I can not express enough how disappointed I am with this dealership. Before I took the seven hour round-trip drive to this dealership, I had asked in what condition this vehicle was in and if the price was negotiable. I was deceived when told that it was in mint condition. To my surprise when I got there the car was in poor condition. The dealership posted this car for sale at $43,995. We negotiated the Range Rover to $41,995 (which is the revised priced seen just now on their site). This used vehicle definitely had not gone through thorough inspection. On top of that, they added these plastic edges on the door for protection and decided to add another $3,999 on to the cost. You can find these protectors on eBay for $20. Little did they know that I am a Land Rover master auto technician of 25 years. I had my suspicion that the truck had been in an accident. I noticed that the car was in an accident because of the obvious dent and bulge on the rear bumper and the gap between left front hood and headlight. The truck makes a sounds in the front tire which clearly indicates that it needs a ball joint replacement. I asked for the car fax report and it confirmed that indeed it had been in an accident. I had stated to the salesman that the tires needed to be replaced soon because they were worned. The salesman insisted that it had new tires. I then requested to see the truck on a lift in their service department. The salesman wanted the technician to agree with him that the tires were new and the technician had stated that no new tires were placed on this truck. I inspected the vehicle and the vehicle needed more than $4000 in repairs. Make sure when shopping from this dealership that you bring a knowledgeable technician and request a salesman that knows his/her product. If I could have given this dealership no stars, I definitely would have. Make sure to request a car fax report of the vehicle you’re shopping. Buyer beware!!!!!!!
My experience with Bev Smith Kia was one of the best experiences I have ever had at an automobile dealership. From the gentleman that checked me in to the lady that called me to keep me informed throughout the day. To the Service Advisor (she was great by the way) and to Ms. Sandy that called me to make sure we were satisfied with everything that was done. I give Bev Smith Kia 5 stars and would give them more if I could. My car is running great and looking great I might add because they even washed it before I picked it up. My hats off to the entire team my wife and I love this dealership and all the employees thank you very much, Michael Harrell.
After nine years of owning my vehicle I found out that I could go to other Kia dealers to get service done when I was told I could only go to them some of the service managers are overworked tired cranky and hard to get an oil change they are booked up months in advance that doesn’t bode well if you are under warranty And need an immediate oil change. I know Covid plays a part in their scheduling but I live two hours away I just feel that they weren’t very honest with me from the beginning.
I dropped off my car the night before. That is a great feature when doing service. I work nights and it makes it convenient for me. I got a call from Debra the next morning about what service was due, I agreed and a couple hours later picked up my car. Debra had me all ready by the time we picked it up. Got the free car wash ( love that )The only complaint is once I went on line and scheduled the service 4 weeks earlier, it set loose the pack of hungry salesman and was constantly getting Texts, Phone calls, ( one day I got 3 calls ) E Mails all about them claiming my car was so special I just had to sell it back to them and get me in the Deal of The Century in a New KIA. Right.....I finally told the 5th or 6th salesman Please STOP. No deal beats no current car payment. And when I AM Ready, I will call You to check out those Great Deals... That part sucked but other than that.......
I wish I could give 100 Stars for the exceptional service I received today from Dave & Todd. They were not only super patient with me, and all my wants, and demands (haha) they really went out of their way to get me the best deal, within my budget! They made the experience so memorable that Kia will be the ONLY place I will recommend my family and friends to go to when they are ready to look for a new car. I came to the dealership in hopes of getting one car, and left with the car that left me smiling ear to ear!!!!! The Kia Soul Red Line is a class of its own and I would have never thought it could have fit my budget but again Dave & Todd made it work, and the Financial Officer that finalized my deal was very personable, funny, and kept everything VERY plain English so there was no-misunderstanding anything! MY wife recently purchased a 2020 Kia Soul from Bev Smith Kia in Fort Pierce. Before leaving the lot, she noticed there were dents in the hood, which spoiled the looks of her dealer certified Kia Soul. The next day we asked the folks at Bev Smith to look into how this happened. It is now 2 weeks later and I am pleased to say that Bev Smith Kia has made us truly satisfied customers by restoring the hood of our Kia to its brand new condition. Thanks guys!!!

Been servicing my 2012 Kia Optima here for years and called to schedule an appointment for a Check Engine light and was told they are not taking any walk in appointments and that they are scheduled out through October?? Through October?? I was told to check with another Kia dealership. Good riddance Bev Smith Kia! Update: So odd that I received a Kia notice in the mail today to fix the knock sensor but cant take it in now to my Local dealership, that I have to drive it to location further away. Smh
Purchased a new car May 1st and it had a couple defects with the paint on the trim. I was told to bring it in to see what and how to fix it. I did that and met with Orlando. It is almost two months later and several calls and text messages later, the identified issues at purchase have not been fixed. I did receive a call from Pat, my sales rep asking if i could complete a survey to help him win a national contest. Really? The nerve to ask me this and not take care of my issues. I reached out to a sales manager, Ray and he tells me to call back the next day. I call back and still nothing. All I get is run around and no action! If the dealership truly appreciated their customers, every one of them, they would do something. Maybe this one star rating will spark their interest to resolve the issue. If it finally does, i will comment on it. Until then, this is what they deserve!Update! Was contacted shortly after this review. Dealership had me come in to retake pictures and submit to Kia and get parts ordered. Scheduled an appointment to have them installed. Glad they finally resolved the issue. Hopefully the work they do will be the end and i can enjoy my new car!Final Update! Finally had 2 of 3 pieces replaced. Last piece had to be painted and was not ready at my service appointment. I have moved away and most likely never going to get the third puece done.

I have been seeing Bev Smith for over a year now and I must say each visit gets worse than the prior. Nothing ever goes smoothly and the convenience of the staff is more important than that of the customer. Im seriously considering the drive to West Palm to have my car maintenance done going forward. I have been kept waiting for hours before I am picked up to return to the dealership to get my car and even with an hours notice they still cant get the client on time. My whole day revolves around them and its not supposed to be that way. If you are looking for easy and smooth service for your car then you best consider another dealership.

Im not satisfied. I paid 120 for a check engine light. Everyone around has told me I could of went to other places to get it done for free. What a rip off smh This location is horrible, it’s a shame Kia Stuart changed names. Fort Pierce Kia location, never seems to have availability. Even when it’s extremely emergency situations. The customer service doesn’t compare to Stuart Kia. Seems like their staff is very lazy. I’ve had my Kia since 2016. If y’all can avoid the fort Pierce location. I recommend the Stuart location, the service is just better.
The person who received me upon arrival gave me a great service, however two situations clouded my visit:1. I received my vehicle without at least some cleaning, due to the rain an exterior wash was not necessary, but using a vacuum cleaner was necessary.2. Upon receipt of the vehicle, it is evidenced that the low tire pressure light comes on.I made the decision to leave the vehicle to work without pressure but I feel little attention to simple details on the part of the maintenance team. To be my first experience in the service I am not satisfied.As in all organizations, these are opportunities for improvement that I hope will be adjusted to maintain satisfied customer-dealer relationships.
*Buyer Beware* My wife & I bought a car from this location new in 2014. We just paid off the car last year. The engine blew out of nowhere July 4th weekend. We had it towed to Bev Smith Kia on July 5th, where it has sat ever since. There has been zero contact from the service department. Messages left for the service dept to call me have been either ignored, or never given. Ive had to just show up 3 times, and left with no new information. They tell me they are waiting for approval from corporate on whether or not they will fix it under the recall. Neither Frank or Ryan have reached out at all. Makes me sick to know Ive recommended them to friends and family who have purchased vehicles there. Beyond frustrated.

They ordered the key it was there when they said it would be in two days drove over received the key no problem they cut the key right there on site via the VIN number and the key works great thanks and all the guys and gals that work there in the parts and service department the lady that took my money cashier was a wonderful sweet lady thanks for your kind courteousness and all your wonderful attitudes thanks again Bev Smith Kia out of fort Pierce Florida.

Because there is a chip shortage, which is affecting the availability of new cars - and with KIAs (Telluride) being in relatively high demand, they had very little stock. The place was a madhouse, the asking price was thousands above MSRP, and they were not interested in negotiation, as there were no other tellurides available in the area. Additionally, since I had never sat inside any KIA or their dealership, I was a little put off by their request to fill out paperwork as soon as I walked in the door. When I said I was only there to look at the car, they lost interest and rushed through describing the car before turning us over to a very nice but inexperienced young man. Overall, I felt like I didnt have an interest in buying a vehicle there because of that initial impression.
Everyone I interacted with in the service department was very lively and helpful. As soon as I pulled in I was greeted with nothing but smiles. They estimated the work would take an hour and a half, but ended up only being 45 minutes. Exceptional customer service!
I cannot say enough good things about this place, and the team members here, from sales, to management, to the financial officers in the back, the service department is exceptional as well! If you want a new car whether its a KIA or a used pre-owned car this is the ONLY place you want to go to! Best people, best deals! I came to this dealership due to the Fact that when I had visited the location in Stuart I had a bad experience.When I went to the Fort Pierce location, I had a pretty decent experience but the sales person Miss lead me on my car that I had purchased. When doing the deal I was told that my trade wasn’t worth much at all due to it having an issue with the odometer,Which meant it would be sent to auction automatically and the dealership could not make a profit from the vehicle in the condition it was in.I would like to state that the vehicle was in immaculate shape and the only “problem” with it was it having an issue with the odometer from what I was told from this Kia dealership.I pulled up the car fax for my car I traded in after I had traded it to see what they were talking about with my odometer and come to find out they weren’t telling me the truth and the car fax was completely clean.They took off a good amount from my trade due to a concern that was not present.I had also seen that it had gone through their dealerships service department for the service inspection to be sold which I feel as if I was completely lied to.That was my mistake for not double checking the dealership, which shouldn’t be necessary but Unfortunately is.When the Deal was finished up, and I was taking delivery of my vehicle there was some concerns with the overall appearance and the car was not really detailed and I ended up having to remove a lot of adhesive from the outside of the car that the detail department did not take care of when they had it.When I had called the dealership about my concern I waited over two weeks for a response from them and then reached out to Kia who happened to help me out.Very disappointed with the dealership and how business is done.
Made an advance appt for a recall issue and oil change. After waiting 2 hrs I was told they did not have the part. Car was at dealership from 5/26 until 6/1.After collecting car I had trouble starting the car. Found a loose battery cable and fuse cover installed incorrectly. Car was towed to dealer. The following morning I received a call saying there was no issue (written statement from dealer). When I arrived the car would not start, they tried to sell me a new battery but mine was only 10mos old and still under warranty. Finally the car started and I took it to have the battery replaced. There was nothing wrong with the battery. Car would not start again. Car was taken to Scotts Automotive where it was discovered that someone had melted a fuse cable.thereby causing a short. The General Manager refuses to return my calls even after 3 people, Carlos is one, promised the GM would call. Would you want to deal with anyone like this, I think not. Beware of Bev Smith Kia.

This dealership wasted my time, I specifically told the sales associate upon arrival I am here to see a car I am on a time crunch and am looking to see and test drive only, sales associate took down my information and asked questions to fill out a info sheet when again I only came to look as I’m on a time crunch, he handed me to the sales manager Ron Pérez who told me looking at my info that my monthly payment was tough, I proceeded to walk out and Mr Perez told me to go see his daughter at Verizon to get 4 phone lines for my monthly payment, what a joke. Won’t be returning. Just a fare warning to anyone who may purchase from here they will waste your time, this dealership doesn’t deserve to gain anyone hard earn money.
Great experience. came in to get a oil piston recall fixed and oil change, came inside and a nice gentleman named Wayne said hello, it was very early in the morning. and we were talking and he said that he works to help people get into a vehicle in a easy and discounted way. he asked me about my 2020 Kia Soul that I had and explained all that I love about it. he asked me about the warranties and I actually didnt realize that I didnt have the lifetime warranty with fidelity. so this nice gentleman named Tony, he was very kind and he listens to what I had to say about my car. and I eventually said okay, lets just go see what there is. I saw this grey one that I thought would be good since grey and silver helps with not showing dirt. so, I said why not, maybe it can lower my payments. well turns out that it will lower my payments. my car had 4,000 dollars of positive equity. kia pay off my vehicle was 19,800 my car loan I owed 15,600. and my car still was worth 22,000 dollars. so I had extreme positive equity. Tony didnt make me feel rushed or pushed to get it. he listened and said do what you think is best. so called my family talked to them and my payments only went up 17 dollars with everything I already have along with the lifetime warranty with the fidelity insurance. so if my engine fails or transmission fails after the 10 years or 100,000 miles all I say is the 100 deductible and I get a whole new engine or a new transmission which is why people usually get rid of the vehicle in the first place. so my experience was really good! will be coming back here in the future to buy a car again. an of course coming here for services! recommend Tony and Wayne to anyone needing or waning to buy anew car.
I went into Kia nervous and anxious from a past experience but my sales man Paul Paparella went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Five star for James in Service dept. BUT...Another gentleman wanted to talk about trading in my car so I said I would listen but not necessarily looking. I explained how much I could afford and only a 5 year payment plan. After they tried to sell me a car I didnt want and at a much higher price, the salesman spoke badly to another associate about me and in front of me. Also stating, She can keep driving her vehicle with 95,000 miles. The salesman, Brian, also never informed the service dept to return my car to me even though he pretended to tell my service guy twice. I would have sat there all afternoon if I did not go to my service guy and inquire about my car. I will not purchase a car from them or recommend.

It was absolutely the easiest car buying experience I have ever had! Nick Nelson, my salesperson, was AMAZING! I only talked with him and with Finance. It all happened in under 3 hours. And....they delivered my vehicle to my door. I cannot say enough about Nick who has also followed up with me several times to ensure our satisfaction. When I first got my new Kia the customer service was immaculate. But now I’ve been waiting on a part for 3 weeks no one called to tell me it has arrived and when I called myself to see if it’s there and it is no one can tell me if it still going to be at no charge which I was told it would be when they said I needed the part. They said that there is not even a note saying you guys order a part for me in my file after I just confirmed with the parts department that it was in. I understand it’s a Monday morning but I think you guys need to consider I’ve been waiting 3 weeks for a part you told me would come in 5 days. And to be told that it’s a Monday so now I have to wait for a call back which I’m sure I probably won’t get considering I had to call myself to even find out my part was in is unsettling.

Bev Smith Kia did a great job in honoring the Lifetime Warranty upon installation of the Knock Sensor Detection System software due to an engine failure. Ms. Petra in service is wonderful. She made a bad situation great and kept in touch during the engine replacement that was done in less than a week. She helped us, explaining our receipt and all the work that was completed when we picked up the Sportage. Following experiencing the engine problem on the highway, the sensor allowed me to limp into the closest dealership, luckily it was Bev Smith where I met Ms. Petra. Well be back.
