Very great service, quick to call back
Called Ken to take a look at our dryer and fridge. He was very professional and explained everything he found and fixed. He thought he had fixed the dryer so he turned it on and let it run while he fixed the fridge. After he checked the air temp of the dryer later he realized it still wasn’t getting hot enough so he ended up cleaning out our dryer vent to discover it was completely clogged. Will use him again if we need too without any hesitation. Highly recommend.

So we had Kens come to my work to look at a couple of Fridges back in june of 2016 for warranty issues. It is now 8/24 and I just found out that they are sending another company to check the fridge out again. When I talked to the other company they said they just got the dispatch yesterday.I have had this on warranty for 2 months and 4 days and kens is a terrible place to get appliance work done. They are not punctual and will not call you back even when it is an emergency. Very nice lady on the phone in fort smith ar but the worst work ethic and follow through I had ever witnessed. If this was my personal fridge I would be pissed that I could not store food in it as is my customer who owns the fridge

Charged a $100 diagnostic fee when I had already let them know what was wrong over the phone. There was no diagnosis. Also charged over $30 for what looks to be about a $5 part online. In all charged $170 to replace a switch that took about 10 minutes.
Ken came out for a warranty repair for our KitchenAid ice machine. He was on time, and very professional. He knew exactly what was wrong with our appliance, and had it back up and running in no time.
Spent 4 minutes looking at my fridge, told me it wasnt worth fixing. Charged me $71.39
