Paul Davis in Ft. Myers has an amazing team of professionals to help you when you really need it. We had a ruptured hot water relief valve which flooded part of our home. Our insurance company referred us to Paul Davis restorations in fort Myers.They had a team of experts here within 2 hours. They placed fans and dehumidifiers and did what they had to to gain access to soggy floors and walls...whatever was necessary to prevent further damage and mold.We had planned a vacation a couple of days later, and we were comfortable leaving. They came back several times checking the equipment and moisture levels.Thank goodness they were available and so thorough. Good communications and easy to work with..

Steer clear of this company unless you want the headache of your property issue to be compounded by a truly bad consumer experience! I had mold mediation done by this company in October and was promised multiple times by the tech that handled my case that everything would be taken care of and the project would be completed. Immediately, I had communication issues! It was an issue that my insurance company did not cover so I was paying out-of-pocket and I was given a very confusing estimate and verbally told several times that everything would be taken care of. Several aspects of the project were not finished yet a was left with a bill even though I had to complete the project myself. Multiple calls and emails were never responded to by the tech or other people at the company and I finally had to reach out myself. I had a civil and polite conversation with the owner and, even though he acknowledged that his team dropped the ball and made promises they shouldn’t, I was still on the hook for the full amount of final bill. He didn’t make any offer to make it right. I even sent text thread screenshots of conversations that I had with the employees to prove that they were things promised that didn’t happened but apparently that didn’t matter. A truly bad experience! I’m giving one star because the people that cleaned were nice.

We used Paul Davis for some mold remediation in our home. Their staff was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The work was done on time and without any unnecessary problems or delays you often experience with restoration companies. David and Carlos were both a huge help and explained everything they were doing and why, which is another thing you dont see often. Throughout the process, I felt like the communication was great. I had several phone calls with David and he was always either available to speak with me or would return my calls very quickly. They made the whole experience easy, instead of the nightmare it started out as. I have recommended them to friends and will continue to do so. Didn’t this location win franchise of the year?! A+

They are ALMOST impossible to communicate with!!!!!My insurance company has sent them the money to complete my flooring project so now that they have the money they’re very difficult to reach. I have not heard from them since November 3, 2020. I have sent 11 emails asking for a response and have not heard a word back from them in the last TWO WEEKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NO RESONSE WHATSOEVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What do I do now???😖

After a fire we had, they call within a hour from the insurance company notified them. They came in and got my roof taken care of and sent me photos of the work. Awesome crew.

Dealing with an insurance issue is never a pleasant experience, Paul Davis made that process extremely easier than we could have ever imagined. They were punctual, very respectful to our needs and completed the work, which was top notch within the time frame they said they would. We were so pleased with their customer service and the quality of their work, we hired them again to remodel our guest room, guest bathroom and kitchen. Once again, the quality of their work was beyond our expectations and could not be happier with the service Paul Davis provides. Their prices are very reasonable for the quality of work they provide, their customer service is top notch and we would highly recommend them for all restoration and contracting needs. It is extremely difficult to find this type of service in the modern day and for that we thank Paul Davis for being who they say they are. We will definitely use Paul Davis in the future. Great Job!

Recently we had water damage and mold. Our insurance company contracted with Paul Davis of Collier and Lee counties.Demolition was done quite professionally. They made sure no more mold in air before they started restoration. Paul Davis put David Delrio in charge of restoration. We were extremely happy to work with him. He has a great personality and he always stayed on top of things. He was in constant communication with us to assure us that people come on time and do their job to our satisfaction. Once the project was completed he came to inspect it and cleaned the place. He is the best!!Paul Davis is lucky to have people like David Delrio on their team. We recommend PAULDAVIS for restoration.

This company was timely, thorough, meticulous and conscientious. They did restoration for us after a fire and smoke damage. I cant say enough great things about this company. We had used a competitor a couple years ago when we had and leak and we were not impressed with that company. This time we tried Paul Davis restoration and we are so glad we did. You are in very good hands with Ron Perry, project manager for Paul Davis.

I told the UPC insurance adjuster if I were bidding out a job, Paul Davis would not be invited to the bid – that’s how poor they were in our insurance restoration. As it turns out Paul Davis was one of UPC’s better contractors. If that is the case, I would hate to see the folks at the bottom of the list.First, and I am sure this is a standard line to make someone feel good and that they account for something, they will tell you they can have folks onsite the next day. Well, that is myth #1, they can’t and didn’t.Paul Davis and their representative (Ron Perry) basically showed little to no interest in our project until it was too late and things had been done incorrectly. First, the painters showed up and had no idea what they were supposed to paint! They had no paint and had no clue what was going on.Fortunately, we’re honest and told them only what they were supposed to paint. Still, they managed to screw that up by painting over electrical outlets and getting paint on the ceramic tile floor. They also managed to toss out all of the switch and outlet covers so we had to replacement them. I know that is minor but it is also representative of their attention to detail which to me is a reflection of the contractor’s (Paul Davis) attention.Paul Davis’s tile person was the absolute worse. Not only can he not lay tile but he cleaned up his equipment in our landscaping! So, imagine all the gray mortar in your black mulch and on your plants (one of ours died due to all the mortar on it). He also got mortar on the red brick paver driveway and was supposed to clean it up, which he didn’t. The floor was so bad Paul Davis had to bring in a second tile person who did a little better. But by that time, I wanted all these people out of the house (took 2 months to correct which is absurd).I can not recommend this company. They are very poor in customer service and caring about a quality job.

Ron and his crew were amazing! A complete bathroom remodel was completed in 3 weeks and we couldnt be happier with the finished product. Much more affordable than other quotes we got from other contractors. I highly recommend this company and have told several friends how positive our experience was.
