We recently used Lawrence and Carla to sell a property in the Fort Myers area. Chose them after interviewing a number of agents, and we are very pleased with the outcome. The home sold in a reasonable time frame and for a price higher than other agents told us to expect. The buyer was a challenging person to deal with, and Lawrence and Carla did an expert job of helping us through the negotiations. I would absolutely use them again!

Reason why to always choose quality real estate agents ...our dealings with agent randy lauer have been nothing but unprofessional ..will not return calls or emails..would not recommend !!dont like being negative but word needs to get out !!!

Recently had dealings with Agent Randy Lauer with remax He was hired as the property manager for the owners of 2208 river oak ln in Ft Myers, which at the time we were in a lease option on the property .Due to mold findings in the home we were forced to vacate the property, with the high levels of poor air quality and the clean up that had to be done We informed Mr lauer that we were to be reimbursed for repairs and storm clean up and he was to get with property owners after numerous emails we still have gotten no reply an are out thousands of dollars !!bad business practice !!

Very unprofessional tried to do work a deal with randy l., should of known his character considering the families history in this area. Customer service should always override over making an extra buck!
