I had the misfortune of flooding my house twice in 3 years and Joe Taylor Restoration came within two hours each time and dried out my house.. I was so lucky to have Jaquob Proctor come with top notch fans and dehumidifiers. He did an incredible job of positioning equipment and checking all walls for water, while calming me and assuring me all would be fine. Follow up was thorough and all equipment was not removed until every wall and cabinet was completely dry.My interaction with the employees of this company was a stellar experience from the people that took my initial calls, to Jaquob who brought the equipment, to the woman in the billing department. This company is doing EVERYTHING right! They are truly the best!

He was courteous, friendly, neat, and a very hard worker who paid close attention to detail. As unpleasant as it is to have water damage in your house, it was pleasant working with Clau. Both the Water Division and the Cleaning Department did a great job during our flood loss at our condo in Naples, FL. The flood was caused by an incompetent contractor hired by our HOA at no fault of our own. Joe Taylor Restoration was very prompt, explained the process and responsive with our needs.

The two young men who were primarily responsible for assessing the damage and setting up the air scrubbers and dehumidifier, etc, performed well above my expectations - Jaquob and, primarily, Edward. They were not just knowlegeable and professional, they were sensitive to the fact that my home was in need of considerable remediation and that I and my wife were stressed. They were solicitous, kind and very considerate. They made a difficult situation as pleasant and reassuring as it possibly could have been.

I was extremely pleased with my experience with this company. Clau came out first to assess and begin the drying process. The second group led by Mynor meticulously removed damaged materials and cleaned up after themselves. Finally Antonio came back to remove the fans but left the plastic so the repairs would not ruin my furniture. Overall a great company with amazing staff.

The entire team has been a delight to work with. I had a dishwasher leak that caused water damage and mold. The assessment, drying, deconstruction of parts of my kitchen and now mold treatment has been seamless. Special kudos to the men who had to dismantle the kitchen cabinets and counters. When you are dealing with a leak in your home it can be the worst thing! As bad as the situation is Joe Taylor made everything so easy. Came out the same day I called! Once we were able to get the insurance approvals we were scheduled within a few days. They were able to come in and tape of the mold area and remove the mold within a few days. They are easy to work with and constantly communicate with what is going on. Please call them for your water leak or mold remediation needs. Highly recommend!

Returned to a flooding issue at night, and the JTR group got in the carpet water extraction equipment, fans, dehumidifiers pronto. I would absolutely have them back. They are a most courteous and professional group.

Parts of my living and dining walls, carpet, and ceiling were torn apart in prep for drywall. What was left was somehow done in an appealing manner. In other words, the cutting and taping of existing areas was done so that everything was straight and linear which left it as visually appealing as possible under the circumstances. Amazing.They totally cleaned up the area and replaced all furniture and accessories in the position they were previously. Super nice guys who were also very friendly to my little dog. And always on time. This is important !!! Call these guys, you will be happy you did !

I was referred to Joe Taylor restoration by my insurance company after experiencing a flood in my home from a faulty toilet. I received a timely response after contacting them and within a couple of hours Jacob arrived. As a fairly new resident of Florida and unfamiliar with the affect water damages can have in a southern climate, both he and my insurance company explained how and why immediate action would be necessary to prevent further damage to my home. Jacob aptly assessed the situation, explained the remediation process to me and answered all of my questions. He began the process by testing all the affected areas, moved furnishings and removed flooring where necessary in order to strategically place fans and dehumidifiers to start the drying procedure. Although unavoidable he apologized for the level of noise I would be subjected to for the next few days from the equipment. Jacob returned the following day, tested again for water and as a result removed baseboards from the walls and toe kicks from the vanities. He also made sure the equipment was placed for optimum drying to achieve the desired results. He returned on the fourth day to re-test all the areas, remove the equipment and clean up. Jacob is an asset to your company, he was a pleasure to work with; he was professional, punctual, thorough and extremely accommodating. It was a distressing episode for me but he made it tolerable and I was more than satisfied with the level of customer service I received from Joe Taylor Restoration. I would highly recommend them.

We came home from a walk to find water pouring out from under our door. (A valve in the toilet tank broke, and the force of the water pushed up the tank cover, flooding our condo) The experience was surreal, and dealing with this catastrophe on top of other events was momentarily overwhelming. We are so grateful to Jaquob from Joe Taylor Restoration! He was knowledgeable, courteous, and very patient with our questions and concerns. We had 20 fans and a humongous dehumidifier in our small condo, and after pulling the baseboards and kick plates out, he managed to save our drywall. We just got back to our condo and we also owned the adjoining condo to find water damage in the common wall doing damage to both of our units. It was a nightmare not a vacation! But Joe Taylor came over immediately that night and assessed the water damage and set up dehumids and blowers in both units. They were fast, knowledgeable, courteous and responsible checking daily the moisture level in both units. We are grateful to them to get it taken care as quickly as possible!
