Very unhappy with my experience with Unforgettables. I called earlier this week and reserved tables and chairs for my father in laws memorial service. Call day of pick up (The day before memorial) to verify address and told them I would be there at 4:30 to pick it up. My step son took off work early to come help me. When we got there no was there. Called the number and the lady on the phone gave me another number to call which no one answered. And then I couldn’t get the other lady to answer either. We waited around till 5 (their closing time) and hadn’t heard back from anyone. And was left scrambling to find tables and chairs for our event the next day. I’m stressed and overwhelmed enough with the loss of my father in law and planning a memorial on such short notice and then to have a vendor pull this is unacceptable and made a already hard time even worse.

I had a rental scheduled with this company. 2 days before a I was scheduled to pick my items up they sent me and 24 others a message in a group text informing us they were closing and wouldn’t be able to fulfill any of our orders. I wouldn’t recommend renting from them. I found it to be very unprofessional to cancel at the last minute via a group text.

Wow, these people go above and beyond! We somehow rented from two places in Fort Smith. The other place gave us all the wrong sized table cloths. These people had them ready for us in an hour and even came and helped set them up seeing how stressed we were and pressed for time. Anytime we forgot anything the owner would run back to his store and bring it to us within that hour. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE might I add as well. Thank you making my wedding perfect!
