It was my first time to do this kind of transaction and I always have a concern about getting scammed. When the Property Acquisition Manager Sean Warren contacted me if Im interested in selling my property, I asked him frankly how can he reassure me that Im dealing with a legitimate company. He provided me promptly with the necessary info I needed to check and verify the existence and validity of the company. That was when I started to trust B and G land Holdings to handle my transaction. From Sean Warren ( never heard his voice but I could sense hes a nice person the way he communicated his texts ), to the Contract Coordinator Erin Bollinger, Closing Coordinator Nicole Ellis ( yes, I spoke to her a few times ), the process ended up smoothly. The price they paid me for my lot was in line if not better then all the other offers I received and Nicole was on top of it every step of the way explaining the process to me. Only a stupid, ignorant person would sign this contract I see!! The more I read the scariest I see it is, so TRICKY, as one of other reviewers warned:They can hold your land for 60 plus 30 days, but wait....wait.... also....it is business days!!! so it becomes 4.2 Months!!!! during which they can hold you hostage and bring the price lower and lower... DO NOT SIGN THIS unless consult a lawyer, or ask for a standard florida land contract, Do Not!!!! I am running away

Stuart Danoff and B&G were great. I was very distrustful at first but they are legitimate. B&G pays a fair price for your property and pays for all closing costs. Stuart walked me through the entire process and communication was excellent. They honored everything they said they would. 5 stars!

Was surprised by the reviews of B&G landholdings. I have sold several lots that I own in Florida through them. Specifically in Cape Coral and Sebastian. All 3 were fair offers considering they paid all of the closings costs and did not charge me any commissions. They held up their end of the deal and had me funded in approximately 70 days. Both sales reps I dealt with were very personable and I had a great experience with them. Keep it up!!

Beware.... Contract says B@G landholdings is the buyer, but if they cannot find a buyer the deal does not go through. The contract says close in 30 days. Then a few lines down it says buyer has 60 days to evaluate the property. This supposedly gives them 90 business days to close. I signed a contract on 11/6/2018 and according to B@G it just ran out 3/24/2019. Even though they are listed as the buyer they have no intention of buying your property themselves. They only put $20 in escrow so that is all that they are out when they breach the contract. As I said before BEWARE

Used extremely deceptive and manipulative tactics to force me to sell my property. Delayed closing by 3 months until they could flip the property to a builder. Ended up with almost no money from property. Ill be filing a nice complaint with the BBB.

Dont do it. They will promise you a lot but give you nothing. We came to an agreement on a price on a lot but when the time came to sign the purchase agreement they cut the price and tried to make me sign. I am a retired builder and in my 30 years of business and 100’s of closing I tell you, total Scammers, stay away

Total SCAM - We received a call this afternoon wanting to speak to the owner of the land we are selling, we are not selling any land, nor a home or anything for that matter !! BLOCKED - DO NOT attempt to call us again !!!!!!! If I could give a BIG fat NO star I would !!!
