I recently moved to Florida from out of state. I had to find my way in a new location and familiarize myself with all of the perfunctory locations that residents dont event think about such as the where the post office is, name of the best pizza joint, and who do I use as a realtor to help me find the most important and most expensive acquisition that I will purchase in my lifetime which is my place to live. A friend told me about the husband and wife team of Elisandra Nanda and Allen Olofson-Ring at Navoom and their suggestion to use these realtors was fulfilled well beyond my expectations.At our first meeting I was open to hear what NAVOOM had to offer in terms of suggestions of where to look for property and what my best value may be, but what was incredible was that once I noted what my needs were, my price range, and what aspects of a new home were non-negotiable, Allen and Nanda offered to spend a weekend with me, taking me to look at the long list of properties that they had curated for me.
