I can’t remember the name of who I spoke to but he was super nice and understanding. I needed a new battery installed in my Jetta before leaving the following day on an out-of-state road trip. They were totally booked for the next WEEK so I was going to have to cancel my entire trip! Well, after listening to me and working with my schedule, they were able to take care of my car the following day! Thanks guys!
