I got stuck in snow yesterday about two houses away from my home. Due to lung issues, I am no longer able to walk that far especially when it is cold. I called Roadside Assistance but was unable to get help due to computers being down. I called Mikes office which is less than a mile away. A new young agent came to my rescue and dug my car out. It was not an easy task. I was extremely grateful since I live on a very quiet street and no one was around for the two hours it took to be rescued. Thank you Michael and Barb.

Honestly the worst experience Ive ever had with a State farm company. Shortly after getting my home owners policy they raised it over 200$ because they forgot to add something. Now after having to have my car towed twice due to things that are a Hyundai manufacturing issue, they decided not to renew my car policy.What a joke of an insurance company.

Who knew State Farm had credit cards? Well, it turns out that they do. I applied easily and I use my card often because it has great benefits. I know a lot of people who do business with Mike, and I can understand why!
