My daughter just bought a car, its a 94 Toyota she hasnt had it long. Yesterday while driving on the interstate, her back tires fell off and caused the car to spin out of control luckily she wasnt injured. It had to be towed and since shes only 19, I told her I would call to find a tow truck. The lady I spoke with first was Dawn she said it would be hours before they could get there, and was concerned since it was on the interstate it may not be there by the time they came. Per her advice I called a few other places. After calling other tow companies, some were rude, and some didnt even seem to care to tow her car or if they did they wanted to charge a small fortune for a tow to a place that wasnt even very far. At least I was offered suggestions from Dawn who was the one I called first and who also said if you cant get anyone call us back. After several calls, time was ticking I called Dawn back and she said it would be still around and hour, so I said I will then take my chance to wait for her. The point is.... choosing her company was a great decision. The price was fair and service was outstanding she called to let me know it was taken to where I requested. Being a local one thing I notice is being from here as we get bigger our customer service seems to be a thing of the past. I own a business myself and I truly make it my priority to treat people like I wanted to be treated. It makes me so proud to know as a Floridian, business owner but more importantly as a mom of kids that are on the road driving. To know there are still people like Dawn out there, yes...showing customers you can still make money while being fair!!God Bless you for your kindness!

I received car transport to Chevrolet dealer in Estero Fl on March 3ed 2021. The service was prompt, thedriver loaded the vehicle and sent used it appropriately with no damage the my vehicle. Very pleased with the service.

Out with my daughter ... Truck wasnt starting, so gave them a call. Tow truck arrived 15 minutes later. Checked my battery and jumped it ... said that will get you home where you can replace the battery and save some money.I asked how much do I owe you? He smiled and said nothing ... happy to help.I jumped out of my pick up to put a $20 in his hand, and he refused to take it ... TWICE!Friendly, considerate, and really helped me out of a jam!Very appreciative!I give them my strongest recommendation!

USA Towing is amazing!! Got stuck at a friends house because of axle problems. Called and they had someone out asap. I wouldnt go to anyone else when it comes to tow needs. Best place in town! If I would give 10 stars I would!

They were there in minutes, had the right kind of truck, explained everything to me and got my kids car home. Customer service was excellent, Ill be using them again even if I need to wait. Wish I would have know about them earlier, they were recommended by another towing company that could not get here tonight. I highly recommend them, and have never reviewed any other company on google before but my experience with them deserves some recognition.Thanks again!!!!

This company is stealing and breaking FL law!!! I wish I had the time and patience to pursue further action. They overcharge and lie but all the info you need is in reports from law enforcement on scene, fire and rescue, dispatch from law enforcement. They lie about how much time they spent on scene and most likely charged both parties the full amount of time spent there. Could be legal but Im not sure.Times of arrival & departure of tow trucks is in police reports. USA Towing is also scaring and intimidating people with threats of license suspension and repercussions if the car isnt picked up within 3 days. An extra 110 administrative fee? For what exactly? Plus 35 dollars a day will incur. Which is not in FHP guidelines. They also did a nice job of throwing oil soaked cat litter & all the debris of both vehicles from the wreckage all over the front and rear seats, instead of in the trunk or disposing of it correctly and responsibly. I wish I could post pictures! Just another unethical company polluting our waterways from being rained on!! Very professional!! DO YOUR HOMEWORK PEOPLE!! WE CANT LET PEOPLE LIKE THIS GET AWAY WITH THEFT & POOR ENVIRONMENTAL PRACTICES!!! TAKE THE TIME OR HAVE A FRIEND DO IT!!

While at the gas station putting air in the tire, the valve stem blew out. My husband called AAA towing who sent a call out to Tow Safe. We were given an ETA that came and went. Upon checking on the tow we were told more waiting was in order. My husband called USA towing & they were a life saver! They arrived within 10mins, towed us to our destination AND wouldnt take a dime! Thank you USA! Youre amazing! GOD will always bless you guys!

Excellent customer service, reasonably priced.My experience with them was due to my Father getting into a car crash so I was obviously worried. The gentleman that picked up the car from the road was oh so nice, polite, full of information for me regarding the next steps. He gave me the business car and even told me how to get there from my home.Once at the office, the attendant took us over to take items out if the car and she even told us how to manage the license plate.Exceeded my expectations!!! Theyre really great!!!

This towing agent was instrumental in locating my vehicle. It was impounded by the Florida Highway Patrol. FHP did not note the towing agency. USA Towing went out of their way to assist, even though they were not the agency that towed my vehicle. If I ever need a tow or a referral is needed, USA towing will be the preferred vendor. Thank you

WOW!! Talk about fast service I called and they were to me within the hour late at night to pickup me and my car. The driver got me and my car home safely. I will 100% use them again in the future if the need occurs! Thank you USA Towing!

Unlike the drama queen below my car was towed from the same community because I was wrongfully parked I paid my bill and was on my way great customer service no damage to my Mercedes

They provide excellent customer service at reasonable rates, and I appreciate that they seem to care about their customers more than their pockets. Also, they take cards, which is a pleasant change from other towing companies I have used in the past. Place of business is a bit hard to find though.

These people are very insensitive to college students. They practically robbed me of all my savings. I have had to move back in with my parents and not go to college for another year. Thanks USA Towing, way to crush a kids dream off of a silly parking incident.

When You call and he’s half asleep, the customer service is horrible you get NO and YEAH! Customer service is key to a business clearly you don’t care.

Do not do business with these people!!! They cut my front bumper on my brand new car and denied it to the end and charged me 200$ to get it out not even 10 hours after! The management is horrible and unprofessional!
