The best thing about this location is the trainer Vivian! She is phenomenal yall! She helped me reconnect with the gym and helped me built my confidence with the machines. Ive gotten back on track with my fitness goals! Hallelujah!Her knowledge and creativity for this stuff is amazing! She can work with any level of skill or ability. She is an absolute asset to this location and is the reason I keep showing up! Thanks for all your help with me getting my sexy back Vivian and Planet Fitness.

It was my first time at this location and I loved it. The staff was super helpful and kind. The girl from the reception answered all my questions in such a kind manner. I had LOTS of question. I will definitely be coming back.

I just recently joined planet fitness and I am in love with it! Vivian is a personal trainer there and she has made this experience so much better and easier to get back into the flow of gym life. As a beginner, I got enough machines for me. People there are respectful of each other. Everything is clean, orderly, no issues. The facility is on point, last gym was at people were more friendly but that must be a Florida thing.

Planning to join that team this month after my surgery. I know these guys can change my life. You can feel the vibe the moment you cross that door. I went there with a friend and we both share the same feeling. So guys you are winning two new members by the end of next week.

I am a new member. I am new to working out so I havent seen a lot of the equipment before. There are pictures that show how to properly use each machine. I love how the machines are spaced out and cleaning stations are closed by to sanitize before and after use. I also utilize the app so that I can see how crowded it is before I make the trip. So far I am very pleased and will more than likely upgrade my membership

The trainer is knowledgeable and encouraging regardless of fitness level.

I paused my account due to the coronavirus. Now that I am back working 6 days a week, Im unable to come back. I havent had time to come back and cancel my membership. They charged me $41 and now they refuse to refund my money. I havent been here in 7 months. I came in and they told me to call a number for the refund. That number told me to talk to the manager in the club. The manager in the club is making me wait, knowing I have frozen items in the car. I will never ever come to planet fitness. Customer service is a 0 star.

Planet fitness is a great gym for beginners and I worked out at a different one for over a year. This location has a great environment except for the staff at the counter. I believe his name was Michelot. He was very forward about my looks and getting my information at the counter which I played along with at first, just being nice, but it became too much and made me feel uncomfortable to the point that I wasn’t able to return to this location.

Ok now is much better..clean. And the cover for equipment look that they replaced for a new one..

I enjoy the one on one with Ms.Vivian when no one else attends and she’s even greater and do patient with more in a class. Go Planet Gitnesd!!

Great gym in general, but dont trick yourself into thinking its safe if youre concerned about the pandemic - mask wearing is highly optional and they dont enforce it to any degree (despite what the advertising claims). Its the same at every location Ive visited from WI to FL though. They do seem to work hard to keep things clean, however, and facilities are great.

Black card equipment always broken. How do we get this fixed?

The staff and club itself is really great. It is the billing that there is an issue. For two months in a row I have had unable to locate show up on my account for my automatic payments that are not being automatically withdrawn correctly, causing issues with my membership benefits that I like to do when I go to the gym. Now I have two seperate payments for my annual fee, but yet my account is unlocatable. This is frustrating to have to go through every month. Please fix this, it is very inconvenient. I cant sign up for other things because there is always an issue with my account when there shouldnt be, and no one to speak to to fix it.

Overall I enjoy this gym. I guess the check in system was down and I was asked to write my first and last name, email address and date of birth on a list on the desk to check in. A list that everyone that comes into the gym to check in will see. How in the world do you think this is safe and secure? I said I’m not writing my date of birth on there due to security concerns but will write my membership number. I was told well that would be even worst? Really?

Originally the employees here who worked the front desk was nice and greetable. That was the old crew. Now the crew of employees they have don’t even greet you when you come in. Not a single hello how you doing or nothing. Even when you tell them thank you they act like they are too good to say you’re welcome. Management really needs to train there employees on better customer service. Even when people leave they don’t even tell them to have a good day. The old crew of employees were better, they got a whole set of new employees who act like they don’t even care.

Planet fitness is a scam!!They will take money from you and when you call to get it fixed no one wants to help you. You will contact someone from cooperate and all they can tell you is go to your location and talk to a manger. They have taken money out of my account and they will not refund it. I have called and asked for a manger over a month ago and all they say is “she will give you a call back” or when I called for a second and third time they would tell me “ well you need to remember we have a lot of clients.”Just do your self a favor and save your money and time!

This morning was my first visit at this Planet Fitness location. I went for a 10 a.m workout, and I was pleasantly surprised that the gym was far from overcrowded. Its not the largest Planet Fitness, but it has everything you need to get in a good workout in a clean environment.

Its a great place to work out. But if you are looking to work there I would suggest looking somewhere else. The management has problems with favoritism and thier expectations vs pay are a laughable matter. They pay $9/hr for day shift which is an absolute joke and after 90 days they only get a .50 raise. I was the cleaner there and they expected me to clean half the job by myself for $10 and expected me to get done on my hands and knees and scrub between the tiles with a toothbrush.

I want to say kudos to the young man working tonight, i think he said his name was Ron or Roy. This lady was overly rude to him and all he said was please wear a mask, which is a PF policy now. He was still polite while she yelled and made a fuss about everything.. The gym was clean, smelled good, and he was very good at handling a wild Karen . Other than thatI love coming here with my fiance!!!

Just signed up. For 10 bucks a month you cant beat it. I will say the whole judgment free zone is bull. Everytime I go in theres guys in there with their razor tank shirts on and recording while flexing all over. Dont seem to take that seriously. Staff is eh, they dont talk to you at all. The younger guys always have girls standing around the counter so you cant even check in. Need to look into their staff that works nights.

Is very good besides the showers they need to clean more often and the showers curtain need to be replaced more often besides that exelente gym.

Normally I’ve had good experiences but since reopening, twice in the last ten days no one has showed up to open the gym at 6:00am. Most of us work and have a window of time to get in our workout. Need a more reliable employee.

Initially it was very impressed by the cleanliness the friendliness and all the options that I had at this facility on 41. But the second time I went back I was not so impressed with the fact that although the people that work at planet fitness are adhering to the wearing of face masks theyre not making the client tell where it. I am immunosuppressed and the fact that theyre not wearing the clientele wear it I have stayed away from the facility. Its just very unfortunate cuz I really did enjoy going in and being able to relax with a tan and massage bed and chair and bringing a friend but I would just feel horrible if that friend caught something much less myself.

I come in early morning’s and this place is constantly being cleaned by the staff. Plenty of cleaning stations around the gym. Great job at giving their members a piece of mind while they work out!

I love Planet Fitness, beautiful, well maintained equipment, very clean facilities, friendly staff and its fairly inexpensive. I dont like that I have to be billed on the 17th of the month. I get paid on the 1st. I also tried to change my home gym from GA to FL after moving, for some reason they were having a hard time and couldnt do it. Not a big deal to me at the time, everything still worked the same. Fast forward a year and a half December 2020 is pretty rough on the family, we went to cancel our membership and it couldnt be done because my home gym is in GA. Now itll take time to transfer my membership, I was charged, the payment was returned and now I have $72 in returned item fees. Thats just a personal experience I dont think too many people will have this problem. But I have zero complaints about the facilities, staff and equipment. 5 stars all day for that.

The reps that work during the day here is so rude and inconsiderate. They only greet certain people when they scan there card. Also when I’m leaving they never tell me to have a good day. They really need to work on there customer service skills especially Jared. I will say the man that works on Sundays in the morning to the afternoon with the beard he’s real nice. I believe his name is Jeremy. I wish more people was like him. He’s very pleasant and always friendly with a smile on his face. I know before I switched jobs I was coming at night and Doug and Mrs Mel was also very pleasant they always said have a good work out. The man with the long beard say that as well. Due to me switching jobs and not being able to come at night no more I have no choice but to come during the day. Overall it is a nice gym it’s just the people that work there that need to work on there customer service skills.

I called on Friday Feb 26th 2021 at 6:20 PM and the guy answering the phone kept hanging up on me when I asked if you need to wear a mask there. I called back and he blocked me!!! What horrible customer service! I was looking to become a member!!! No way!!!

We were unable to complete registration today due to an incredibly long line and only a single employee signing up members at the front desk. But youd better believe they WILL start billing you before you have completed this necessary step to complete registration. Go to a gym with enough staff to provide proper customer service.

Tbh I called the day I started my membership, they politely told me that none of the ladies were allowed to wear just sports bra, Ive only been there three days since starting my membership and much to my surprise there were girls walking around in sports bras. It doesnt bother me but dont make a statement and then not make commitment to stand by their own rules.Aside from that, place is nice. Cleaning stations are convenient, practicing safe social distancing, and the black card features are my favorite. Love the hydromassage chairs and the total body enhancement. Will be keeping my membership. Staff are friendly whenever I enter which is appreciated. Clean facility.

Clean INSIDE, staff is nice but right after the new year when I came in the only had one poor girl working the counter and a sea of snowbirds trying to sign up. I had signed up online and just needed my keycard and the wait was easily an hour. After New years ya gotta have more than one person. Other than that great, parking lot could be cleaned more and trash can by the door outside is always overflowing!

You simply cannot beat $10 a month. This location looks brand new and has massage chairs an suntan booths if you go for the $22 a month membership. Friendly staff but no personal trainer at this location as of 09.28.20.

You can sign up for a membership over the internet, but to cancel a membership you have to come in person and fill out out a form. Obviously dishonest business policy.

I find the staff to be friendly and professional, its clean and there is plenty of great equipment. I lost 17 pounds in 30 days working out regularly. It truly is a non judgmental place and the value to dollar spent ratio is high.

Cancelled my membership today. One star because zero stars is not an option. Find a different fitness club that cares. Corporate approach to rules (is always a losing proposition) versus real customer service (actually caring about your customers).Today they wouldnt let my 12 year old daughter who looks and acts at least fifteen, stay in the lobby sitting area while my son and I work out because we were honest enough to say she was 12, not 13 which would have allowed her to stay. Shes old enough to leave in a running car with air, but not in their unsafe parking lot and surrounding area.No flexibility, no exceptions- never good (corporate). Either pick a local fitness club or at least the other corporate chains all offer childcare (not that my 12 year old isnt beyond that already). Im not the usual negative review guy because I know things arent perfect, and have 50 employees of my own in a large private Montessori school.But this Planet Fitness just doesnt care! Didnt care when I cancelled my membership either. Theyre probably used to burning through members.Just see how dismissive the response below from management is...

Ive been a member for a year now and Ive always found the staff to be incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Jodi and Chris.. The place is always extremely clean- Ive actually never smelled any funkiness there which is pretty miraculous in itself.. Always a positive experience!

The rudeness from the female manager and staff is appauling. They granted me a refund, 3 weeks later I still had not received it and I was rudely told by the manager that she will uld not approve the refund after waiting all.that time, as well as being told I would receive it. I was hung up on by staff, and took me a week of calling to actually catch the manager when she waa there, since she never returned 1 of my several messages. This whole staff should be retrainted or let go of completely and start over. Begining with the manager, she has no business in a position of leadership.and I would personally question her being in front of people at all. Sets a pretty bad reputation for a large company with standards tol hold and I am very disappointed an because of this will not be returning to this gym ever again. Lets see how much more of your customers this staff will drive away.

I have never used a gym before and the staff was very helpful. I now have an exercise program designed just for me and my goals. I can go anytime and no one bugs me about my progress. In a few weeks they will review my progress.

I love that the facility is spotlessly clean. The staff always has time to answer any questions. There arent people making me feel uncomfortable or intimidated in anyway. The equipment is well kept. Ive already recommended Planet Fitness to several people I know. And Im thinking I may bump my membership up to Black Card status. This way I can benefit from everything Planet Fitness has to offer.

Why does it say 24/7, and its not 24/7? Am I not paying the same rate as members in Cape Coral? Who actually have a 24/7 gym? If you join this gym youre being robbed cold. Disgraceful, taking advantage of people.

I’ve been going to this gym for over a year. It gets overcrowded but it is a good gym. Staff is the problem. They usually have 3 or 4 people behind the counter. I go to this gym 5-6 times per week. The staff does not care to greet me. The staff expects me to go up to them and ask to be scanned in. I must say hello and gesture for my card to be scanned. I thought that was their job. They just look at you with a blank look on their face as you walk in. As you leave the gym they look at you with the same blank look on their face. After the card is scanned don’t expect a thank you or any words to come out of the reps mouth. Kemo is the only rep there that I’ve seen do a good job. The other reps lack common decency/customer service/human interaction skills. I know for a fact that planet fitness requires employees to greet customers and say goodbye when leaving as it is part of their customer satisfaction survey. Do your job. I can’t speak for other customers but that’s my experience. I understand that it is a cheap membership but planet fitness also markets itself as a friendly gym. I don’t see that here.Edit: In response to the owner: you need to speak to management. Why must I monitor the customer service experience when that is the job of the manager?

Well, just wanted to check the gym out. Im already a member and wanted to check this one out in case I have to relocate. Staff were OK but not super friendly. I guess they were busy and not able to multi task. Overall the gym is clean. I will write another review another month or so.Editted 1/18/2018Black membership here, so checked in sign a paper since you are from another club, understandable.Then finished worked out and wanted to use tanning, they dont provide goggles and paper cover unless you pay. Well, its not about paying a dollar or so, its the principle. All other Planet Fitness that Ive been to they all provide you with goggles for their members. Maybe this is a new thing. Staff they were friendly this time and polite. I would still stick with my 3 stars.

Love this location, the staff know me and my BF by name, they know when I come to the desk what I want and are always smiling. The only thing with the whole franchise is the paper towels... I bring my own reusable one but Ive never seen another person do this so after every machine they get a long piece of towel and that adds up. Plus in the bathrooms they have a sign above the hand dryer saying how its more environmentally friendly and theres no towels in the bathrooms... It just makes me sad, especially when Im there and I see someone grab a paper towel taller than me
