Extremely impressed by Mcleod Construction and their team. Overall the responsiveness and proactiveness of the front office has been great . Additionally, as a property manager I am impressed by the professionalism of the painting crew & their ability to execute a project in a timely manner. Highly recommend

Our condo association hired them to do work on all the units. Paint, replace screen enclosure and other work. They removed and damaged my front screen door. It should never have been removed. They blamed it on a short time renter that had not been there for 4 months and no one else but me checking on the place. They put different screws back in the frame and tons of caulk to hold door in. I would NEVER HIRE this company

Our condo association hired McLeods to paint our building. We gave them our deposit and then they told us they did not want to do the job.Since they had our deposit and they are general contractors, we asked them to repair a fence, and to repair some soffits. The fence was repaired, but the soffits fell down in less than 6 months. We contacted them after the work was completed, but prior to them falling down to express some concerns with the quality of the work. An employee came out, but did not correct any of our concerns.When the soffits fell down, McLeods told us the roofing company we were working with was at fault. The roofing company repaired the areas they were responsible for, however McLeods has never gotten back with us about faulty work in other areas of the building.We have had a lot of contact with the owner, but have had no success getting him to get back with us or to warranty his soffit work.McLeod’s estimate was about 40% higher than others we received, their work did not hold up, and they offered no labor warranty. I would not recommend this company.
