They went above and beyond! I had moved in a rental with a major German cockroach infestation, I tried many different companies that just ripped me off completely. Choice pest management got rid of my bugs within 2 weeks!! I havent seen one since! They come whenever you call.. and are so friendly and kind. I would absolutely recommend them!

Signed contract in October 2019 had first spraying 3 days later, saw ants 5 weeks later called company in a.m. they sent tech that afternoon for respray took care of whole yard. Very happy company with company that does what they say they will do. Would give them 6 stars if I could. Highly recommend Choice Pest Management for yard critters.

This people are the worst they treated my house for carpenter ants gave me one year warranty call them 6 months later cause they were still there than told me that they treated the house for termites

I called becauses I thought we may have termites. They came out the next day for a free inspection. The tech who came ( Brian) was on time, respectful, and a super nice guy. He wasnt pushy at all and told us about services they offer if we were interested. I would highly recommend this company.

Rush job, things were missed

I signed up today for service and have high hopes with this company. The technician was knowledgeable and took his time. No rush was made. Customer service was impeccable even after my frantic self made a mistake and thought they didnt show up. Turns out they did and talked to my husband. The technician came back right away anyhow and eased my mind that they could do the job and make me comfortable living in my home and pest free. I am very happy so far.

I purchased a duplex in Ft Pierce. The one tenant had a horrible german roach infestation. I called around a few places and after I spoke with Dale I felt like they were going to be a good fit. Naturally I had thought that going with a big company such as Terminex wouldve been the right move. However I am very glad I chose Choice Pest Management. The inspector, Charlie, is very thorough and his service and guidance exceeded my expectations! I would recommend them to anyone in the St Lucie area. I wish all the vendors I use on my properties could match even a fraction of their service!For the record this is the first review ive ever left any company. They didnt even ask me to leave a review. I have been using Choice pest Mgmt from last 3 years for my pest control service. They are very punctual, professional and thorough. Tom is very courteous and so knowledgable, twice he was able to diagnose my problem right away and gave me the treatment outside my schedule time. They are very attentive, and detail oriented to explain how much each chemical was used in every treatment. I would recommend them in a heartbit.

Very unreliable. I had an appointment scheduled in November of 2015, made arrangements with my boss to leave work early to meet with the exterminator and he never showed or called. Called him a week later to reschedule and he never showed up again. Tried once more with this company since we used them in the past. An appointment was made for April 11, 2016, he called and said he couldnt make it so it was rescheduled for Friday the 15th. I was charged $196.00 for a 14 minute inspection that really didnt 14 minutes. My husband called and tried to get a little discount off our cost due to the inconveniences. He said no. So we will be looking for another company.
