I have worked with this facility for a year and the only reason I no longer am is my job transferred. Kris is hands down committed to the health and wellness of her clients. Her knowledge of the over 50 group especially women is outstanding. Would highly recommend to anyone! I will return if my job transfers back to the area!
Kris is a fabulous trainer! I have been going to her for 6 years and I just can’t say enough good things about her! I used to have trouble with my hip and that’s gone and I feel better. She adjusts everything to what works for you and it doesn’t matter if it’s back pain, knee pain, surgery for something or just what you like or don’t. Great trainer!

Next we conversed by phone & then met for a one on one consultation to see if we were a fit for another. Immediately, I knew we were!! She takes an interest in me & goes above & beyond to help me achieve my short term goals, which will ultimately lead to my long term goal!!! Kris at Hands On Fitness is fantastic! She is the first to tell you that her gym is about more than just weight loss or staying in shape: its about being healthy so you can live the life you want. She has a unique focus on balance, mobility, active aging and what she calls 80/20. Ill let her explain that one. She offers private sessions and small group sessions only! This is not the big gym where the trainers dont know your name.Edit: After Covid19 Hands On took several extra measures to ensure safety for all of us high-risk people.
