Our all around experience with Rath was the best of any vehicle weve ever bought. Our salesman (D.C.) worked with us all day to find the perfect fit for not only our budget but our familys needs. Finance department did the same. We werent rushed. We werent pushed to spend any more than we planned. I referred a friend days later, and they were just as pleased! Ask for Billy Adkins! Recently I bought a vehicle from Rath Auto Resources in Fort Smith, AR and Mr. Adkins made the entire process quick and painless. Going in and as a woman at that, I was prepared mentally to encounter a pushy sales staff. Instead, I got a friendly salesman who listened to me and was helpful, as opposed to making me feel rushed or trying to talk me in to something that didnt accommodate my needs. He is extremely well trained, professional, knowledgeable, polite and attentive. He was upfront and honest about everything and explicitly explained all the fees/taxes that applied, so there were no surprises. All in all, he went out of his way to make sure all of my needs were met. Best repair experience Ive had in a long time. Initially, brout our sons car in for an A/C problem, what Phillip found was a rats nest in the fan housing. Some places would have charged for a new blower fan, etc, but all Phillip charged was $30, which included a replacement fan housing. Honesty and integrity goes a long way and this will be our repair facility from now on. Exceptional customer service and a pleasure doing business with you.

This is the worst experience I have ever had when it comes to car shopping/buying. I was quoted a price for a vehicle that I had picked out and when the final numbers were presented to me I asked my salesman, Angelo Borrero, why the vehicle had jumped up to almost 3k more. He informed me that his manager, Mike had explained to him that the price of the vehicles change on a daily basis. They also added a 2k warranty to the contract and I asked if there was a cheaper warranty I could purchase, but I was told that I had to purchase that warranty or get no warranty. When I began to sign the paperwork for the vehicle I noticed that I was switched from the buyer to the co-applicant and the finance person never disclosed that to me until I questioned it. I ended going home with the vehicle, but the whole experience felt so wrong. I then called Mike and told him about my experience and he told me that if I didnt feel like I had been given a good deal that I could bring the vehicle back, and that is what I did. They would have still needed the buyers signature to finalize the deal. Also, I work from home so I had my daughters take Angelo Borrero 3k dollars down because he stated someone else was looking at the vehicle I was interested in. They informed my daughters that I didnt need a receipt so that I would not be obligated to buy the vehicle. I then told my daughters to bring my cash back if they were not going to provide a receipt. My daughters brought my money back.

I would recommend rath to everyone they worked with me and helped me out when other would not i do believe i will be doing business with them from here on out.they have great people that work there and they are all very helpful.

David was absolutely amazing with my car sale! I came in after a horrible experience with Crain Hyundai. I ended up buying the same car that I test drove at Crain, but got a much better deal at Rath! I filled out a application online to see if I qualified for a payment plan. I got a txt message as soon as I sent the application in. It told me I was approved. Well I took the day off work,I thought to go buy a car, but but when I got to let lot and was looking at the vehicle I was going to buy, and they told me it was cash only on all vehicles. This is a ploy to get you to there lot. And there prices are crazy!!!!!

Anyone looking for a good used truck/car would be crazy not to come here. I came in two weeks ago and looked at a few trucks. I finally settled for one and we went through the whole process and it turns out I couldnt get approve for the one I was wanting. Patrick the gentleman helping me did everything he could to get me approved. The numbers just didnt line up. So I thanked him and left. I came in from work and I get a phone call from this gentleman and he tells me. I have some great news. My boss has decided the numbers were going to work. You are approved for the truck you was wanting. I went and signed paper and the staff was outstanding. It is the most professional dealership Ive ever been to. Patrick was outstanding. He did everything he could to get me approved. He never once pressured me to try to get another truck. And outstanding business!

The sales man, Henry Gonzalez, was awesome. Ive been dreaming of a new vehicle for over a year now but didnt think I could. If not for Henry I wouldnt have left with a new vehicle let alone the fabulous beauty I got.

I had contacted the dealership online about a vehicle we were interested in, and was contacted by Jordan. I wasnt able to make it into the dealership that day, but stated that I would contact him when we would be able to. He seemed friendly and willing to work with our schedule for coming in. Received a phone call this morning from Jordan and he asked if we would be available to come and see the vehicle in question. I apologized and stated that we had already bought another vehicle. He asked what kind and I told him what it was. He turned very nasty and hostile and stated well thanks for wasting my time there was something else at the end he said before he hung up on me, but I wasnt able to make it out.So, first things first. Im completely disgusted with the way that he handled the situation. As a sales rep for a car dealership, he should be able to handle someone not buying every car that they are interested in on their lot. I made no promises or commitments to buy the vehicle. There was absolutely no need for his hostility and rudeness.Second, how does this behavior help your business when a big part of someone coming in and trusting the dealership with this type of purchase is word of mouth from friends/family. If someone has a personal bad experience with a company they usually spread that information to others. Having employees who honestly dont care enough about their company to be polite and friendly is just a bad business decision. I know for future car purchases Rath dealership will be one that I dont go and look at based on the customer experience Ive had.

Ive bought and traded a lot of cars in my lifetime, (67 yrs). I was always a little nervous because I new that one way or another I was going to get taken advantage of. After I moved back to Ft. Smith, 2 yrs ago, I ended up needing a pickup truck, after shopping around I found one I wanted at Rath Auto, approaching the purchase with the same feelings as usual, I was pleasantly surprised to find out these guys dont do business that way. No pressure, and a perceptible desire for me to be satisfied with my purchase. The man that helped me,Bill Adkins, really went over all the operation of the electronics,and features, not to sell it to me, I had already bought it, he just wanted to be sure I was comfortable with my new vehicle. So besides a good price I got an education.I have since purchased another car from them, and my neighbor has bought two, like me, he got the same treatment, good price, and complete satisfaction. Next time you buy a car or truck do yourself a favor, go to Rath Auto, Theyre service organization makes sure the vehicles are mechanically correct...I personally witnessed the work they did on my vehicle before I bought it.
