Went to look at the gym, and ask about a membership. Gym look very good but I changed my mind at the last moment but I was told I was not allowed to personally Mark out or keep my personal information(address, drivers license number, and SSN). I called to speak to the owner and it was the same person I spoke with at the gym,Ty, he was very combative when I express concern with the manner in which he disposed of my application into a small trash can beneath his desk. If your personal information is important to you I would suggest you avoid doing business with this location.

Ty was super kind, helpful, and a genuinely good person. The facility was super clean nice equipment. I love the security that it provides especially being a 24-hour gym.I currently have a membership at a gym 24 hours but there is little to no security.People are always bringing in friends for free and its super frustrating.At Anytime Fitness they have facial recognition that alerts when a guest or non member has entered.Impressed and would definitely recommend this place 👍

Anytime is a great places to workout! There is a big difference between locations as far a size and how well the gym is maintained.

Ty really cares about his members and his gym. The gym is extremely CLEAN. I have been to other AF’ gym and this one has more equipment and still looks brand new. Ty is always looking and asking for opinions on what new equipment the members are wanting. I have been to serval different gyms and by far this one is the BEST. You can go when a workout time fits your schedule ANYTIME. If you do not choose this gym you are only hurting yourself.

First time here, looks like they have nice equipment. Glad I found it since I used to go to one where I used to live.

I like the hours and they had all the weights and equipment I needed to do my workouts.

Ive been a member since May. I have had no issues out of the staff or the facility. Everyone has been pleasant to deal with. The gym is always very clean and well maintained. I would rather pay a higher price for a membership at Anytime Fitness because of their classes, hours and personal trainers. Ive always felt welcomed any time Ive come through the door.

This is a great place all around. The equipment is brand new with a large variety to choose from. It is by far the cleanest gym I’ve ever been in. Individual shower/bathrooms makes for the privacy most gyms don’t have. Tye and his staff are knowledgeable, friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome.

The place itself is nice. Music in gym was blaring way to loud. Couldnt hear your own music playing in your ear buds.Overall, good work out. Clean gym. Good amount of equipment. Could use more. I will say though. Whomever the dark hair, scrawny guy in the office was...he was NOT at all welcoming. His overall demeanor was standoffish, lacked politeness. He does NOT at all, seem to be a people person. And if its the same guy, other members have complained about. The owner ought take notice. I would give a 5star, were it not for the staff member.

Nice gym, but Tye was rude to me multiple times. After first joining, he commented when I didnt stay long enough for a workout. He frequently was passive aggressive and condescending when I interacted with him. When about bringing a guest, he said, if everyone likes them and theyre cool, then its fine. This made no sense. I had subsequent encounters with Tye after this where he was unprofessional. If you join anytime fitness, dont go to Rye Hill. If anyone who owns this business reads this review, please remember it is the people that your members connect most to, and this gentleman lacks this very important quality. You are losing members because of one employee.

This is such a clean and professional facility with a faculty that strive to assist all their members to reach their goals. Great and friendly owners. Highly recommend this facility.

I work til 6 pm and and can’t come in until after then. I’ve been calling all week to sign up for a membership while they had the $1 special going on. No one ever answers the phone.

Didnt join due to shower/bathroom situation. Single stall shower and bathroom could make it difficult to workout before work without being late. Cost was significantly higher than nearby gyms.

Its kind of interesting reading all these excellent reviews after the way I was treated the other day, I was especially amused after reading about the excellent staff, which was unfortunately not my experience at all. I just recently visited this location to perhaps sign up for a gym membership, as a friend and I were curious as to what equipment was there as well as the prices. Tye Richardson was there to greet me and he was condescending the entire time. I shrugged this off, as the place was clean and the equipment was nice, it had everything I was looking for, I thought I could maybe deal with this ass. Unfortunately the prices were a bit steep, and he was unwilling to budge on them. I took a picture for my friend, thanked him and left. As I was sitting in my car, about to leave, he approached me and essentially tried to interrogate me on why I would have the audacity to take pictures of their prices.. I guess hes never used the internet before and didnt realize that you could find their prices online? I know my rights, if you dont want any pictures taken, you need to let people know, private property or not. At any rate, I told him the reason (A friend was curious and got off work later than I). I left as he mean mugged me going inside (Yeah Im really intimidated buddy), I shrugged it off and left. About 15 minutes later, he CALLS ME and starts trying to interrogate me once again on why I would take pictures of his prices. I told him it really didnt matter what I did, and explained once again if he really didnt want anyone taking pictures, maybe it should be posted. He then tried to lie to me about how he told me that pictures werent allowed when I first walked in, which is complete fabrication. He then accused me of trying to sneak around while taking pictures of prices, when I didnt try to hide it at all, He gave me the price sheet, and walked out of the office. If he would have stayed he could have kindly informed me that there were no pictures allowed. The phone call ended with him informing me that me nor my friends were allowed there, and he then hung up. The gym was nice, but unfortunately Tye Richardsons personality is severely lacking.

I highly recommend Anytime Fitness! This specific gym is top notch and extremely well maintained. I believe that the manager Tye is the reason this gym shines and does so well! The gym is always clean, very safe, and has a good selection of equipment (with high-end entertainment options i.e.-Netflix, Hulu, DirectTV). Tye looks after his gym members and even takes the initiative to check in on the gym late in the evening if needed.

The greatest gym I have ever used in my adult life, which is 35 years.

It’s a planet fitness more or less the owner is a douchbag if your money is going to another anytime don’t even bother going in😴

I would review how the gym was, but I never had the opportunity due to no one answering the phone, or no one calling back despite my messages asking for someone to call me back.

This business refuses to answer their phone or offer any assistance to someone seeking a membership.It should be called “Maybe Sometimes Fitness.”
