Perfect gym to drop in with!! Very knowledgeable in CF and eager to teach!! We have already learned some techniques to help us out in only a couple of classes!! So glad we chose this gym!! Great job u guys keep it up!
Was a drop in and they took me in with open arms. Great place with great people for a good workout. I was there for the Open and they had someone judge for me. They helped me get ready to warm up. And encouraged me. 5 stars

This place is awesome! Ive dropped in several times in the past 2 years. Theyve since upgraded their facilities to a larger footprint. The trainers and members were extremely nice and its very easy to access right off of 41. I would highly recommend this place.
CrossFit 239 is our home away from home when traveling to Cape Coral. The owner and members are very friendly and the workouts are fun and challenging. Weve visited her several times over the past few years.
In town for a wedding and did a drop-in on a Saturday morning, the 239 crew really took care of us. Absolutely terrific coaching, programming, and community. If youre looking for a new gym or just in town, 239 is a great choice. I cant recommend them highly enough.

Great coaches and members. While running our team WOD they were able to seamlessly run a Kids Crossfit class. Plenty of space and equipment for all members and classes going on. Cant wait to drop in on my next visit
