Had a reservation for 10 got here at 10 was told the Expedition was not ready. Then the lady tells me my Bank Card that they had already charged about $1300 wouldnt work. I had to have a credit card. $1300 and the car is at least 20 minutes out. I paid for the car a week back. The lady at the desk was just doing her job its not her fault its the company policies. Been nice if they mentioned my BANK CARD would need another credit card to rent the care they already took my money for. Because I was mad she did threaten to call security. LMAO fortunately she either didnt or he didnt say anything to me. I guess she didnt like me asking me for my money to be refunded. Fortunately I did video the entire thing.Dont rent from Budget! If you do you better have a credit card..lol Then your car wont be ready on time! Then she wrote down a number to call to get a refund that is not a working number. I am going to follow up and see what I can do for my time and inconvenience.

Lady at the front desk was friendly and willing to help. They take debit cards as hertz and enterprise wont. I will come back to rent another car and recommend this place.

I have never had an issue renting with you all. Courteous service, quick rental, no lines, great cars and fast check ins. Big fan.

The absolute worst company in the United States. I’m not going to get into it but, this company does not care about their customers or their customers well-being. Just pay the extra for enterprise.

I went in on Sunday to get my rental at 4:05 PM and they were already closed. At the time, there wasnt any open times posted. I can back Monday afternoon, after calling Budget to verify the hours, and the lady who waiting on me was extremely friendly and made the aggrivation of having to call ahead of time made it seem like it never happened.

Cannot get in touch with the front desk during business hours.

I will never rent from this company again ! I returned the car before they were open to catch an early flight and 5 days later I still cant get a electronic copy of my receipt! The automated customer service line is a joke and the number for the local office will never let you connect to the local people. This company is a joke!!!!

The vehicle smelt like cat urine. I could not get it exchanged before leaving for the trip due to the front desk lady, (far from “lady”) had no other solutions for the matter. Had car detailed/shampooed. Which should have been completed by the budget personel.

I used Priceline and Expedia, both times they billed my credit card when it was already paid through these services.I will never use Budget again.

Had another terrible experience with Budget car rental. This time is was their airport location in Fort Smith, Arkansas. They charged $200 just to keep the car an extra day! That wasn’t even for the rental, that was just a surcharge they added. This, even after I went above and beyond to make sure their car was clean inside and out. They may be cheap on the front end, but they will gouge the hell out of you on the back end. I’m sticking to any body other than budget from now on.

Very nice, GREAT CAR VW Passat. NEED TO WIPE INSIDE WIND SHIELD Better. There was a film from being closed for awhile. All cars get it, especially new ones. It’s very annoying.Downside is my wife wants a VW Passat now. 😳

Love Budget! Their prices are always the best and their customer service is unbeatable. The car was rented under my husbands name, but he was not available to pick the car up and the girls at the counter made it a painless transition to get the rental into my name. Love these people!

I rent from Budget at the Fort Smith Airport fairly often. The price is competitive. The car is always ready and is clean. The personnel at the counter are friendly and efficient. As a result, I keep coming back to Budget at Fort Smith and elsewhere..

The prepay service is no good if you return the car early because you wont get any money back you still pay same price! I returned the car a day early

I rented a van from them 03/03/21- 03/08/21 and I was told that it takes 14 business days to get my deposit back. And it’s been over a month. I just called them again and finally talked to a live person and she said she’ll transfer me to the billing department and hung up on me.Budget your customer service sucks.

If you call this location and expect somebody to answer, you will be disappointed. If you make reservations online then it is a good service. But only if you do everything online.

Absolutely the WORST experience ever!!This was my very first time renting a car. I made a reservation a month in advance. I called again 2wks prior to the reservation to confirm and to make sure of what exactly I need to bring. I called the day before prior to reservation date to make sure again what I needed to bring. And not once did anyone tell me about a $200 down payment on the car. Nor, did they mention they dont take cash. Since I had cash not my card on me I had to drive to my bank to get a new temporary card. Came back gave them my card information. And as I was getting my car, they told me I had to get to get to the other location by a certain time or they was going to charge me for a extra day. The car I reserved was extremely dirty on the inside, had scratches on it, and hair everywhere on the seats. I have pictures of it all! I get to the other location at the time they told me to be there by, so I dont get charge for a 2nd day. As I get there, I check the car in. Started to talk to the lady inside about everything and I told her the other location told me if I didnt have it there by this time I was going to be charge another day. She told me I had 24 hours to returned it from the moment they sign me in.What makes me furious about this experience is, it could of all been avoided if they learn how to communicate with the customer. They act like customer should of know these things. Dont rent from them, No body has any knowledge in this company. They are in it for a paycheck. Everyone of them from the people checking you in, to the CEO.

I rented through a few different companies and budget is by far the best one hands down.

Friendly staff from making reservation to drop off.Very easy pick up and drop off. Rented a Chevy traverse and walked away wishing it was mine. Excellent headlights I might add which was important to us not knowing the roads and drove on many narrow roads, very roomy for luggage and family. Fair value for car rental.Hope to have the same vehicle next time.

Christine is an Asset for your company!Right from the start, she upgraded us to a chevy malibu because she felt it met our needs better, and she was right on the money!Our second week rental we had booked with enterprise. Wonderful staff, always friendly and fast service. Only complaint would be the location of the rental car lot. It’s quite the walk in the elements. Would suggest they bring car around to front for costumers.
