My husband and I have rented twice in the past month and used Taylor Anders both times and have been absolutely satisfied. I wont even consider other rental companies. They have been spot on perfect both times. Using them again very soon. If you need a car, please go see Enterprise on Zero Street in Fort Smith and talk to Taylor Anders. You wont be let down. Professional, clean, and top notch service, what more can you ask?

My husband rented a vehicle for a work trip.. first he was not advised of a pick up time.. so when we got there to pick up the vehicle they said they had given his vehicle away. So he had to take what they had.. BEWARE: he was traveling to another state and his vehicle tag was a plastic “tag has been applied for” and sure enough when he hit another state he was pulled over and given a written warning for that Tag. He will be out of state for a while and he’s called all enterprises to see if they could swap vehicles and no one has anything. If he gets pulled over again they could give him a ticket which we would be liable for. No one will help him out with enterprise and this particular location will never answer the phone and you can’t leave a message.

We have used this enterprise for several years, to rent vehicles for our whole family to use on 10 or 11 day vacations. Like $1500 weekly rentals! We again, rented and premium SUV to travel as a family....had a 10:00 AM pickup time....called to say we were running about 15 minutes late, to which they replied....great, we need you to be flexible with your pickup time, because we cannot get ahold of the people with the vehicle you were suppose to get when I told him we were on somewhat of a time crunch, and we had to get going...he said...well. I see you booked this with a debit card, do you have a major credit card? We are debt free and have no credit cards....when I replied NO he explained that we couldnt rent it with a debit card, because it was a premium suv. I asked why we would be allowed to reserve it with a debit card, and not be told, or at least prompted that we would need a CREDIT card. He told me there is a link, and some fine print. Well....since this was about 1 hour before we were scheduled to leave, this was frustrating and I did let him know...his reply....Sorry so we canceled the reservation. And made alternate plans. Complete disregard for loyal customers, and a horrible way to do business if you ask me. Go somewhere else...seriously. For the money, its not worth leaving it to a company that#1 wont have the vehicle that you reserved almost a month prior#2 finds a way to make problems the customers fault#3 offers nothing more than a sorry when things dont go well. At least try to figure out an alternate plan...seriously. it was a ONE DAY $528 RENTAL.....I guess business is great, if you dont have to worry about your customers.

Went in to get a rental while my car was in the shop. I was told I could choose between a Ford Focus and a Chevrolet Malibu. I picked the Malibu, and as we walked out the door, someone else was getting in the car. The sales guy said I would get a complimentary UPGRADE to a Compact SUV. I was given a Hyundai Kona. Im still not sure how thats an upgrade? The only thing I can think of is that they charge more because its called an SUV, so higher price = upgrade. Dont get me wrong. Its is a nice vehicle. But not in comparison to a full size sedan. And I had to drive with the windows down because the smell of whatever they use to clean it was SO overwhelming. Not to mention I was told that they dont pick up customers before 8:30 or 9:00 a.m. because it makes it easier on them. I was just like, wow.

Took a trip on spring break with my wife and kids to Florida. Booked the car late, and the price was far and beyond less than any competitors STILL. Other companies also wanted to do credit checks, dropping your score making them less attractive,which Enterprise didnt Dealt with Taylor Anders and the experience was amazing. He really took me through all the awesome options and explained them to me like roadside assistance, insurance, XM radio, GPS, and didnt pressure me into anything. Some I took, some I didnt, but the no hard sales pitch really made it comfortable dealing with him. Not to say he didnt try to upsale, but didnt lay on the heavy pressure. Then to top it all off, he offered me to fill up the car on return at way less than gas pump prices. If you are looking for great rates, amazing options, top of the mine customer service pick Enterprise, and if you want a great sales rep with a chill demeanor, without the heavy sales pitches...talk to Taylor Anders... He will hook you up with all your needs. We will be back!

They are still charging me for a car that was turned in May 27th & today is June 24th. I received the car on May 11th because I was in a mva. My insurance company paid them but they (Enterprise)lost the car on May 27th. The car had a flat tire and the service company AAA (East End Towing) in Little Rock that was sent out to me by Enterprise to get the car came and got it and turned it in. They even have records of turning it in and Enterprise Fort Smith is still charging me. This is the worst experience ever.

Unorganized branch, tire less than 14lbs warning visible on dash. Attendant said she checked it, Lye there is a nail in it. All tire 20lbs low. Another warning on dash remotes at 0%. Unable to reach branch by phone. They dont answer. Cars must not be checked when they come back in ?

Over all, Excellent: I love being able to call any associate office there in Arkansas for all seem have Customer Care as their #1 Priority. Prices are very competitive and when selection is not available, they do automatically upgrade. Thank you Enterprise for always being the Best choice I make when renting a vehicle. * Just make sure the insides of the vehicles windshields are properly cleaned :) otherwise perfect

My experience has been an up-and-down one with enterprise they mostly have great workers there!The policies and the price raises though well let me explain:Firstly when we first started renting from them when our truck broke down,The price for A pick up time at 12 PM on Saturday until Monday at 12 PM was $69 before taxes for that whole time of having a car other than a $200 holding fee.Now that slowly went up..From December 2020 starting at $69 it has now gone up to $144 for the same amount of time same days 12 PM on Saturday until 12 on Monday only thing is they changed it now so that we have to pick up no later than 1130 on Saturdays,On top of that going up the holding feeWent up as well and is now $300,Mind you this is for an economy car..Then a while back when that snow storm hit and cut off power to a lot of Texas well it hit here as well where I live, and they raise the rates outrageously for a time and it was $244 for the same amount of time noon on Saturday to noon on Monday..When people were struggling financially especially after the snow storm when pipes bursting, etc..they were making a killing raising the rates!During this whole time we’ve had no choice but to pay the amount that they ask for, as we cannot change it, but we have/had no choice but to rent, because we have no vehicle currently, and this is eating up all the money that would go towards the new vehicle obviously..But we have to get to work somehow..Other forms of transportation are definitely not reliable and this is more affordable with two people and two different locations jobs outside of town..The rates have since gone down a little bit back to $144In recent weeks it was even down to $120At times,But now since the snow storm,They’ve been constantly not having vehicles available..I.e. The website says they have them available so we reserve it we show up they say they have nothing for us, even though we were able to reserve one online.. they offer us no compensation, for having to Uber or taxi to the place no points towards our next rental no free days, no nothing to compensate us for their lack of professionalism and their lack of ability to follow through and have a car waiting for us..as they should, because we had one that we had reserved, this has happened multiple times even when we reserve it a week out..Recently as of yesterday evening.. we had reserved a car, then we went to pick it up and of course it was not available, they said they had nothing available.. Yet again!!The absurdity of this is just outrageous!!I could see it happening once or twice in the few months that this has been happening..but the number of times this has happened.. well I’ve lost track it’s over five at least bare minimum!As well as I’ve heard others having the same issues while standing in the lobby waiting on them myself and I’ve heard it from Uber drivers as well, telling me of the stories they’ve heard from people having the same issues as us!If they don’t change soon they’re gonna lose a lot of business..We are certainly looking elsewhere..If you can I would advise the same it’s so pricey and the service..is not the best anymore..

Worst experience ever. The young man working at the front was so rude. And we booked our car well in advance and they had the audacity to give our reserved vehicle to another customer. We were coming in from out of town and our whole travel plans had to be delayed because of this terrible, terrible location We actually saw the other customer get into our reserved vehicle as we were pulling up to the parking lot. And we were on time, we had our rental confirmation information, my family and I did everything right. Honestly, do yourself a favor and rent from somewhere else, these folks are rude and have no idea how to run a car rental place.

Tried to exchange a car because purse had issues. Was treated horrible by the manager. Had to keep driving the same car. We could not get any help. Driving from Arkansas to North Carolina with a car whose drivers window has a mound of its own. The employees at enterprise dint want to help because as one manager explained it. They get no money for an exchange so they would rather rent than exchange. We called the road side assistance line and set up 2 different exchanges but when we got there our car was gone because they rented it out from under us.

No efforts made to email me prior, they called the wrong number in their error. Could not believe they couldn’t find a car for us after it was already scheduled. 4 guys standing around just staring at us, not helpful!

These people are scammers,we called on the phone booked a car price was 140 for 24 hours to go to missouri one way and before we went there we called one more time to confirm details of this booking.So we went there to pick up our car and now on the last minute we were told we have fee of $200 fee and some extra bs fees for one way car.So we paid $400+ for renting this car for 24 hours but we had no other choice because of our emergency.Definitely scammers and we looking forward to sue these location.I can show prof for everything i am talking about.

Very difficult to work with staff. I have rented here many times, and since the last time I rented a vehicle (at least a year ago) the overturn in staff has taken this place down hill. The branch manager is fine, but since hes not there constantly, the rest of the staff would prefer to be rude, argumentative, combative, condescending and just overall unprofessional and terrible people. My future business is going to the Alma location or Hertz. Id avoid this place at all costs. Ive already taken them out of our business contacts and I suggest you do the same.

I was very disappointed at the business practices of your office (Zero st Ft Smith, AR) when I showed up to get a vehicle yesterday 2/23/21. There were 4 able bodied guys in office, they had many people scheduled to pick up vehicles on this morning. Yet no vehicles to give any person who showed up. No one thought to call other locations within 3 or 4 hours to see if they could borrow vehicles from those lots? There is Talequah, Fayetteville, Muskogee, Tulsa, Bentonville all within a couple hours drive. 1 driver plus a couple more guys. . . they could have had anywhere from 2-6 vehicles on the lot as of end of business on 2/22/21 so that their lack of duty did not get in the way of the customers they are supposed to be serving. They cannot pick up their customers either, the ads saying they will mean ZERO. I was told they were waiting on a delivery of minivans that should show up about 9.15am-9.30am . . . 9.45am I called hertz.Also, medical exemptions, religious and constitutional rights aside, I also have a latex allergy. So when I do not wear a mask, and refuse the ignorant excuse of a mask that your employee tried to forced upon me, I know what Im doing. I also know that it is discriminatory for any business to refuse service on the basis of masks alone regardless of what the exemption is, it is textbook discrimination. Nothing was ever said in either phone call about staying outside and them coming out to check on you or check you in. Odd, most businesses who express concerns that will help safeguard customers would make sure to state this on the phone before a person comes to their location. Not to mention that if those guys were so worried about masks, they should DEFINITELY step their cleaning game WAY up. Cleaning will stop ANY VIRUS far better and faster than the cheap disposable masks they are forcing on people. The floors are horrible, the counter has not been wiped in no telling how long, the table by the door was in complete disarray, and lets not even talk about the bathroom (which I would not use). Doors, door handles and light switches, those guys should be disinfecting all of the previously mentioned things everytime a customer comes in/out, not to mention their cell phones, which were obviously more important than doing any job description Enterprise has set forth. I had to call in to work on 2/23/21 because this location was not ready to serve me nor the 5 other people who showed up to their scheduled times to get a vehicle. Scheduling at this location was pointless. I went 3 minutes down the road and was in a car in less than 15 minutes. After I was done at Hertz, I passed back by this office, after 10 am and still no cars in the lot.Not happy about this experience at all. I will not go back to this location. I will also spread what I know and have experienced as far and wide as I can, in my little town and on the web. Lucky enough for enterprise, I cant give 0 stars.

Their level of professionalism and customer care during an already tough situation (with the impact of this darn virus 🦠) was AMAZING and collectively made 1 specific decision that in turn made my current “situation” more bearable (details not provided to protect the innocent 😉😇). Very nice car - Nissan Ultima; very roomy, clean and good gas mileage. When I picked up vehicle, I asked the person if tire pressures had been checked, and he assured me that was done along with fluids, etc. The tire pressures were all over the place as I discovered once on highway, and they could not have been checked. Mfr recommended 32psi all around - LF was 27, RF was 36; LR was 36; RR was 38. This is very dangerous!!!

Cody was great and got us in and out. Made reservation in advance using Enterprise App. Car was amazing (much newer than what I drive daily) and air conditioned seats.....amazing!!! Returned the car after hours by just placing keys in return box. Early the next morning I received a receipt for exactly the amount on my contract. Good service! Good performance! Ease of reservation and return! I am a very happy customer!!!

I made an appt. Online but when I got there they switched it up on me and said I needed to bills in my name at my current residence. My state issued id and debit card wouldnt work they said this was there for of a soft credit check. Which was no where online. So I was told by the kid to try hertz down the road which was a two mile walk in the rain and they had no cars available. I was pretty upset at how I was treated.

They are Extremely hard to deal with I rented a vehicle and of course had to put up a $200 deposit that came from my account I paid every Monday for the rental and I never received my deposit I rented from Monday to Monday and they weren’t open on Sunday so I would have to let them know on Monday by 9 o’clock if I was renting it again and then I would pay for for the following week. Then on Wednesday they ran my card of course it declined and that is their excuse as to why they took my $200 deposit.

The employees were friendly and accommodating. I cannot say enough about how professional all of the employees were. My rental ended up being for just over a month. As a repeat customer I went online to secure a truck for a couple days later. I found the type of truck I needed and completed the reservation online for a 7:30 am pickup. I arrived at 7:30 and there was a mix up on my reservation...no truck was available when I arrived at the Fort Smith location. The counter help was no help, tried to put me in a minivan. So I left, no rental, called the 800#, they searched and found a truck and asked me to go back to the store to pick it up later in the day. So I rescheduled my plans since I had no truck. Arrived back at the rental location later that day. This second time I had different counter help and in the end, they came through and took care of me. So, in a few words...Pre-order online - does not guarantee what you need.Counter help - Some are service oriented, some are not.800 # cant really help you unless you just need someone to vent to.Would be nice to charge them for time spent waiting on them at your regular hourly rate, maybe then the bad apples would receive better training or the co-worker standing beside them would step in and provide customer service.

Thank goodness there is a Hertz location in town. A week ago reserved a full size 4 door pick up with enterprise. Leaving town in the morning get there to pick it up and all they had was a Nissan Frontier not a Ford F-150 as promised. Never using Enterprise again! I recently rented a car from Enterprise after a hail storm while my car was being repaired. Enterprise made a bad experience better. They worked with the insurance company and upgraded me into a car of my choice. The people were friendly and understood what a pain having your car in the repair shop is. I made a reservation on Monday through Priceline to pick up a car on Wednesday. I got a call 30 minutes before I am supposed to arrive to pick up my reservation telling me they would have to push my reservation out a week. I told them I was driving from Missouri to their location as we spoke and needed a car to drive from there to Alabama like I had reserved. I was told they had no vehicles for me. So now I’m left scrambling to find a car through a different rental car place in 30 minutes! I will NEVER use Enterprise again!

I have been well satisfied at every office I have used, and it is no different with the Fort Smith office. I received very courteous service on the phone to set up the reservation, and the same at pick up and return. I reserved a car and when I went to retrieve the car I was told all cars were sent to Texas due to the hurricane and damage that had been done to Enterprise cars in the Texas area. Matt called around and tried to find another location to get me a car. However, there wasnt anything close by and the closest car was in Ft. Smith, AR. I was able to get a ride to Ft. Smith, but it was a complete inconvenience. Once I returned the car, Nicole was amazing. She was very professional and got be in and out quickly. I will continue to use Cabot, AR Enterprise.

The people in the store were very friendly and quick. However, TWICE over the phone calling the local number, not an 800 number, I was quoted several hundred dollars cheaper than told in store. The first time I canceled my reservation and the 2nd time I had no choice but to pay the extra so we could take our family trip. I was initially quoted $599 on the van we rented over the phone from the local store. When I went in the next day to pick up our rental, they told me $1100! Of course I couldnt afford double what I planned and agreed to so they some how managed to discount it to $850. Still a lot more than I was told and that upsets me. They shouldnt give you a super low quote over the phone then double it once you go to pick it up. Other than that, the auto was nice and clean, drove well and we enjoyed it.

I came from California with the experience of renting cars on a week to week or month to month basis. I was always working and didnt like relying on public transportation to get me from home to work. I rented through so many different companies and never tried Enterprise until arriving in Fort Smith a little over a year ago.With that being said, I have rented from this location SEVERAL times and theyre always accommodating as well as friendly. Every single individual who has helped me into a vehicle goes above and beyond to aid in any way possible and their different protection plans are, honestly, very helpful/beneficial for anyone driving their vehicles.I give this location 2 thumbs up and I will continue using them when I need to rent a vehicle!

The worst service Ive ever had. I drove over an hour due to them being the closest to me. They gave me a specific time to pick up and that wasnt the case come 5 hours later still dont have my rental. The attitude is unbelievably terrible I ask a simple question and get my head ripped off. Try HURTS or BUDGET

Went to get a car i had reserved, only to find that they were going to charge an extra deposit + needed my utility bill and pay stub... This wouldnt have been a problem but they did not mention this at any time during the reservation process. Then upon being told this, they didnt say they needed both, they just said either/ or. These people need to learn basic economics, the whole if you make something easy to get you make more money.

My experience was okay, but the understaffing of this location was somewhat obvious. I walked in, sat down, and waited; no one was in the office. Someone eventually came in to assist me. He was a very nice young man and was apologetic about the wait. He had someone touch up the car. Mud and dirt was all over the inside door wells on both sides of the vehicle. Otherwise, the vehicle was excellent. I really believe the employees at this location did the best they could with their understaffing. They should not have to apologize because of things out of their control.

Go to Hertz!!!! I booked my car with Enterprise 3 weeks in advance. Called 3 times to verify that it was ok that I had an out -of - state license but did have utility bills for proof of residence. Show up to get my rental and get sent out the door and told I was misinformed and they couldnt rent to me. I am an enterprise preferred member and have rented from them many times before. I called the local rental place not the main number. This put me in a terrible bind. The manager was a young rude twit! I went right down the street to Hertz and Marquis got me in a car right away without any issues. I will never use enterprise again. 2nd time they have done something like this. Never again!

People are nice, driver that picked me up is very nice. I think they could use a little more help as there seemed to be many waiting. It took me a while to get a car. If you are in a hurry, you might as well take a deep breath and wait. I finally learned that the car I was getting was getting tires. After a little more of a wait they just asked if I wanted this other car. It was not clean yet, but I agreed. I really wanted a car that got a lot better MPG, but I got an upgrade to a bigger car. I really did not want a bigger car, but it was good I guess. Either the car was not totally full when I got it or it got bad MPG? A Nissan Rogue should get better than about 16 mpg, even if I did just drive in town for about 100 miles. I got the car back and I got brought back. Once again all are nice and the driver is an interesting man. I just made sure they noted the car was not clean and a couple other things and I was on my way. Over all I am pleased. After Budget Rental Car overcharged me, I am glad to be back to Enterprise. I just wish they were more pet friendly. Id rent more if they did not have that high fee if you have a pet in the car. Limits a lot I can do when I get one from Enterprise. But, over all, they have great deals.

A few weeks ago, my husband and I needed to make an 8 hour round trip for a meeting. An hour or two before wed planned to leave, our car started acting funny and it overheated. We called Enterprise to reserve a car and Mark (or was it Marcus?) was very friendly, efficient, and calming over the phone! When we arrived, Jon helped us fill out the paperwork and we had a nice discussion about Dr. Who. We wish we couldve talked longer! When we returned the car the next day, I was hot and sweaty and grouchy and stressed about taking care of our car problems and Will made me feel a lot better just by being friendly and cool.Ill definitely go to Enterprise on Zero Street again when I need to rent a car because the service was so great. (Also, the car was clean and ran well.)
