Good gym. Wish it was a bit bigger, going directly after work is nearly impossible with the number of people in there. Good equipment thats maintained well.

I started going here and using Maria for prenatal training at the beginning of my pregnancy and she has been amazing! The whole gym feels like a family and everyone is super nice and helpful every time I’m there. Maria has helped me manage my hip pain and strengthen the muscles to make pregnancy bearable and stay in shape. I would recommend this gym 100% and especially recommend the personal training.

LITERALLY the best gym around. Staff is always friendly and they have the most knowledgeable people in the industry working here. I’ve never had to wait to use a machine and they are constantly upgrading and adding new equipment. Everyone makes you feel like you’re family. I’ll never go anywhere else!

Excellent gym with an outstanding staff. Great local folks workout here and everyone is treated like family. The professional staff is always available to help your training or just your membership. I had a problem with mine and it was fixed while I continued my workout.

My fiancé had an account with them one year ago. He tried to cancel his subscription 6+months ago over the phone and they made him come into the store. He went into the store and cancelled. They CONTINUED to with-drawl the money from his account for months and when we went into the store to talk to them about it they stated he never cancelled his account when he CLEARLY signed a form to cancel. I have called ample time to get our money back and the younger ladies at the desk treated us with NOTHING BUT DISRESPECT. I was nothing but kind and concerned when presenting the issue. Going to get BBB involved if I do not get a refund. ZERO stars from me

Gym is great for a smaller size fitness center. Wish they had a bench press instead of having to use the squat racks to do barbell presses.Trainers are super motivated but don’t consider others inside the gym besides their trainees. Trainers constantly take over equipment/weights that other people are using. This happens a lot in the mornings when you have 3-4 trainers training 3-4 trainees. Lots of people do circuit type training and the trainers are just unaware or care not to consider that other people are also working out here besides their clients.

Gym is clean and very inviting. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Great atmosphere to get a workout in.

I love this gym! It is clean and well maintained. I have been training with Maria for the past three months and she is awesome! Very supportive and encouraging. I’m new to the gym/fitness world and was initially nervous, but Maria has made me feel at ease. (I have also worked with Tyler, who is a great substitute trainer). If you are looking for a non-intimidating and positive gym with a great community, this is your gym!

I enjoyed my experience here while visiting the area. The staff were so friendly and very welcoming. I felt comfortable talking to them, and they helped me with my workouts and measuring my body fat % and where I should be at with my macros. I was super impressed with how clean the gym was and how positive and inviting the staff were! I will for sure be visiting here again when I am in the area, thank you so much for such an amazing experience!

I was led to believe I could cancel my Gym membership at anytime and am instead on the hook for 2 full years of overpriced dues for a gym membership I do not like or use! I am being given the run around and feel ripped off.

Trying to cancel a membership here is ridiculous!My boyfriend signed both of us up under a family membership, I was not present at the time of sign up. The membership was solely being taken from his account. When we were finally able to cancel we were not told both of us had to sign a cancellation form so we continued to be charged for one member. When we called to figure it out they were so rude and unprofessional and insisted I come in to cancel my own membership EVEN THO I DIDNT EVEN SIGN MYSELF UP. They also wont refund us any of the money taken after initially canceling the membership. Awful service. Will never recommend.

Visiting from Atlanta for the week and have been making the 30 minute drive for this location. Solid gym with good space and tons of equipment. They have a really solid functional fitness area, clean facilities, etc.Met the owner, shes engaged and hands on, it shows in the quality of this location!

Anytime Fitness is the best gym to work on your fitness goals no matter what they are! The atmosphere created by the owner and staff make you love going. Plus Joni and Ashlee always push me to accomplish more than I think I can do in a workout! Must join!

I love this gym! Im new to fitness and working out so i was very nervous starting out. Tyler got me signed up and was very helpful and knowledgeable. I started personal training with Rachel and she is amazing! Her and all the other trainers there are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Rachel goes above and beyond to help me with mobility issues and has the patience of a saint . The owner Jenny is always friendly and greets everyone who walks in. Facility is clean and full of working equipment. I definitely recommend this gym to anyone in Fort Walton beach.

The gym has changed hands and I have seen a complete turnaround. Always clean with working equipment and smiling faces. I have been a member for 2 years and have had 2 personal trainers. I only thought I knew what a personal trainer did until I met Jenny. My third personal trainer after the change of ownership of Anytime Fitness. She knows how to motivate you and push you to achieve your goals. The workouts are intense for any level while still having fun. She catches me when I try to cheat and doesn’t let me off the hook. All the trainers are eager to help and take time with you as they all know what you are striving for. If you’re looking for a gym that you can come and go anytime of any day or a personal trainer that cares about health/wellness/fitness and the clients, then you are at the right gym.

Being a long time member of Anytime Fitness and having had the opportunity to use many of these facilities, I am rarely disappointed. While vacationing in Florida I was fortunate enough to come across the Fort Walton Beach club and was very impressed with its cleanliness, friendly staff and all the equipment I needed for my particular fitness routine. Owner Jenny and her staff made me feel welcomed and during a brief conversation with trainer Tyler, I was able to correct flaws in my routine that had been grating on me for some time.Though I am not one to often write a review, I was sooo impressed with this location that not reviewing it would do it a great disservice.Thank you to Jenny and Tyler and keep up the good work!

I love this place. Clean and lots of equipment and free weights available. Yoga classes too!! I love the fact that I can work out when I want to work out. Definitely a plus for me!!

Anytime Fitness is an awesome gym. The gym is clean and always well kept. All trainers are educated, enthusiastic and engaging. Coming into a gym as a beginner was a little overwhelming. However, the manager, RaVonne, was amazing and made me feel comfortable. All of the questions I asked, she responded with great understanding and depth. RaVonne is educated and full of life. Having her as a trainer is awesome! She makes me feel comfortable and her workouts are filled with plenty of variety and never makes it boring. Anytime Fitness is a great gym to use as a springboard to a healthier lifestyle. I will continue to recommend this gym to all family and friends.

Josh Waters runs this place really well. Its always clean and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Josh is always making sure everything is perfect here. Not too crowded, and plenty of weights. Great place.

Just moved to Fort Walton Beach a couple days ago. I was looking for a 24/7 gym and I found anytime fitness. The biggest selling point was the cleanliness of the facility and how friendly the staff was. Ask for Ravonne she will set you up.

Signing up was easy had plenty of options including month to month they were helpful when I had questions about specific muscle groups the periodic evaluations were actually helpful and all of the people I deleted with were knowledgeable and professional. Once summer came around and I was fishing more than working out they didnt give me any hassle about cancelling my membership once winter hits Ill be back

This gym is way too small. Its cramped and lacks a lot of equipment that most gyms offer, and those items that it does have, there are only one or two. No locker rooms and very overpriced - shop around - Workout Anytime is a much better value & has more to offer. Save your time & money.

I love this gym. The staff is all very friendly and willing to work with you. I recently swapped banks and forgot to change my payment information. Talked with the man working and within 2 minutes he had my payment info changed and even waived the late fee. The machines are spotless and all very clean. Not too crowded. I also have a membership at hardbody fitness and this place really makes me appreciate having well maintained equipment.

We were traveling and we stopped by just to use the showers after a day of cycling. The showers could use a good scrubbing and the shower liner needed to be replaced.

Ive been a member for a few years, getting back on track working out again, after having family health issues. The staff have been very compassionate during this time, plus they have stayed in touch via email which made a huge difference!

Horrible first impression. Went in for a trial week, planned to tan on my lunch break. Called ahead since the trial said to schedule a visit. I wish I could give this negative one star. I walked in and found the guy at the desk, told him I was there for a trial and he already had my key since I signed up through face book. He handed me my key and that was it. He was done with me. I then told him I hoped to tan on my first visit. He told me to sign in and showed me to the tanning bed. He unlocked the door and went back to his office. First off the tanning bed room was FILTHY. The trash can overflows with use papertowels, there is trash on the floor and it smells horrible. Youre suppose to clean the bed yourself yet the cleaner bottle is near empty (thank goodness I carry my own) After minutes of struggling with getting the bed to start I went back to the office to ask what I was suppose to do because the start button didnt start the bed. He then told me I had to swipe my key on the key sensor. He went back to doing whatever he was doing so I went back in and attempted to find this key sensor. After minutes of searching and trying several different things I went back into the office and had him show me. Upon trying my key in the right place, it didnt even work! He knocked on the door and gave me his key to use. Again I tried the key and pressed start and NOTHING. Went back into the office to let him know something was wrong with the machine and he said oh did you press the plus sign to select your time? NO. First off I was a BRAND NEW CUSTOMER and he did not once show me around the gym, ask me if I knew hot to operate the tanning bed, OR ask if I had eye wear or lotion. Service was HORRIBLE. Wasted my entire lunch break. I will be canceling my trial and going back to planet fitness.

The owner is super nice and she was very supportive of those, myself included, who came to the area to help with post Hurricane Micheal recovery operations. Although on the small side, the gym is well equipped and maintained.

Gym is on the smaller side, equipment is new and they have free weights... No locker rooms... 2 gender neutral bathrooms with showers... No lockers.. shelf with cubbie holes... Video classes... Chandler was super easy to deal with... Whomever is there now doesnt return calls....

Great customer service!!! from the initial phone call to just get information and schedule a tour. TJ is awesome, he made sure all my questions were answered and went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. Facilities are very clean, awesome free judgement environment and great equipment. Location recently changed management and seems well on its way to be one of the best.

I highly recommend this place and especially for people who TDY to Hurlburt/Eglin like myself. They have short term plans which work out great and are priced low compared to the other gyms I scoped out prior to signing with this one. I was able to sign a month-to-month in less than 5 minutes. The place has all new equipment and I particularly like the bright colors of the gym. They have new kettlebells which I am a huge fan of. It is a 24/7 gym which is very convenient for anyones schedule.
