These people are scam artists. They rented a house to me and after moving in the smell of cat urine remained in the carpets, the roof leaked, refrigerator was broken and washer was broken. After they chose not to fix the problem I decided to move out. Not only did they keep my security deposit, they claimed I was responsible to pay over $7000 for the remainder of the year in rent and reported it on my credit report. They put on an act as though they are nice but are very unprofessional. Do not trust this place!!!

Shawn Pierce has never been a tenant of The Property Place. These should be vetted. We always endeavor too be fair to all parties.
