Gonzalo and his team did an absolutely amazing job on our lawn. I cannot get over the difference in the appearance of our yard. I have even had people stop as they were driving by to tell me how nice our lawn looks. The whole team was also very polite and professional, and I could tell they took pride in their work. Once again, I am so thankful for the wonderful work and truly appreciate all Gonzalos Lawn Care did for our yard.

I had had 2 lawn services before Gonzalo. He now has been with me for over 8 years . What a difference, what a joy to have him and his team service my property. If I have any problem or special need with my yard, I call him and they are out within 2 days. His team is professional, experienced and courteous. His prices are very reasonable compared to competition in my neighborhood. Gonzalo has unique additional training which goes beyond basic landscaping and which benefits me and all of my neighbors who use him. Specifically unique, environmental irrigation using natural water in property reserves tanks to reduce water costs, removing problematic plantings and replacing with indigenous plants which fair far better in Florida…and many other services.I would give him a higher rating if I could. He is a special find and never want to lose him.

Gonzalo and his team did a great job on my lawn and they also trimmed one of my trees very professional and cordial . You treat them with respect and you will have nothing but good . Job in return .

Best service I have received in a long time ! Gonzalo and his guys are very professional and do a good quality job . I have not had any complaints for them over the time I have been receiving their service.

Unprofessional on so many levels. I hired Gonzalo to do monthly full service lawn maintenance. The services included mowing, trimming bushes, treating weeds, etc. The first two weeks of services, the guys didn’t trim the bushes, and I had to ask for them to be done. The third week, nobody showed up due to rain, but instead of coming the next day when it was sunny, they never showed. It wasn’t until the following week that they showed up, and by then our grass was nearly two feet tall. Since the grass was so overgrown, it was impossible to see that a plastic tent stake was in the yard. One of the guys ran over the stake, and it sent it flying into my brand new vinyl fence leaving two holes in one of the panels. I told Gonzalo, and he got back to me two days later but never agreed to repair the fence. Fast forward to yesterday, the guys showed up, did half the yard and started packing up. The parts that were cut looked terrible, like there wasn’t any effort put into the job. At this point I had grass growing up the side of the fence in areas that they missed with the weed wacker. As they were packing up, I asked them if they planned to finish the back, and I was told by one of the guys, ‘John’, that they wouldn’t finish because of the dog feces in areas of the yard. I told him to give me a minute to clean up the areas so they could finish what I’m paying them to do. He told me (in a very disrespectful and condescending tone) they were behind schedule and didn’t have time to finish cutting my yard. It was as if he was saying, “I’ll do as much or as little as I want, deal with it”. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. I decided to show ‘John’ the areas of my yard that they missed, the grass growing up the side of my fence that they didn’t cut, and the uneven patches throughout the yard. ‘John’ told me something along the lines of “just because you’re a cop doesn’t mean I have to listen to you”. Again, I couldn’t believe I was hearing this from someone I hired, and I reminded him that I’m a PAYING CUSTOMER. I attempted to call Gonzalo to let him know what his guys did, but he NEVER RETURNED MY CALLS OR TEXTS. I thought, as a business owner, he would be mortified that one of his employees treated a customer in that way. However, the lack of response from Gonzalo made me realize he saw nothing wrong with the unprofessionalism and unfinished jobs from his guys. Over the course of two days I reached out to Gonzalo, but all I got was silence. I asked him if he had any intention of fixing my fence, crickets. I’ve never experienced this level of unprofessionalism from a company in my life. If you’re in law enforcement, don’t bother with this company...they won’t give you 100% anyways.

They came in and did beautiful work. My yard has never looked so clean. I definitely recommend them! Gonzalo and his workers never leave if the job isn’t done right.
