Man I could testify about how great these people are but that sounds forced. In reality, Taha Yasin, SALESMEN, was up front, honest, and optimistic even when we thought we would leave with nothing. Angela is another SALESWOMAN, offered me her personal creamer for the coffee pot in the lobby. Just to help us through our waiting time. Last person we had was Ms. Olivia. She was our paperwork Queen. She let us sign papers outside so that we could keep our toddlers calm while we dotted i s and crossed ts. Very kind and professional ..

Do jot trust this mechanic! I bought a personal vehicle from him that he said nothing was wrong. Within 3 weeks it kept dying on me as I drove down the road and has been in another shop for 2 weeks! They cant figure out whats wrong...and he will not have any contact with me!

It kept leaking air even after being patched. So, I decided to get all new tires that are better suited for the terrain where I live. In both instances, they were great people, easy to work with and knew their product. And, they found me great deals!

This is my second vehicle from Byryder, the first truck had transmission problems within 2 weeks, which the company said it would be fixed, only after attempt after attempt the manager was just unwilling to help in anyway, i posted my dissatisfaction on line manager called and said they would give me a loaner, fast forward a couple weeks and i ended up getting another truxk, it broke down again i was left on foot, when i got the truck back it took forever, almost 6 weeks ago it was having issues again!!! So i took it back to see what was going on BLOWN MOTOR, THE SHOP TAKES NO EFFORT TO KEEP IN CONTACT WITH YOU, THE MANAGEMENT TAKES NO RESPONSIBILITY AND CNAC ONLY WANTS THE PAYMENTS, IVE WORKES HARD ALL MY LIFE, BEFORE BYRYDER I WAS MAKING 3 TO 4 THOUSAND A WEEK, NOW IM MAKING MINIMUM WAGR WITH BEGGING FOR RIDES ON DAYS THAT ARE RAINING,, BUT I CAN BE HAPPY THAT I HAVE A JOB SO I CAN PAt FOR a truck that i do not have way to go Byryder
