WE LOVE IT HERE! This place is so fun, clean, and friendly. We’ve been coming for a few months and decided to purchase a membership because the kids ask to come everyday! The employees are super friendly and engaging. They laugh and interact with the kids. They give them fist bumps and toss around a ball with them. The parent lounge upstairs allows me to view the entire floor while I get some emails in and work for a few hours. My kids have a step tracker on their watch and they left with 16,000 steps today! That’s amazing. I highly recommend checking this place out and investing in a membership if it’s in your budget.

The restrooms are extremely dirty, crew members aren’t even doing their job, people running, several people jumping on the same trampoline, there’s garbage all over the place, and the rip-off now is charge people for the shoe lockers. No light and no body do or say anything !! Crew members doing NOTHING!!!

Great place to tire the kiddos out. They have added a new food feature were you can eat while you play which was a nice upgrade.

My children have fun every time we go but I feel they have the need for more or better crew members. No one is watching or stopping the bigger kids from running into or knocking down our little ones, other than that a great place to run your children tired.

So Much Fun! We purchased the membership package and if Im honest its definitely worth it! Kiddos wear themselves out from all the jumping and climbing. Kiddos look forward to visiting Defy and secretly so do we =)

Staff was helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. We loved the new addition of the food court. Overall the establishment was clean and we were definitely satisfied. We love Defy and will absolutely be back!

Great time had by all. Plenty of space for all ages and sizes with unique areas of interest. My only knocks were there seemed to be no defined area for little kids (2-4). Other than that, the place was great!

Kids had a blast. Love that they are safe and dont mind calling out someone politely when they see something unsafe. Have been to other trampoline parks that were chaotic. And there are other things to do than just jump. Will go again.

I went there for the first time though it was the third time for my kids. Kids always have fun and get a good exercise. Love how parents are able to walk around and watch their children. The place has that distinct smell. Wish they have air fresheners. Overall, still highly recommended.

We always enjoy our time here, the staff is super friendly and check-in is always easy. The only thing that takes the fun away is the parents who dont watch their kids or the parents who let their babies run around on the trampolines when its supposed to be 6 and over. It takes away some of the time you pay for having to dodge around babies that arent even supposed to be running around in the first place. I wish parents would be more mindful of their kids.

I cancelled our family membership months ago and we are STILL being charged every single month. I have called and left literally 8 or more voicemails and have called well over 30 times to try to get a hold of someone here but the teenagers working here never answer the phones. I have emailed management repeatedly. I have sent messages over and over through the website to cancel the membership. I have even called the corporate office in Utah to speak with someone and that number simply disconnects you at every extension. I am so thoroughly frustrated with this horribly managed company who refuses to offer any type of customer service, never answers phones, refuses to respond to voicemails or emails and who continues to charge members who have ended their memberships months ago. Not okay. I have now filed a complaint/dispute with my bank and credit card. I will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau next. I will review this place on social media as well as Google and let others know the nightmare it is to cancel membership here. How sad that a company will not even offer the decency and courtesy of responding to someone who has supported your business for MONTHS by paying membership for 5 people. I regret ever supporting this company.

Really nice place to go with the kids so they can jump around and have fun. Lots of different stations and activities.

Excellent staff! All are extremely friendly and helpful and seem to enjoy their job. DEFY has a wide variety of unique attractions (noticeably moreso than other jump parks we’ve been to). It is a ton of FUN for kids and their families! It has something for all ages and ability levels including seating for visitors who just want to watch. The only negatives would be that it is sometimes a slow turn around for broken attractions to get fixed or replaced, and the restrooms are not looked after well (smell a bit and often out of toilet paper in some stalls). Overall, we really appreciate the service they offer and have enjoyed our experience & will continue to go. :)

We visit a least once a week! The customer service has always been wonderful. The staff has gotten to know us and calls my children by their names. Check in is a breeze and we enjoy our time spent there! We will be back, often 🥰

This was my first time going to Defy in Fort Myers and it was amazing! I took my son for his friend’s birthday and we both had a fun time. There were lots of different obstacles to try and the staff were friendly. They seemed to limit the number of people in at one time which was nice because we were able to socially distance. We were busy the entire allotted time and my son asked if we could go back (I said yes because I thought it was so fun).

This place is much better, the support on the trampolines feel much safer and it’s so big. I would recommend coming to this place!

Super busy on weekends 😮 but well staffed, they are professional and friendly minus the 2 guys that were too excited blowing their whistles wayyy too much but hey whatever makes them happy. All in all kids had fun and I was ready for a nap watching them play for 90mins! 😆 Loved the cleanliness as well 👍

Best trampoline park we have ever been to. Lots of variety including parkour and American Ninja Warrior style activities. Friendly staff. Little short staffed at check in. Definitely get there at least 15 minutes early. We had a great time!

I would have given 5 stars because this place is awesome and my son loves going here. The only problem I have is it is filthy. There were tissues stuffed into the side of the couches along with no toilet paper in the bathrooms which were disgustingly dirty and we came when they first opened so everything should be stocked and cleaned for the day. Other than that it was a blast.

My kids love this place. The staff has been going a little down hill and sometimes not all of the attractions are open but the kids always have fun.

Three stars as several of the activities offered were closed. Also the employees were blind to people walking around with open drinks and food on the activities. Should not be allowed as they were spilling the icee and chips on the mats and floor. Not safe and gross to step in. They were also ignoring parents who were enjoying their phones while letting their under two year olds roam without any supervision. The PA said under 5 should have it, but no one said anything to anyone.Because of the above behavior, the overall cleanliness has fallen immensely.It can be a great place again if someone would correct the above situations.

Love the place kids have so much fun

Took my two kids this past Friday night August 6th...I had purchased tickets online prior to getting there to save time. When we arrived we were able to get right in however, within 5 minutes or so, I noticed there was TRASH everywhere!!! Empty Gatorade bottles, wrappers, water bottles etc. not only on the floor but also in the jumping blocks/pin area....the place was not clean at all!!! We soon also realized that some of the sections were broken or closed and when I asked I was told not enough staff or its been broken for awhile but yet I was charged the same price as if things were all up and running. Just very disappointing!!! When they first opened, it was Clean, staff were attentive, and all the sections were open...Unfortunately, not the case on Friday night place was filthy, barely any staff and the staff that were there appeared to be on break most of the night....its too bad....

I love this place. I take the kids here. They get all their energy out. The staff is friendly. The drink prices are affordable. Wholesome fun for the whole family.

I wish there was a way for staff members to be able to identify special needs kids. We were at Defy today, and I have an autistic son. I am a very diligent parent, right by his side the entire time. It was incredibly busy so I was even more aware and cautious. My son happened to pass by a small girl on a trampoline very closely without running into her. A staff member approached and reprimanded us saying he cant just walk around running into people. Mind you, I was on it, he did not knock her over, run into her or hurt her in any way. Also we were ran into multiple times but much bigger and typically developing kids without any regard for our safety or comfort. I find it frustrating that he was singled out for doing nothing wrong when there were situations constantly happening that were way more unsafe. Please train your staff on inclusion, safety and comfort for all.

Im all for small business. Its been a rough year, right? Well, after spending almost $200 on summer passes, I find out Defy has a new Cafe. Great! I support increasing revenue streams! They do not have coffee and my wife was rudly spoken to, like she was a child, about her coffee. So, parents cannot come with a coffee while their kids play? I can see bringing a pizza in. But a coffee? Talk about cheap. Bad business practice. This is not just disgraceful but embarrassing. Change this soon or lose great deals of business!

We had a good experience at Defy today. There were many positives such as the friendly staff, engaging staff members that lead the kids in games, and a great concern for safety. However, the wait at the desk was extremely long and discouraging. There were only 2 kind ladies available to help, when at least 1-2 more registers could have been opened.

Great place, seems very clean and well controlled environment. More expensive than others but well worth it. They seem to have a better handle on kids here. Would recommend over similar places.

This is the best trampoline park I have ever been to. I love it here all the workers are nice and its very clean, its a great place and it is mostly teens that go here so if you have littler kids I would recommend going earlier in the day or on the weekdays its a lot less busy then

Worst staff and management ever! Dont waste your money here go to sky zone where they actually care about you and your childrens safety!!Most of the attractions that require a staff member to be present at were all closed and when I asked a staff member he told me they were closed for the day.Then I asked the manager on duty CARLOS and he said that was wrong and he would have everything open in 5 minutes. 20 minutes go by and there was still kids improperly using all of that equipment unsupervised while staffmembers talked to ther friends not to mention there was kids running around hitting people with the sticks that they use to retrieve the swings .after that I spoke with Carlos again and he just said there was nothing he could do be cause they were understaffed.

Fun place for the kids, unfortunately was understaffed probably due to pandemic. Still glad it was open. Recommended.

Great place...just dont eat the food. Overpriced Cold, hard pizza with barely any cheese, soda machines need cleaned or changed or something. Pepsi was awful, and as I was waiting for my food, a little girl went up to exchange her drink because the Sierra mist was also bad. So just dont eat or drink anything! Save your money and go down to Buffalo Wild Wings qfterwards!

First time visiting this place and we are absolutely in awe. With an active 5 year old whos like the little energizer bunny, this place is perfect! If you seen the hit tv show American Ninja Warrior this place best describes it and perfect for all ages. They also host private parties and birthday functions with 3 available rooms and one upstairs. Prices are very reasonable for all of the amenities you get and worth the drive from Naples. This place has so much more to offer than bounce where we normally go.There are obstacles courses, zip lines, balance beams, trampolines, dodge ball, basketball, tvs etc. Great couches for parent observers. Plenty of lockers for your personal belongingsIn conclusion:This is the ultimate kids playground that will let them release all that youthful energy! The place is clean with lots of helpful and friendly staff along with energetic pop music. Will definitely be back on a regular basis and my daughter says this place is 5 worthy!

This was my second time bringing my kids and they love it . Parents if u wanna just relax and let your kids run free this the place . U can just sit or even play with them . Ill recommend anyone to bring their kids its like a big family.

This place is the BEST absolutely love it. Its better for older kids and teens its more of a place to do tricks and flips.if you havent been there you must go, the workers are nice and helpful. They do a great job of keeping it clean. Its even just fun to watch, bought a year membership and are definitely getting our moneys worth go every day.

Fun family activity in SWFL. Efficient and easy check in process.....don’t forget your special DEFY socks if you have them at home as they are required. Even if it’s busy.....you can have a food time. Extra awesome if it’s totally empty. Great for those rainy days.

My sister made use of 1 week of the membership so we paid for the 3 months and attempted to cancel any other payments. Just wow with how someone can tell you that your card won’t be charged and was removed while yet again it was for over 6 months charging the credit statement with no refunds made. Will make sure to not be returning.

The place is a lot of fun and the kids always have a great time. However, the equipment is worn. Trampolines have tears in them and the stunt pads are always low in air. Regarding the stunt pads, super dangerous when they are low in air; if you step anywhere near the corner/edge, the whole piece collapses under your foot and the only thing there to catch you is the edge of the platform - it does not feel good!

Such a great day! The facilities were sparkling and sanitized. The staff members were friendly, yet enforced boundaries for safe play. We can’t wait to return!

They did not give us observer bands - after 45 mins of being here and already walking through with out any supervision at the entrance, we we were told we need to get bands. Some people had food and drinks but the kid who decided to do his job said I couldn’t which I understand but so many people had food in here. Annoying that they didn’t do there job at first and inconvenienced us during our time. NOT NEARLY ENOUGH EMPLOYEES, I had to help other kids access things that at other defys they have staff fo oversee. They need to be better at not leaving the access unsupervised that’s how kids get kidnapped.

Fun place. Good size overall but can see it overrun quickly with small children. Luckily we went early on a wkday. Some stuff was roped off for no use. We had a groupon and felt good about time vs price value received.

This place is a literal safety nightmare. The employees were doing absolutely nothing. Some kid was running around with an employees tool that they use to bring the ropes closer and she was hitting and chasing people with it. The manager said she was doing nothing wrong even after she ran right by him chasing someone with the stick. There was also a three year old helping himself to the zipline which was closed and no one bothered to stop him. Other kids were running full speed on the trampolines and throwing the foam cubes at each other, they literally tossed my kid like a salad while he was jumping around minding his own business. Where was the employee? He watched it happen and said nothing as they proceeded to run off to continue their rampage of throwing cubes and bowling over unsuspecting children. If I could rate zero stars I would but I cant so one star it is.

Play area is kept clean and as safe as possible with children of all ages using the facility. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Toward the end of our stay, it appeared that only one staff person was there to supervise all the people there. He did a great job, though.

We had a great time; even Grandma jumped! All the equipment and areas seemed clean. I was a little disappointed in the bathroom however the only way to dry your hands was the tiniest hand air dryer I have ever seen and it was not very effective. But other than that a good time was had by all.

The place is pretty fun, they need to add more fun things. They need more dodge ball arenas because there are kids I seen get hurt and cry and the effect of that is two people about to fight over the hurt kid. My girlfriend got hurt because a guy threw a ball in her face really hard when she was laying down in the corner, the worst part is I watched it happen and He did it on purpose. Defy is fun but with the same stuff they had for a long time is kinda going out of date, they need to add more attractions and activities.

Great place for pre-teens, teens and adults. Lots of trampolines, and obstacles. No real area for kids under 7. My 2 daughters ages 2 and 4 didn’t enjoy themselves there. Obstacles were too far apart or/and too high. Nice seating areas though.

This facility is packed with fun activities. The staff is friendly and helpful. This is a great way to get the little ones tired and ready for bed. Plenty of convenient seating for parents.
