A year after switching to Allstate I couldnt be happier with the service Ive received. Good savings compared to my previous company. I have had one claim which was handled promptly. The staff is professional and courteous.

Best rate I could find for my Mustang. Full coverage, $500 deductible with all the bells and whistles. My old insurance company wanted twice as much. I gladly made the switch. Also my deductible drops $100 every year. Ben Bucher agency is the best.

They were fine. Plenty of empty promises that you have to chase them about. It is a part-time job to deal with them, and they certainly dont have the best rates. You have to decide if you have too much free time that you would like to burn with this agency.
