Great towing experience. They use Square for payments which allowed me to pay from home using Apple Pay and that made the process really easy and simple. They text you pictures of your car while picking it up and dropping it off. Awesome towing service and I’d easily recommend them to a friends and family.

Thought it was a scam because of their prices. Ended up with the best experience possible. They got my tire fixed so fast and efficiently it was amazing. Mike was incredible, I was all the way in Punta Gorda and the first tow company the roadside service call had an ETA of 45 minutes. After 45 minutes and a no show and I called to find out where they were they decided they were not going to show up!! Then roadside called pride & care towing and Mike was on it right away. He came all the way from Estero to Punta Gorda, oh did I mention that this was at 11:30 pm! So the other company (RoadRunner Towing) was fine letting me (a single 40 yr old female) sit out basically in the middle of nowhere at 11:00-midnight, while Mike with Pride & Care Towing jumped into action as soon as he got the order. He called me to let me know he was on the way, asked me if I was safe and assured me he was coming as fast as he could. I highly appreciate & recommend Mike & his company to anyone that ever needs help with roadside assistance. Thank you Mike you are my hero!!
