Steve washed our 36 foot Grand Design travel trailer and did an outstanding job. He and his crew arrived promptly and were very courteous. His price was reasonable and we will hire him next year! I have included some before and after pictures of the roof.

100% Satisfaction. He knew exactly what needed to be done for my car and followed through. I was having an issue with not being able to get spots off of my car, no matter how much it got cleaned. He was able to get the spots off and put a coating on that protected my car so that I dont have that issue again. It has now been months since Ive had the coating on and my car comes clean every time. Thank you!

I got the interior of my hatchback detailed because my car was covered in mud and dog hair from a recent hiking trip. They did an amazing job and even cleaned things besides just the seats and floor! My car looks better than it did when I bought it used. They were even able to get the wet dog smell out without using any harsh or scented cleaners that aggravate my asthma.

Steve was great to work with and helped remove stains that have been very stubborn over the years! They didnt all come out granted, but its was definitely more than i anticipated and was very happy to see my light colored seats look a little lighter. Steve did a great job on my Subaru’s passenger seat that had been sprayed by my cat on a recent vet visit. Prior to finding Steve, my car stuck like cat urine to the point where it was unbearable, and the passenger seat was badly stained. In less than 30 minutes, Steve cleaned the seat beautifully (looks and smells brand new!) and my car is back to looking great! We had a good conversation around the possible causes of the many tiny rust colored spots that seemingly appeared overnight, all over my vehicle; and he suggested I drop by the next morning so he could assess its cause and treatment. He tested a spot and determined the paint job was suffering iron deposits; and he recommended removal using clay. Was looking for a reliable detail shop after having an unsatisfying experience at the last detail shop I went to. Let me preface this review by saying I have four children, three of which play sports. I also coach soccer... So, after a couple weekends of tournaments my car was filled with everything you can imagine from grass to crackers. Steve at Precision Detailing was very thorough and went through my entire Traverse with a fine tooth comb. Every crack and crevasse was cleaned out including the tracks of my two captain seats. I can only imagine what was stuck in there. My car is almost like new! Very happy with my experience here at Precision Detailing and my husband and I will definitely be back. As a mom, it feels good for someone to take care of me as these guys did. One call and they took care of the rest, literally. After using the dealer and a car wash for an annual detail including compounding/clay blocking, tried Precision. Both prior experiences required reworking and were not a good value as the end result was not completely satisfactory.Precision did a good job with no areas needing additional work. Steve took interest in doing the job correctly and my car looks very nice. The leather came out much cleaner and brighter than I expected as it is 3 years old plus and was showing some use.Would not hesitate to recommend Precision or Steve again.

He arrived when he said he would, notified me when he was nearby and did a fantastic job on my camper.The camper has never looked so good. He informed me on the phone of the cost and did not change the price .He shampooed the carpets and cleaned all of the inside as well as the outside. He even degreased the engine. I have used this service twice and have been extremely pleased both times.I found the window cleaning to be especially excellent. I am a fanatic on clean car windows and usually spend an hour getting the windows cleaned inside and out. I move the car in different directions to get the sun just right to show any streaks or missed spots on the window. I never seem to get it done perfectly. Well, Precision Detailing has done a perfect job both times! I heartily recommend this service.

We were completely disappointed with the lack of workmanship when using Precision Detailing. I dont think they used any shampoo on the carpet or seats and when you open up the back its obvious it hasnt been swept out. Very disappointing. Will not go back. We have used other professional detail companies in the past and when they are finished the vehicle looks brand new.
