Ripped off... less than 2 blocks up the road another Valvoline was charging way less. Wasnt suggested that option, even after requesting a coupon offer. Times are tough for everyone right now, a little decency would have been greatly appreciated! Their explanation was simply that they make their own rates bc they use Valvoline, but arent a Valvoline store... so why does Google, their sign & receipt say Valvoline on it?! Truly not cool and utterly disappointed to have to spend so much on a standard oil change.Besides that, they were quick, but I will not return there, bc I feel bamboozled.
