Harrison goes above and beyond. When we had our auto accident, I emailed him and he took care of following up with the claim and the bmv afterwards. When we purchased a new house, he took care of finding the best rate for insurance and communicating all that information with the lender. We didn’t have to do a dang thing except sign the policy. It couldn’t have been smoother!

Wish there was a no star option. Absolute trash welfare insurance. If you’d like to get bent over by a bunch of people who love screwing you out of money they will be happy to enter into you. I don’t know of anyone in this world that enjoys being lied to. They will upcharge you, they will screw you on any claims that you may have, they will never show any kind of appreciation at all for being with them for years. There really is just not one thing good that you can say about them. Everything with this company will seem great and reasonable rates until all of the sudden you start to see signs of false informing going on. I hope no one ever has to file a claim with this company because you will surely find out your just plain out of luck and they “Cannot” do anything because of this or that or this or that or this or that, whatever loophole they can find to use they will turn it into the reason your getting screwed. Happy hunting!P.S. I say happy hunting because passing this illusion of a pretty good company and having to go through the misery of shopping more and even spending a little more money is heaven on earth compared to falling into this snare.

As with most insurance agencies, they love to bring in new customers but make it difficult when you wish to change companies or cancel a policy. Shop before you stop.
