I just want to take a minute to send you a note on an agent in your office, Bob Moore. My name is Rich B. and I am a builder/investor and I live in Rhode Island. I recently became interested in property after a friend bought a foreclosure. I made a trip to the area last month and met with another realtor that I had discussions with. We visited several sites and made an offer which was rejected but I continued my search.I ran into your web site doing a Google Search (ranks high and I’m sure your positioning is paying off). I called and spoke to Bob who quickly sent me some listings. We put together a couple of bids and one was accepted. I am still going to purchase another home but the market is very fast moving and reaction time has to be almost immediate. Bob has recognized that by sending new listings. Because I am in RI, he has done much of the leg work for me getting right out to the site, sending me the visual tours, sometimes several at a time, and getting the contracts to me and then right back to the listing agents. The he’s helped with things like contacts for utilities, etc.. I don’t know when he doesn’t work because he has communicated with me and sent me contracts days, nights, and weekends. We have a couple of offers out right now and I’m confident I will connect on at least one of them.I have never met Bob, only spoke to him on the phone and communicated via e-mail. I don’t know but it seems to me there are probably hundreds of options in the area for agents. I’m sure there is not much margin for error in a highly competitive market such as yours so the service and responsiveness of your people can make all the difference in a sale. It certainly did in this case for me. I have family and friends that are looking in the area for retirement homes and I will certainly tell my story to them. Thanks, Rich B.Rhode Island
My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Robert Moore over the last few months. We had recently rented a vacation home in February to see if we should consider Cape Coral as a place to purchase. Being New Yorkers and having to make that kind of decision from such a distance, could prove to be a real nail biter to say the least. Not so with Robert. He was our eyes and ears throughout the entire process. Not only did he coordinate everything from inspection to closing, he sent numerous pictures containing even the smallest of details. These were followed by a video, where he explained the outside to the inside, as he walked throughout the property. Diligent and thorough are two words that come to mind.Having grown up in Cape Coral and working in its real estate market for years, Robert has a wealth of knowledge, not only of this city, but the surrounding areas as well. Concerns such as canals being salt water vs. fresh water or direct Gulf access with bridges or sailboat access, assessments paid or unpaid, NW vs. SW and neighborhoods called Rose Garden, Burnt Store, Yacht Club and Pelican can be very confusing, yet important factors in making ones decision. Robert was more than willing to enlighten us by answering all questions and even included a personal tour. Knowledgable, generous and patient are also words that come to mind.I have to say though, the most impressive aspect of working with Robert was his accessibility. Mornings, evenings and weekends, he would make himself available to answer a question or provide new information. Phonecalls, emails and texts were answered promptly or within a few hours, the latter being only if he were with other clients. Dedicated and professional also come to mind. Finally, we wound up purchasing a duplex as an investment property. We are very happy and looking forward to possibly making a snowbird purchase in the not too distant future. Of course, we will only be working with Robert.Excellence is the final word that comes to mind when considering Robert Moore.
