Have been living here for almost a year, and it is the most poorly managed complex Ive lived in. Management cant ever seem to pick up phone calls, let alone return them. Theres a huge spider issue, not only inside my unit but multiple webs hanging from the buildings and trees every day. Find enormous sized bugs from spiders to centipedes weekly. Were forced to pay for pest control every month with rent but this never seems to do anything. I cant even open my windows because Ill find a wide variety of bugs coming inside. The only good thing about it is how close we are to trails and the dog park. But you can find other places to live with similar accommodations. They have a decent pool, if only they gave us our pool pass they promised us back in July. Cannot wait for this lease to end. When I moved in January, I mentioned things that needed fixing, because management told me to let them know if I found anything. It took them months to even come out. Some problems still arent fixed and arent worth the hassle. The AC is extremely loud, and was told it wasnt normal. Paint splatters all over the hardwood floors, poorly painted walls, huge weeds in the porch area when I moved in (like 4 feet tall weeds), the fitness room has been closed for months, holes in the window screening, windows seem to open themselves sometimes with the wind. I know these are small things, but they all add up and really show this place isnt being properly cared for. I understand that theyre understaffed, but maybe they shouldnt take more tenants than they can handle. The grounds arent taken care of too well, at least when I compare it to other apartment complexes. With how much they charge Id hope for a bit better living conditions.I was looking into downsizing my apartment, so I took a look at floor plans and pricing and now have noticed they have the audacity to bump up their rent charges. Im in a 3 bedroom townhouse, and now their two bedroom is more expensive than the one Im in. And its probably not because of updates, as my unit has already been updated. Its most likely the change in management, but my god. Im definitely not getting my moneys worth now, but they want to boost the price in rent?Whoever reads this review from the management, do not tell me to contact you about these issues, as Ive tried to no avail. If you want to help, the only thing you can do is let me terminate my lease early and not charge me for it. If that is the case then you can call me instead :)
RENT!Funny thing about this apartment complex is they bill you an amount to pay and when you pay that EXACT amount that your account shows that you owe. The staff then makes your PAYMENT bounce back and expects you to pay more like then what they charged you the first time!! (IF I COULD POST MY SCREENSHOTS, I WOULD.) I have screenshots from my email and main account of my billing matrix because this has happened to me for the last four months in a row. WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. But find it out for yourself. I had to even go as far as getting a lawyer involved.
Its a quiet neighborhood for the most part. The balcony is really nice and spacious enough for 2 chairs and a medium table. Its also really nice to have 2 pools and a dog park. Gas stoves are definitely the way to go.
Woodbridge is in a nice, quite neighborhood. The pools, volleyball and basketball courts are great for enjoying the outdoors with friends and family. Very pet friendly!
Im a transplant from near the Illinois border, had to arrange my move and housing over the phone, sight un seen. All three of the people that assisted me with my apartment were very helpful and professional. Id like to give Jaqueline a special thumbs up. The apartment is very nice, Im sure Ill be comfortable and happy here.
We love it here we have not had any bad time here. We would recommend this place the family and friends. I have told the staff about my front downstairs windows we cant even sit down stairs in the winter because the wind come through the windows Ive told the since my first winter that the only thing I have to that wrong with this place. Been here 2 years and counting.
Very disappointed. I paid 175.00 to apply for and hold an apartment and after approved for my background and financial situation, they kept saying they were unable to check my credit, even though I see three different inquiries from them on my report. I was not approved for this reason. They also got my move in date wrong, and chose a completely different apartment than I was promised. They refused to give my money back. Seems as if a lot of rental companies are doing this to people. Promising the world and not delivering, pocketing application expenses.
Absolutely ridiculous, only reason they’re getting two stars is for location and the new appliances. Anyways we moved into a newly renovated unit in March. The whole place is just sloppy, there’s paint splattered onto the floors, caulk on the walls that they didn’t paint over, the stair railing is loose, we had to fix the front screen door ourselves, it took weeks to get our kitchen sink fixed, and that’s only because I called multiple times a day, among so many other smaller things now our AC isn’t working! Its almost 90 degrees in my apartment!! Its been 3 days and I’ve called multiple times and left multiple messages with the maintenance line and main office, only spoke to one lady and she said she’d send someone but still have yet to hear anything more! Seems like reviews are the only time they care! Which I even tried to call Drucker and Faulk at their 877 number and they weren’t available, said to call back during normal business hours even though I was calling an hour before they close. Completely unprofessional!! I lived here years ago and believe me it was much better then. This company really just doesn’t care about anything but getting the rent money!!
Broken Appliances & leaking plumbing causing moisture in walls for months. Told the front desk and they just keep saying they will get to it.The oven is broken. Garbage disposal does not work and causes backups in the sink and dishwasher. Shower plumbing is leaking down into our first story and causing possible mold and moisture in the drywall. Leaks onto our furniture for every shower we take.
This place is a JOKE!! Not only do they take weeks to complete work orders but their communication is horrible and they overcharge. I was almost charged 200 dollars over on rent. DEFINITELY WOULDNT recommend!!!!! Especially for the price I pay.
I originally posted a good review, but I had to come back and edit. While the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, there are so many issues Ive had with my individual unit. My unit was not in the same shape as the model they showed me. There is writing on the closet doors, debris left behind, and patched holes in the wall. Ive had at least 12 maintenance requests in since November and it always takes 3+ weeks for them to be addressed. Its 80 degrees this weekend and I have no working AC. I understand they are understaffed but sometimes things are urgent and need to be handled by an outside crew, no matter the money, for the wellbeing of the residents. I dont at all feel that I am getting my moneys worth with this apartment. I will say that the staff is always pleasant, I just dont see any sense of urgency. I will probably end up paying the $2,000 to break my lease at this point because I am so unhappy. Also, the parks they have here for my children are simply from the 80s, broken swings, yet the dog park seems to have had updates. There is nothing within walking distance for them to do either so they end up sitting inside. Beyond disappointed.
It is a very nice and quiet place to live! All the staff are extremely nice and Ashley, the leasing specialist, is very helpful! Great place to live!
Ive lived here for over a year and it’s such a great location. Ive made some amazing friends here and my dog loves being right next to a dog park! It’s a lovely place to call home.
I have brought this to the attention of the manager but have not received any help. I have also did a maintenance request no response. I told the manager I have mold growing on the drywall of my bathroom and no one cares. Also I have other maintenance requests that have not been worked on. This will be my last year here this place is a joke.
I moved hear about 2 months ago and it is the worst place I have ever lived. While the designs are okay, the communication between staff and maintenance is awful. I called on a broken door, a broken window, and a bad outlet several times within the last 2 months and not a single thing has been fixed. Whats worse is that those things have been broken since before we moved in. We wrote them down during inspection...nothing has changed. Do not move here. Youll regret it immediately. Cannot wait to move out.
Woodbridge is a nice community to live in. It feels safe to live here, and that is especially important with kids. The only downsides I have had are issues with parking and maintenance. There arent any cameras in parking lots and I have had issues with people denting/dinging my car while it is parked in the parking lot. Maintenance can also take several months for a repair to be completed.
I have lived here since 2012. I have been having air conditioner issues since I transferred into a new place. Maintenance has been told about this since April 28, 2020. I keep hearing I am on a list and that the leasing office doesn’t have air. I am also reading reviews that people haven’t had working air since 2019. I will not recommend this place to anyone. This is ridiculous. When Glick owned these properties, there were not these issues. I don’t pay rent for an apartment to sleep in it when it is 91 in here.
They are very nice apartments and the outsides are kept pretty nice. However, they are so short staffed due to covid it’s taking a very long time for everything to get done.
DO NOT RENT FROM THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX!!!We’ve had a hole in our ceiling since the day we moved in. The hole let’s in really hot air and causes our apartment to become unbearably hot. We have to run the A/C and waste tons of money on electricity just to keep it under 90 degrees in our apartment! The day we moved in we were told it would be fixed, after many work orders and phone calls all they have told us is that “it’s not their priority” or “we will call you back” which they have never once called us back! I work outside for 9 hours and can’t even come home to a cool apartment, and they don’t even care!!!! I cannot wait for my lease to be us so I can get out of this hell hole! NEVER RENT FROM HERE!
I have had little to no problems with Woodbridge until a month and half ago. Our air conditioning went out, I put a work order in, someone came and replaced our filter. We have a huge hole in our utility closet ceiling that allows hot air, rain, and cold air in the winter months to pour into our apartment. I put in a work order the last week of April, and again on June 3rd because a maintenance guy came and told me my air conditioner was working and it wasn’t a priority. 2-3pm it gets hot and the hot air pours in and our apartment gets up to 80 degrees while running our air conditioning and doesn’t cool down until about 3am. I have called the office multiple times regarding the status of our work order, and still nothing has been done. Our electric bill has never been over $55 and our electric bill last month was $129!!!!!!! I was told to call when the manager was in, I called and someone asked me for my number and said she’d call back. I never received a call, and conveniently the office is closed today and all weekend. I am absolute infuriated at how this is getting handled. My boyfriend works outside 9+ hours a day and I work 12 1/2 hour shifts at the hospital, you think I want to come home to a hot apartment? I definitely do not recommends Woodbridge, they tell you what you want to hear to smooth over an issue, but never resolve it. Don’t even get me started on the maintenance here. When we moved in and we were getting a tour, they pointed out multiple things in our apartment that they would fix, including water damage in our ceiling. Do you think any of that has been fixed? Absolutely not. Do not waste your money and lease here. They charge far too much for the apartments the lease. We have a “deluxe” apartment, and we don’t have any locks on our doors or any ceiling fans. Management has not handled anything whatsoever. I’ve tried to be civil about this matter, but I’m sick of this not getting taken care of. I will most definitely not be leasing here again and I will tell ANYONE looking for an apartment, do not lease here and waste your hard earned money on this place. We move out in two months and I still have yet to cool down in the pools on my days off. Every other apartment complex has created policies and opened their pools for their residents to enjoy. “We are still waiting for a policy from corporate and on when we can open.” This place is absolutely ridiculous.
Have been living here since 2018 and always pay rent in time. This place has no respect for the residents. I cant believe that I have been waiting to get my dishwasher fixed for more than four months. I talked to them twice, they totally ignored me! and look at me, resorting to Google to share my experience and to warning people before making the mistake and live here. I am a full-time graduate student and my wife and I went through a hard health circumstance, believe me, this is not the right place.
We have lived her since June and have submitted multiple service requests. Outside our very first one in the first week of moving in we have yet to see any others completed. I submitted a second issue in June, and more in September. None have been completed. I asked for air filters to be dropped off since they cant get maintenance to come here for some reason and I cant seem to get those even. Ive called and asked and asked and asked but no matter the circumstances they dont seem to happen. I have, just to let it breathe, vacuumed the air filter. Would not recommend renting here for maintenance alone. The office folks are always pleasant and I have no qualms with them at all.
I moved in here with my fiancé several months ago and we werent able to see the apartment before signing the lease because of the Coronavirus (lovely.) Anyway we noticed some problems like the last tenant had some animals that ripped up the window screen in the bedroom. The doorknob to the storage shed on our balcony has corroded and fell out. The garbage disposal has never worked. Our dishwasher doesnt drain properly. We have sent numerous maintenance requests only to be met with silence! I have call the office and they told me they would send someone over. That was a lie. Looking at other tenants reviews, I guess this is a common thing.
I needed an apartment quickly. Tonya Schneider was amazing at making this happen. She went above and beyond. She made things very easy for me to get everything arranged. When the apartment was complete and ready for move in both Tonya and the maintenance people were wonderful. They were so nice and accommodating. The apartment looks great! I love it and would recommend Woodbridge to anyone!
I have lived here for almost 3 years and have had nothing but issues. When I first moved in I was moved into a unit that was nothing like the model shown to me. They did get my issues upgraded but since then it’s been nothing but issues. I’ve had many leaks all which are just painted over and not actually fixed. They fixed the leak on the roof but refuse to fix the cosmetic damages it’s caused within my apartment. My front door has been decaying for years and they just keep spray painting over it. The pools are never open. This is the second year in a row and they are closed 90% of the time. They keep saying they can’t get the chemicals right. You would think after two years they would have this figured out. The gym is always filthy. Never any toilet paper, paper towels for cleaning wipes for the machines The pools are never open. This is the second year in a row and they are closed 90% of the time. They keep saying they can’t get the chemicals right. You would think after two years they would have this figured out. The gym is always filthy. Never any toilet paper, paper towels or cleaning wipes for the machines. I can’t wait until my lease is up. I would never recommend.
By far the best experience Ive had in house/apartment hunting in the 2 months Ive been at it. Tonya is so helpful and is always willing to explain often complicated aspects of renting, and I very much appreciate how much personality she brings as well! She doesnt act like youre her fifth appointment of the day, even if you are, and I always feel like shes listening to my questions.
We had a wonderful experience here with the management team! Especially Tonya!! She was so patient and kind with us, helped us to the fullest with every step as well as worked with us. She’s awesome! (Definitely recommend her). Excited to call this my new home!
Glad they have changed so much to make the community nice! It is safe & a great place to live!
This place has some of the nicest and most helpful staff Ive ever dealt with searching for apartments. I really appreciated how eager to help the specialist was. We explained some of the bad experiences weve had, and Tonya did everything she could to assure us we wouldnt have the same experience here. It seems like a lovely place to live!
Great place to live, the community doesn’t feel like an apartment complex more like a housing community. the office staff is helpful and friendly. Maintenance has always gotten to my work orders very fast. the grounds are well maintained. I would recommend Woodbridge to anyone.
I moved in to Woodbridge a few days ago from the Chicago area and they have been wonderful from the start! Tonya was amazing with helping me do everything from out of state. She made the process so quick, easy and worry free for me, which was a huge bonus coming from Chicago. We had a problem with the AC the day after we moved in and they were here within the hour and get it all taken care of. My fur baby is loving the onsite dog park as well! I look forward to living at Woodbridge Apartments here in Fort Wayne Indiana!
One of my worst renting experiences. Buckle in, because this is going to be a long one.The main problem here is that maintenance requests NEVER get done. I have record of our maintenance requests sitting for months and months. We moved out in early January, and most of them were still incomplete. They marked all requests complete on the day of move out, despite nothing being completed. I feel bad for the next tenants. They will treat you so well up until you sign the contract, then you dont matter anymore. As long as they get your money. The show apartment that they take you to is in much better condition than the actual apartments. We were so disappointed on move in day when we walked into our apartment. The building was significantly older, and everything in there was in much worse condition. These apartments are priced WAY too high for what they are, and the bad service you receive. I cant believe they have the audacity to call them luxury apartments and townhomes on their website! After fees we paid $922 for a 2 bedroom. We got a better deal on our apartment outside Carmel, IN, and those apartments were built in 2013!When we first moved in and did the inspection, we noticed several things that were not up to par. My husband went in and talked to the office manager, who assured him that they would be in to fix those things before we officially moved in at the end of the week. This included the fridge being dirty from the last tenants, cracked and separated caulking in the bathroom(huge concern for mold), as well as several other damages and failure to properly clean.Nothing was fixed when we returned. We paid $40 a month to rent a washer and dryer that were ridiculously old and very very small(about 1-1.5 cu. ft.). We had 4 washer and dryer installs over the course of 4 months because they had problem after problem(leaking, motor fried, more leaking, etc.).We had a major leak from upstairs because the upstairs neighbors water heater died, which caused damage in our kitchen that was never repaired despite us contacting the office multiple times to get it fixed. Because of the damage I had sopping wet drywall falling down into my sink and onto my counter tops, and water dripping. Someone did come in and start the repair process, but never fully fixed the drywall. There is also evidence of past leaks in that apartment, spots in the ceiling where they had just smeared a drywall compound over it and called it good. The things that do get fixed are done poorly. Our gate latch was fixed with a screw that was too long so it was sticking out the back. Most things just get a band-aid to patch it together until it inevitably fails again. Our upstairs neighbor was friendly and we talked to him a few times. His AC went out during the summer, and he lived with his apartment being over 80 degrees for at least a week.Their billing system malfunctioned, and didnt charge us the full amount of rent. It then tacked on the rest later(after the due date) after we had paid the balance, then they tacked on fees for late payment. We paid our rent not only on time, but early every single month. We didnt receive our gym key for 3 weeks after moving in. Stopped using it shortly after because its not in great condition. The pool is a joke. Its closed 75% of the summer. If it rains, the pool closes until someone can come out to test the water, which can take 3 days to a week. So imagine when it rains every 2 to 3 days.Several times the doors to the pool were locked because nobody had bothered to come out and unlock them for the day, and I had to call the office to send someone out.Theres a hot tub, but I think we used it once. Then it was Out of Order for weeks. My point is, you are paying for these amenities, but rarely getting to use them. The good: 1.The dog park and the people who go there regularly are pretty cool. 2. It was the push we needed to buy a house and never rent again. 3. We got our security deposit back.
Moved my son in from out of state this weekend at Woodbridge Apt. for school. Initially, had to rely on emails, texts and phone calls to set everything up. The office staff at Woodbridge, specifically Tonya, assisted me in every detail I needed to know. All questions and concerns I had were answered promptly, professionally and with a positive attitude. On move in day, Tonya was waiting for us and was prepared with all necessary documentation for move in. The apt was clean, freshly painted and had all new appliances. We had a few questions and concerns during the day that were quickly addressed and resolved by Tonya and Bill the maintenance specialist. Whatever we needed they made sure it was taken care of. This could not have gone any smoother. .This whole experience was made easier for us because of the staff at Woodbridge Apts. and I really appreciate it.
I gave one star for the location and the price, and all that is ruined by the faculty staff. All i got from them is unsolved problems. At first i had water leak which caused a hole on my ceiling. It took them almost two months to fix it and they never painted it, now 7 months passed with a big water stain on my ceiling.Second issue was with my A/C. I reported the issue 11 days ago and i kept asking every day or two and still no one came to fix it. I cant wait for my lease to end so i can move somewhere else.
Woodbridge Apartments is a great place to live! Staff is friendly and location is great! Maintenance can be slow and has had to come and redo work but they always take care of it! Environment is pleasant and the pools are great in the summer!
Very quiet, very good community! If your looking for a start up, place for your family, or just a place to fill the gap, this is the place for you. Sheila was great to work with, she and the rest of the staff are 1st class.
I rented a newly remodeled townhouse. Maintenance staff along with property management has zero respect for renters personnel belongings. I had a water stain on the main floor ceiling and all they did was paint over it... and in doing so got paint splatter on my suede leather couch! Then waited till over a week later to try and set up a cleaning appointment.. Which I declined and said they could just replace the couch its not even but 6 months old. They of course said no! So now Im stuck with that! The property manager never once apologized for the mishaps until I brought it to her attention of her lack of concern! And now the water stain is back and even bigger... has been like this for weeks to the point of being embarrassed to even have guests over !The tub faucet never works properly it will constantly drip one day and not the next... Ive had the maintenance staff in while I wasnt at home and they ruined my white rug by the tub with again their carelessness of other peoples belongings!! I now have been without A/C for a couple weeks where it has gotten so hot i cant even stay there!! I have pictures of where its been 80 to 90° in that apartment!! When I asked if I was getting compensation for not being able to stay in an apartment i was paying for i was told nope and they will get to it when they can! I will not be recommending or renewing here!!
Ive only lived here for almost a month and a half, and I love it so far. I like my neighbors, my apartment, the landscape, and the staff. I also love how theyre is a dog park. I do wish the gym facility was a little bigger, or at least had more equipment. My only complaint really is if you get locked out, outside of business hours and you dont have your key, your on your own. Im thinking so if its 20 below zero Im screwed? They really need to come up with a better system than that. This happened to me once, and emergency maintenance couldnt do anything for me. They said they only dealt with heating/cooling/electrical issues. It was very cold out, so I was extra angry with them. For this issue I give Woodbridge 4 stars. Otherwise, I would give them a 5 star rating.
Here is my experience: worst service ever... i think they don’t have enough people to solve problems...1) For water, they will divide between apartments so no matter how much you save water you have to pay per person2) Requested for AC not working. Everyday calling to office and sending requests. Waited for 2 -3 weeks but still it is not working and no one came to fix it. Got almost double amount of AEP bill because my AC is taking too much power according to AEP.3) Requested to add car port number and they canceled request without informing me.Not Worth it as per what I’m paying for. Not at all good service. They literally ignore your work orders. Also don’t lease before checking the actual apartment. It will be old and different from sample house. Will not recommend....
Woodbridge is a very dog/family oriented complex. The staff is always here if needed and the maintenance responds in a timely fashion. Over all I have enjoyed my time here. I would recommend this complex to any one looking for a quiet, friendly environment.
Pay almost $850-900 a month for a one bedroom apartment and my air has not worked since moving in. Its gotten over 85 degrees in my apartment and with a child with health conditions...its unacceptable. Feel like an inconvenience when I call (which I have had to multiple times) just for asking for the BASIC amenities I signed up for. In the midst of a horrible living experience and cant get out until January. Beware.
Everything about the Complex and the units themselves is great!Everything about the Office Personnel is terrible! We never spoke with anyone in the office who seemed to actually care about us as tenants, We were tricked into singing a 10 Month Lease (who does that?) and when trying to vacate we were tricked into having to pay for 12 extra days because we didnt give 60 day notice of our lease ending! The lease is ended! Why do I have to tell YOU that the lease is over?!So we are vacating earlier than anticipated, only to be billed for longer than we are here, and when I called to pay the remaining amount, I am told that I have to pay an entire months rent and that Woodbridge would reimburse me for the amount! YOU already told me I had to pay for an extra 12 days, now its the whole month? And I am supposed to trust YOU that Ill get the money back that you have no right to? NO THANK YOU!Not a single person in this office cares about you, your situation, or your home. They just see Dollar Signs, and they will use every little piece of law jargon they can to milk you for all you are worth.
Woodbridge is okay but not for the price you pay. The buildings are very old and are wood on the outside. Your electricity bill is sky high because its hard to cool/ heat when the windows and seals are so inefficient. The fenced in back yards/ patios are very nice except the wood bees are so thick you can hardly use it (this is not totally their fault). They need updates on the insides and better paint jobs. When I moved in the first person that sat on the toilet ripped the paint off the back of the wall because they didnt bother taking the toilet lid off they just painted it to the wall. Maintenance comes very fast and efficiently but cant usually do much. We had a leak in our unit inside which partly flooded the living room. they cleared the lines and didnt bother checking to see if the carpet or drywall had mold in it.
I wish I could give 3.5 stars because thats about where Im at. I live in a two bedroom townhome and the actual townhouse is very nice. The rent price is very fair and there were a few things I said needed to be fixed on move in and Woodbridge did it. It took a little bothering them but they did it.The thing I dislike the most about living here is the communication between the office staff and the maintenance guys. They definitely need a new system. I dont know how many times I schedule an appointment for something and no one shows up to my place, then I call and either someone comes or the office has no record of the appointment. It is very frustrating when you make arrangements to be home from work and then no one is available for you. So beware of this. However, the office staff are usually very friendly when you do talk to them and when the maintenance guys eventually do come they are very nice and helpful. All my neighbors are very nice and I like the dog park because I have a dog that I can take there and let him get some energy out. Overall, an enjoyable place to live.
I love my apartment, and both the ladies in the office and the guys in maintenance have been great. Theyre friendly, prompt, and helpful. Signed my lease for another year with no regrets.
The worst place to live at. My AC has not been working for one week and i have asked multiple times to get it fixed but they did not send anyone. They do not fix anything till after 2 weeks at least. I promise you, you will regret moving here.
I applied here after receiving a considerable run-around from other apartments and house rentals, and honestly could not believe how easy and simple the people made things here. My family and I were well received, treated hospitablely, our needs and questions were catered to, and the leasing officer Tonya did everything in her power to make us feel welcome. I couldn’t thank her enough for the breath of fresh air after such frustration with other renters.
The apartment itself was okay other than the cosmetic damages(cracked tile, holes in screen door, cracks in doors) that were there upon arriving. We had taken note of all the damages to protect ourselves but they were never fixed. The pilot light for the furnace was always going out so there would be days when you would come home to a freezing cold apartment. We paid for a port to park in so there would be one guaranteed spot to come home to and they did not remove the For Rent sign above it for 12 months! This led to various people parking in the spot and multiple calls to have the people towed, the sign replaced, with none of that ever working. Caught people trying to break into my car and my neighbors so I called it into the courtesy officer with no reply. The staff(leasing and maintenance) was very friendly but it always seemed like a hassle to get in contact with them.
The Rental Office looks very luxurious and the fresh baked cookies smell was so nice. I applied for an apartment and was approved and moving in 3 days later! The price of the apartments are very affordable and the amenities are great! I heard the maintenance team does a very good job according to my new neighbor so that makes me feel very good.
The staff is amazing and they are there to help with anything you need. Very nice grounds and amazing apartments.
Poor customer service, the leasing office makes you feel like they only care about your money. If it wouldnt have been for a neat floor plan we would never have moved here. It is really unfortunate because we like our apartment but not the people who run the leasing office. Never had any issues with Sachet or maintenance.
Very rude behavior by maintenance people. Not Worth it as per what I’m paying for. Not at all good service. They literally ignore your work orders. Also don’t lease before checking the actual apartment. It will be old and different from sample house. You also paying for water it you don’t use. Will not recommend. Worst Behavior. Not at all worth it. Don’t go seriously. You will get a big regret.
I love the location! I think they push the apartments as pet friendly but I think the pet owners could do a better job cleaning up after their animals. Its like walking over landmines when you are over by the playground :( Other than that I really like the apartments.
Staff is helpful. Apartment was quiet. Dog park available. No problems.
I worked with Cami S. And she was so nice to work with, she made everything so easy for me and was very friendly!
Ive had alot of runaround and rough experiences house hunting lately, and I didnt realize how bad it was until I came here and found out how youre supposed to be treated. Tonya was incredibly helpful, answering questions I didnt know I had. She was shocked that the other places I applied to didnt get me an answer the same day I applied. Its a huge relief to hear a kind voice after the past few months.
After living here a year, my porch door being broken for 6 months, my downstairs half bath toilet never being able to flush correctly, and the water pressure being H O R R I B L E. I can honestly say that I was ready to leave and find a home somewhere comfortable. The office lady that’s younger is the only one who is nice to you when you have something to talk to the office about- not sheila or tonya- I was just walked around in circles with those two. We lived here for 12 months, during the summer they boast about having two pools but I think both pools were open (at the same time..) for maybe 8 days all together all summer because they could never get the chemicals right. I NEVER saw the hot tub properly work, either. The bark park was very nice, except for the people who thought they were above the rules of picking up after your own dog.. which doesn’t seem like a very tough concept.long story short; if you live here, be ready to fix whatever might happen to your apartment by yourself, because they will not do anything about it.
The first year wasn’t so bad. Had a few A/C problems where maintenance had to come in and fix it but then by the second year we were constantly having to call maintenance to come fix the heat and A/C. It would break again within two days of them “fixing” it. Then they just started ignoring our requests. Like ok why am I paying the overpriced rent when I’m having to die of heat during the summer? Also hopefully you already own a washer and dryer because the laundry facility is bad.
Terrible place to live. I would rate zero stars if I could. Looks beautiful and the staff makes good promises upon move in but while you stay none of the promises are followed through with. They take forever to fix anything, the balconys are old splintering wood where the wood has giant spaces and nails are popping out. The trees outside are home to thousands of bees that are buzzing around the balcony. We were told at move in that paint would be provided to us upon move out and now that we are moving out they say we have to go buy it. And the water in the tub never gets any warmer than luke warm so you will not get a hot bath. I do not believe that the staff is trained well. They are all friendly, but if you ask the same question to multiple staff members, you will get multiple answers, none of which match. I am so glad to be moving out of this place and never looking back.
Trash. Maintenance doesnt know anything. Ive had a huge hole in my living room ceiling for over 2 weeks now and they still havent fixed it. My shower leaks every time I take a shower and floods my living room (which is under the bathroom) i have to have buckets all over the living room. The ceiling is starting to bow now under the bathtub. The leak isnt fixed. They keep telling me its my washer thats leaking but I havent used my washer or even had it hooked up for over 2 weeks now and it only leaks when i take a shower not when washer is being used... But they think I dont know how plumbing works because im a women. But I know more than they do. The brand new refrigerator stops working all the time ive had to throw away hundred of dollars worth if food and alot of breast milk because the fridge being warm. So now for me to have a working fridge i bought a mini fridge.. The office staff isnt helpful at all either. I keep asking when they are coming back to fix the problems and they keep telling me they are working on it but no one has been here to fix anything in 9 days. And 9 days ago when i had all of these issues they didnt even try to fix anything when my living room was flooded they cleaned up the water but never fixed the issues. Ive expressed to the office about my concerns of mold growing since I have a 2 month old that was born prematurely. No one seems to care about anything here. Oh wait they care about one thing, they only care about getting there $940 every month.
My grandma has been living here for fifteen years. She loves and so do i they are upgrading it now.
It would be nice if they informed you that if you pay rent after 5pm on the 5th that you would acquire a $60 late fee. I looked in my lease and it does not state there would be a late fee if dropped off after 5pm. When asking the complex questions about this policy all I received back was attitude from the office telling me rent is due on the 1st. Of course I know this. To state that its just a courtesy to give us till the 5th is honestly insulting. At previous apartment complexes as long as your rent was deposited on the 5th day of the month you never received a late fee. Also, as much as I am excited about my apartment being remodeled they should be able to tell you how much your rent will be increasing when signing your next year lease. I dont see how they expect us not to know what the charges would be. Im extremely frustrated.
Worst behavior of leasing staff. I prefer dont come to this apartment.
Theres always dog crap in the yard in front of the complex, the laundry mat is a cespool that reaks of mold and seems to never have been cleaned. For what they ask on an apartment and what they provide there needs to be a price drop. Im sure 6 years ago the price wouldve been resonable. And they raise the price everytime you go to sign a new lease. PissPoor bussines edicate from these people.
I live in a 3 bedroom townhouse and its been nice. No problems witht he neighbors and we live back by the second pool. The office staff and very nice and accomidating. Seems like most of the reviews here were done by idoits who decided to go against the rules or not read the papers that get delivered to the residents monthly. =P
Recently relocated from to Indiana from Massachusetts, to be honest with the loss of the ocean, i didnt think much would be able to cheer me up....Believe it or not, Woodbridge is GREAT, been here for 4 months now and i have not one complaint, nice appartments, plenty of variety, VERY open to DOGS of all sizes and without a huge monthly fee...Pool get crowded on the weekend but thats to be expected( BTW there is 2 seperate pool locations)...This locatin is a place to be proud to live at for a Relativly low cost, i will say that there are cheaper place to live in the area, but non with the sence of pride, Green land, Docgpark, and honest Presentation with little to hide (Unless you cant pay your rent)....$200 Referal bonus As well, so if you intend to move here, contact a resident before hand to make it worth both your while....Great Weeked location for bars as well
This place is terrible. The people in the office LIE directly to your face. The ceiling caved in and they put dryers in the house and left us in there as if we paid 1k pet month to live in disgust. The have nobody cleaning the damn lawn or dog poop. Toilets are always clogged for no reason. Its pathetic!
Clean nice
My friend lives here
I lived here for 8 years
Overpriced.
Reminds me of a concentration camp.
Good taken care of complaints
They will charge you for everything but the trash is always overflowing, they don’t plow/put salt down in the winter, it takes months to get a simple maintenance request filled (I put a request in for a hanging gutter and it’s still hanging), they don’t call you back, their corporate owners make excuses and refuse to be helpful at all. I’m a really easygoing person, but this place has prioritized a dollar over me, a resident who always pays on time and keeps my place clean.
