Checked numerous shops to do some paint upgrades on my 7 year old sprinter van. Genes was the most reasonable and did a great job

Took my car their after I got into an accident, they promised everything would be handled and that they will fix it. 2 weeks later I have to pick my car up because he didnt want to work on it. Now its full of water because they didnt put it under ANY type of cover at all. So now, not only my car is wrecked. Its now wrecked AND has water damage because of there negligence. If there was an option to rate 0 stars, I would. Its a shame I have to put even 1 star. Dont take anything to them. And to top it off. They were going to charge me a 500 dollar storage fee. But when I stepped outside to call the police, not the owner, but the owners wife came outside to tell me not to worry about the 500 dollars. This place is a joke and is owned by a scam artist.

They were the only place in town that i could find that could do a front end alignment on my Class C RV. Made an appointment, and they had me in and out in about an hour. Good job!

My boyfriend had his car towed here after an accident. The staff was friendly and prompt with taking care of the situation. Jonny, who walked us out to find the vehicle was also friendly and genuinely interested in how the car accident took place and our well being. The waiting room was comfortable for longer waits as well. Couches, TV, magazines, and a Christmas tree for the holidays.

I took my Jeep to this shop in October and was told that it wouldn’t take around 3 weeks to pull the frame. They were not able to do estimate right away because bobby was not in. A week later they called me and gave me an estimate and I agreed. After that I herd nothing from them unless I would call and ask. They billed me twice the amount that they quoted me for without telling me anything. No communication from this shop what so ever. We came in to talk about my car when I was picking it up and the lady at the front desk was rude. The manager of the place has no idea what’s going on. The frame guy says he doesnt know anything about pricing. They keep going back and forth. The funniest thing the gal said at the front desk. “Don’t bring totaled cars to us next time”. What’s the shop for?? Please save yourself and avoided this shop.

They were so accommodating with me! I had a problem with my brake line that happened around 8pm and they were able to get my car in at 8am to check it out for me. They weren’t sure if they would be able to fix it that day as they were busy, but ended up being able to! They had great communication with me, reasonable prices and even gave me a discount. They are the best and won’t rip you off! I definitely will go back for any other needs and have recommended them to friends!

I neede a tow and my fleet company called Genes. Irvin called me pretty quickly to say that he was on the way, and arrived quickly. I must say that Irvin being a new hire to Genes is a great asset and should be rewarded with a raise. He made the entire experience easy and has the best attitude anyone could ask for. I know because Ive been a field tech for 32 years, and although a person may know what theyre doing, many have poor attitudes. Not Irvin, hes sharp, knows what hes doing and is not at all bothered to help you when in need. I would highly recommend asking for Irvin after calling Genes for a tow.

Great service. Great driver Receptionist was very helpful and friendly. I hit a curb near Ave Maria after driving all the way from Illinois. Insurance company contacted tow services. First two did not arrive after promising they would. Genes driver (I apologize I did not write down his name) was very courteous and professional. Showed up when he was supposed to. Was very calm and helpful and hauled auto back to our rental house. I was impressed with your service

Absolutely worst experience ever. They make you come in person to pay cash to release a vehicle. Tried several times to pay over the phone. Their claim is that people can walk away and reverse charges. This whole experience is by far the worst customer service I have received. Not sure how you are supposed to carry thousands of dollars in cash with you to get the vehicle I own. Not willing to help or be reasonable in the slightest. Gene, you need to work on your customer service. I strongly do not recommend this company as a choice for services.

They provided the pricing up front; even looking up and totaling the mileage to give an accurate quote. The price did not change from the quoted price. They were there within the timeframe promised. Both individuals I spoke with from the company were friendly and professional. The driver was very knowledgeable and did what he said he would do. I would definitely recommend this company.

I personally was at Genes Auto today accompanying my elderly father that was in an accident. We were greeted with a smile from a younger woman at the front desk named, Heather. I explained to her that this was the first time we had ever been through this. She offered to go over everything to get us up to speed on what to expect and how to proceed with my dads car. She was very knowledgeable, but made everything make sense. Even with her desk phone constantly ringing and customers waiting behind me, she made sure we were all helped and taken care of. This business is hopping and yet they made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I appreciate great customer service when I see it and I felt compelled to share my little experience. I needed a tow for my 38 foot RV diesel pusher, these guys came right away and we’re very reasonable on price, my bus was delivered with no damage to the mechanic. these guys knew perfectly what to do and we’re great at their job

Heather deserves NO stars for her terrible customer service! She is VERY RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL! Misty isnt much better either. I got a letter stating I owed money for a motorcycle I sold over a month prior. So I called to let the company know I indeed sold it and turned in the top slip of the title to the Tax collectors to show proof I no longer owned it. In a very rude and passive aggressive manner Heather kept telling me she highly doubted it and to get her proof which she again stated she didnt believe I could get. Well I went down the same day got proof from the tax collectors and emailed it over. They called me the next day telling me it didnt matter I still owed them and they were going to put a lien on my name in a VERY rude tone. I asked to speak to a manager and Misty got on the phone acting oblivious to what was going on when she was standing right next to her. She then said the same things and stated it was my responsibility to make sure the new owner registered it. (Never heard of that) So I realized I was dealing with two peas in a pod and told them good luck! Customers with proof of a sold vehicle shouldnt have to deal with THREATS of a money hungry company putting a lien on their name. Heather and Misty please look up note 1 in procedure RS-50 to further educate yourself in your line of work!

I needed to have my front bearings pressed into my wheel hubs & installed on my vehicle. I took my van to Genes for an estimate. I was told the work could be done the next morning & I was given a price in writing. The next day I showed up first thing in the morning. I stayed and waited in the office area and did some work on my computer while my van was being serviced. I experienced a friendly atmosphere and warm environment at Genes throughout my visit. My van was completed as stated & the price was actually a little less than what I was quoted as the mechanic stated I did not need a service which I thought I did. Overall, I had an incredible experience & would highly recommend Genes.

My car had some trouble starting so I called Genes and they came in a timely manner. He was reassuring and had my car towed in no time. The pricing was great seeing as I had to get it towed to Lehigh Acres. I will definitely recommend them to friends. Great job

I wish I remembered the name of the tow truck driver but I want to commend him for excellent customer service. He is an older gentleman with a mustache/ glasses and has been with the company 20 + years. I was told by my wife that he came out to help her after her work vehicle would not start. They were able to get it started and he offered to follow her to her destination just in case it shut off. He also helped pull my semi truck out awhile back when I got stuck at a construction site after I attempted pulling my truck out with my Moffitt. He went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I was taken care of. Genes has always and continues to be a great company, highly recommend!

Called and made an appointment as our camper was pulling to the left,arrived there a few minutes early and when the time arrived my camper was promptly taken in and and carefully checked and diagnosed.The charge was minimal,the mechanic explained the problem to me and i was on my way home in less time and for less expense than i expected ! After an accident, my car was towed by this extremely unprofessional towing & repair company.They gave me a date to pick up my car. According to the date that they gave me, I made a deal with a dealer to possess my car. They had been kept suspending my cars repair and finding excuses. Eventually, when I called them to figure out what was the reason for them to suspend the repair, the lady whose name is HEATHER started yelling and cursing at me on the phone. She was so rude and very unprofessional. This is the last place that I can recommend to anyone.

Be very careful with this company. They caused damage to my vehicle and refuse to accept responsibility for it. Now I have to deal with them in civil court. I even took the vehicle down there to be looked at for a resolution. And the manager slash supervisor refused to come out because he was too busy eating lunch. Hopefully this review helps.
