Felt like I was taken advantage of. Called them last year because my mom has had insurance through them for years so I could have my truck and motorcycle added on. After being told I would get a multi discount plus a discount for paying the year upfront I excepted without looking any further. Big mistake. My premium for both was over 2000 a year. After being told I paid way to much I reached out to my previous insurance company and asked them to quote me.. came back at 1450 with better deductibles.thats a 550.00 difference even after all of my so called “multi discounts“

As a small business owner, I cannot recommend this agency to handle your insurance needs. Time and time again, my account was handled in an unprofessional manner though premiums were paid on time and zero claims were made during a 6 year period. After I cancelled my account, I received an audit premium bill. After my final audit premium payment was mailed and cashed by this company, they went through the trouble of creating a return payment then sent my company into collections.
