediately reported it to the catering staff. The supervisor, Darlene informed me that she replaced the tray with a new one. Overall the main meal was fine served banquet style. Which in these times I would had preferred a plated meal.

Not helpful through covid with family and friends being unable to attend, lost a lot of money on deposit even though i tried to work with them like other companies have and are doing. Will not use in future nor reccomend

Telling family of the couple being married that they have to go outside and sit in the hot sun for half-an-hour or more before the ceremony was a little more than uncalled for.

I used to work here and they favorite workers and I got treated unfairly...like yesterday workers were given ice cream at the start of my shift and the supervisor who was handing it out said what are you looking at??!! Get back in the kitchen!!! My feelings were a bit hurt...I can sense Im not liked...I stepped down from here but I thank Alyssa for actually taking a chance on me!!! Tysvm Alyssa!!!! I hope in maybe a few years from now I can come back and work for you again!!! I hope to score a job with Conners

I was here for training on PLCs, we used the room just inside the main entrance for seating due to covid. It seems like a nice place, it would probably make a wonderful wedding venue. I believe thats what its for 🤷‍♂️

Very happy customer!Cerutis just catered a lunch for a meeting that I hosted in Fort Wayne; I could not have been more impressed. The request that I had was a bit unconventional (for them to serve my companys unique sandwich recipes on my companys breads). I received a call directly from the owner/president and they happily accommodated this request. The lunch was presented beautifully and it tasted delicious. My event coordinator (Jill) was wonderful to work with. I look forward to using them for my next function.

Attended Perfect Paws Pet Rescue Purse Bingo here. Very clean place, decent size parking lot, clean bathrooms and friendly staff. Lots of space for a large event. The food left a bit of room for improvement but was ok.

Wifes work held their Christmas party here. Atmosphere was great and the food was good, however id like to see them expand on their selection to make mixed drinks. If theyre going to suggest it as an option, they should be able to make more than a simple rum and coke.

Ive attended a number of events here throughout the last 5 years or so. It is large, kept very clear/proper, but definitely has a very corporate feel (just not my thing for event spaces). A pretty cool space, just not what Im looking for for most things.

I attended an awards banquet. Delicious food. Beautiful venue. Bar offerings could be expanded. Audio/microphone sound system was terrible. Very difficult to understand speakers so the audience lost interest and started talking amongst themselves. It made the issue worse.

They had catered an event i was covering recently. Their vegetarian option was HORRIBLE. It was cheese with noodles and some spinach. It was a train wreck. However the steak they served didnt look half bad and i heard some great things!

Ive been to a few events here. Structure is sound and the catering staff did a good job. Food was also very good for both events.

Went to a wedding reception here and the bar staff, as well as a manager (Darlene), was incredibly rude all night long. I couldnt believe they way they were treating members of my family and those who were having a good time. While the place is nice, I suggest owners force their management and bar staff to undergo some serious hospitality training. I would not recommend this to anyone after our experience.

I have been in the catering and service business for 8 years, that being said, the communication and service for my wedding day was EXTEREMELY DISAPPOINTING (especially considering we had heard such positive things).THE 2 MOST EGREGIOUS MISTAKES:1. My (the brides) parents and grandparents table was placed in the back corner of the reception, farthest spot from the bridal party and away from any other members of my side of the family (NOT ACCORDING TO THE SEATING CHART WE HAD AGREED ON IN THE CONTRACT) Needless to say they were confused, hurt, and highly offended!!!!2. We werent given our cake after the reception. I was the last to leave and that was as the tables were being put away. I had to wait until Monday to call and find the whereabouts of it. Mr. Ceruti seemed confused and said he would investigate. Why was a member of my family not notified the night of? Instead we were left wondering whether we had the top to celebrate on our first anniversary. We ended up having to drive all the way back to their corporate office to get the cake after we came back from our honeymoon.A few other mistakes included not providing high chairs for a couple of tables as we agreed upon; not initially having our cake table in the correct spot as agreed upon (luckily my mother caught it prior to guests arriving and got it moved); and not hanging the 300 feet of bistro lights we provided; rather they only put up 100ft.I have been in contact with the owner. I explained our dissatisfaction. He seemed unbothered and in disbelief his staff could make those mistakes. After several phone calls back and forth he has yet to atone for all these issues. We left another message and have since been waiting for a call back. We paid thousands of dollars for a service to be executed CORRECTLY on the most important day of our lives, and that was not the case. Cerutis commitment to their clients according to their website: Cerutis goal is to ensure that what you want happens to your complete satisfaction. I am still waiting for him to live up to what he, as a business owner, has promised.

Went to wedding and reception there. The facilities were top notch. Food was excellent. Plenty of parking. Would recommend this place.

The facility is nice. The ice tea was barely tolerable, the lasagna was ok but not great. The bread was good. The servers were nice.

We hired Cerutis for our wedding reception. Not only was the presentation of the food horrible, but they ran out of campaigned for our toast and appetizers one hour prior to dinner. Then, during the reception one of the servers insulted my husband’s 70 year old grandfather and told him I dont like serving your kind. When I spoke with the owner, face-to-face, he refused to acknowledge the incident and never apologized, but did state “All our staff goes though sensitivity training”. Well, it didn’t work- REDICULOUS! I would highly recommend that you find another caterer that provides quality service. I was so embarrassed!

Driving down i69 I passed one of there trucks as I passed he rolled down his window and threw all kinds of trash out all over my truck. Than took off in the right hand lane driving over 80mph going in and out of traffic at the high rate of speed. He could have tipped the large box truck and killed someone. Throwing trash out at people and endangerimh lives. That is the kind of people I want doing my events.
