Would not quote me a new insurance policy. They did this because the cars in question were my fiance`s cars and I called that rule retarded. I have never seen any insurance company deny a quote on any car because of ownership this is ridiculous. I could call about any car I am interested in buying and get a quote no problem but I cant even shop for insurance here. I would completely understand it if the insurance would need to be in her name and she would have to sign up for it but this agencies inablility to even get me a quote is ridiculous and it should be known that they refused service to me because of this. After a heated call they decided to explain things better and quote me...The quote was literally double my current insurance. I wont be returning to American Family again. Sad when a company called American Family has such a hard time letting family members call to ask about insurance.They get the extra star for dealing with me and following through on even trying to the quote but this was a 1 star experiance.
