Terrible company, agent is almost always never available, must leave multiple voicemails just to get a call back days later. Most recently, I was told the day of scheduled repairs, that I dont have rental coverage, when my previous vehicle that was totaled, got me a rental for two weeks. I did nothing to request my policy to be different so why is this happening? I have no idea because once again, no one is answering the phone. Do yourself a favor, and stay far away from this company.

I have been trying to get a refund from my insurance company and my agent told me that she would call them to get my refund then call me back with an update and she never has. Every time I call up there she is either not there or “busy” . Still waiting for my refund
