Got just what I needed without standing in long lines.

I love this store, very clean and well decorated. Items I purchased are all of good quality.

Everything was put up and in its place. Very nice folks working there as well

Went to add money on my prepaid card and was told they couldnt do it because they didnt have the right system, but Ive added money to my card at other dollar general and hed no issues. Dont care much for this dollar general store.

Went in for a quick stop and got everything I needed. Didnt ask for staff assistance but the counter clerk was very pleasant and courteous.

I cant say enough about the kind folks operating the Hackett DG. They are always friendly and you can learn to speak Cherokee from one of the check out ladies. She is always so sweet. I wont shop at any other DG unless its closer. Thanks for always being there DG crew.

Seems like everyone there HaTes thier job ...except Angel she always goes out of her way for me main reason I go there instead of family dollar or big store

They are everywhere now so its real convenient when you live in a small town and need something quickly. I really appreciate that the grocery section with fresh and frozen food has expanded too. Honestly sometimes you just need something cheap to fit the bill and they have those $1.00 items to fill the gap.

Great little DG. A little cluttered but larger selection

They greet you every time you enter the doors and theyre so courteous and kind and two or three times I must say that I have actually given them more money than what I should and theyve always giving it back to me. Im 71 and they were so very helpful and even at times took some of my items out to my Jeep for me.

Very friendly and helpful

Very slow service. Have to walk around the store to find an associate to check you out. When asking for a number to speak with management about waiting 10 to 15 minutes at a register before searching the store for an employee I was told that it wouldn’t help anything and refused to give me a number. It would not be that big of a problem but I’m n this store at least 4 to 5 times a week and this happens every time. Have also had other customers search the store with me after waiting for service.

Long lines slow tellers

Nice store. Orderly. Unlike the Dollar General stores in Fort Smith. They are cluttered, nasty and empty shelves. I had to drive out of the way to find a decent store.

People who work there are always nice. Its a smaller dollar general so dont expect as many options.

Always find the cutest things in this store and the evening cashier ...who is usually there when I stop on my way home from work...she is always so sweet and has a smile for all.

15 people in line and cashier said other employee has to stock shelves instead of help on register. This is not the time of year to make customers wait in line and it took me 9 minutes to get to check out and yes there was still 15+ people in line behind me. This was the poteau downtown dollar general
