Someone smashed into the back of my 19 dodge challenger and damaged the rear end and side quarter panel. I brought my brand new vehicle to their shop for a slight body damage repair as per my insurance recommendation. I was very specific and politely asked them that I didnt want additional damage to my vehicle. They said it would take 3 to 4 days to repair, but they ended up keeping it for TWO weeks! When I got it back, the body work was taken care of, but it looked like they had some fun with the vehicle as it had brush scratches from front to back, all kinds of leaves in the cargo area with paint and more damage to the body and about 300 additional miles recorded. I would not trust them again to save my life!!! Im so deeply regretting trusting these people!
