The worst company and advertising is over exaggerated. They are nothing what the advertising says. The man that came out was so scared of the possibility of seeing a mouse, that he didnt stay long and said he cant do the job. If your a professional as you claim in advertising no job too small or too big should be declined. Beware they wont take a job with actual mice problems.

The service was pretty good. I only received an estimate. However when another company also came to give an estimate they discovered a huge nest that the Hulett estimator overlooked by being less thorough.

The absolute best experience. I was dealing with ants that another company came out 5 times and couldnt control. I called Hulett and in one visit they were gone! Not to mention I have the nicest technician Micheal who goes above and beyond to make sure I am happy and satisfied. I will never switch companies! Highly recommend!

Weve only been customers for a about two months; however, we feel Hulett and staff have been very responsive to our needs and the service technicians have been on time, very courteous and thorough with their treatments in our home and yard! Were happy we went with Hulett!

Hired the lawn care side of Hulett over a year ago because I had had Tru Green for 4 years and I thought lawn could look better. I hired Hewlett at 40% more and it didnt look better UNTIL... I left to go to my vacation home for 4 months and when I came back it looked 60% worse. Big dead patches lots of sedge grass. Supervisor came out and ordered a couple extra treatments with no improvement. Fortunately I sold the house and dont have to deal with them. Told new buyers the story and doubt they will use Hewlett.

Salesman was misogynistic and dishonest. He Tried to frighten me into signing a contract by telling me that my rafters were almost eaten through by termites. After double checking on his findings saw that my rafters actually looked like new. He was patronizing and condescending.

Always on time. Pests are gone. The workers smile and have a great attitude.

Recently we saw tiny ants in several locations in our house. We called Hulett to request Mike (our indoor pest guy) to come. Ironically he was scheduled to come the next day. He was very courteous and treated areas we pointed out and several more that he said were likely hiding places. He completed our eves “dusting” and likely entrance points.

We have 100% faith in Michael who has always listened to our concerns, took time to teach us, and is a very respectable man who takes pride in his work. We are very pleased to have him as our technician. A excellent asset to Hulett! Thank you, Michael

Jimmy, our spray guy did a wonderful job knocking down our HUGE roach problem. I have recommended Hulet about 20 times since a couple months ago. I find one or 3 once in a while and spray them with Bengal, or try to smack em. They are good competition. Their scale speed is about 600 mph.

Hulett has the most professional team around. Their team members are always polite, prompt and thorough. I know and trust Hullett has always taken care of all my pest control needs.

Hulett Environmental Services is very effective in their process of pest control. We have had no problem with pests, inside or outside of the house. The only difficulty I have is the cost of their services. Our cost of $80.00 per month for indoor service goes to $173.00 every other month to include the yard and exterior.

Does it sound odd to say I love Hulett Environmental Services? Doesnt matter; I do. I am hyper-allergic to spiders and other creatures of the Florida environment. I literally go into anaphylactic shock if bitten. Once they were made aware of this, Hulett has gone to great lengths to insure my protection. They are diligent in their services and highly professional. I would recommend them for all your pest and environmental concerns.

I moved into my dream home recently but, the palmettos thought it was their dream home. I called Hulett to regain ownership from the palmettos and Will and Jeff put them in their place-OUTSIDE! Im snug as a bug in a rug in my dream home again!! Everyone at Hulett was fantastic! Very educational experience!

Very disappointed. They made it seems good to begin with, they did inside and out, but the ants come back after a week. It does not work. When I called back for them to come back, they would only do spots and will not do inside everytime. For the price I pay I want good service and something that works. They do not call and schedule appointment. I just get a call from the tech late evening and he leaves a message of when he will be there saying he is spraying the outside. He never confirms. I am the customer, you should check with me. IF you show up and I am on there as far as I am concerned you did not do the job if I did not see it. Once this contract ends I will go back to Lowes and continue doing ourselves. Works better and is cheaper.I am amending my post. Today another tech came out. Apparently, the tech that has been coming out has been cutting corners. The tech today did a good job and was very thorough. I will see how long it last this time.Next visit has come upon us. I very upset. I told the company I want them to call and make the appointment ahead of time, not the tech. Well, the tech called Friday and told my husband he would be here Monday morning. He showed up after 12. I then have alway said to do our house first, not the tenants house. He show up today and said he did that first. As far as I know he never did it, since no one was there to verify. They will not let me out of the contract. I will be glad when this contract is up.

Hulett is awesome. We had ghost ants in our kitchen. I tried everything...ant traps, Raid, cleaning with vinegar/water...nothing stopped those little boogers. Our pest control tech, Joe Patalano, came out and treated the outside of the house with granules and then put small sticky gel-like droplets along the path of the ants at the ceiling. He also placed several ant traps around and told us to remove them in 3 days. The ants will be gone by then. It worked!!! Havent seen any ants since! He was also very professional, but friendly. He did a great job and I highly recommend Hulett to anyone looking for a good pest control company.

We have been using Huelett for the past year and are very pleased with the service we receive from them. Our service rep Laura is wonderful. She is always very pleasant and makes sure to ask if weve had any issues or if anything extra needs to be done before she leave our home.

They come promptly and on schedule. They call in advance to say they are coming.. Service people are polite, well dressed in a uniform and act professional. We are long term satisfied customers.

The installer was professional and courteous and went out of his way to assist in another issue that wasnt even a Hulett issue. We have been Hulett customers for over 10 years. They are great.

Our service has been excellent. It is always about the person providing the service. Our Service Person is outstanding and is a real professional.

Their customer service is terrible. Prior to sending in payment for renewal I called and specifically requested that they notify me BEFORE anyone came to my house - call or text. The person that answered the phone said she would note that on my file. Well that did not happen their rep showed up at 8am ringing my doorbell surprising us as we were getting up. Needless to say I was quite upset. It really takes no effort or time to provide a simple telephone call as a courtesy to make sure customers are aware. We do not want people showing up unannounced as have a dog and want to be sure he does not get out an open gate or cause any concern to the person showing up to provide the yard spray service. It is just the nice/right thing to do. If you do not mind this type of behavior then you will like them just fine.

Joe took time to educate me as he worked. So far, results are much better from our previous company.

Have used Huelett Environmental for over 15 years. The best around. Our technician Mike Wargo is knowledgeable and very responsive.

Paid $100 for first yard spray for fleas and ants. They only want to spray grass not any other area in yard. They have caused weeds and dead grass now several brown patches in ST Augustine grass. 1st spray poured day after came back for follow up a wk later sprayed and as he was wrapping up hose it poured for hrs after. Came back third time sprayed still have fleas ants and nothing but nasty rude employees. They need to be shut down and I want my money back and a professional that actually does the whole yard not just killing grass. They were only suppose to spray for ants and fleas nothing else...so why the hell is my grass destroyed
